My friend and I went to have pedicures at Rose Nails and they were wonderful. My friend had a latex allergy and the gentleman that does nails stepped up and said no problem I will do the pedicure for you without gloves so you don't have any problems. That was so nice of him to do that for her. This is one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. The place was pleasant and clean. I would definitely go back there again. I don't like to give bad reviews even when the place was horrible I only asked for to have my nails painted and to have my eyebrows waxed and I guess because I'm not spending a whole lot of money which I could have they treated me horribly it was my first visit and it will be my last they were very rude he put one coat of polish on my nails one coat and as far as my eyebrow waxing when she left all the hair in the middle between my eyebrows. If I could have put zero stars I would have places very expensive and horrible service read more

Please never ever go do waist your time and money in this place!!!!. They did a very lousy job to me and my friend mani and pedi!. They were way to fast and shabby . The owners of the salon and the workers there just do not listen to the customer. I do not normally wear acrylic nails however I got Married And had acrylic nails put on for my wedding. After having them on for three weeks I went in and requested them to be removed. I was told no by The gentleman working, he said nails look pretty when they were long and I needed to keep them on. I asked for them to be removed and he got upset and took the grinding tool to grind them off on my fingers. Lots of grinding tool on so long that my nails underneath got hot and felt like they were burning. When I told him how that hurts and pull my hand away he said no no I was wrong. After he got the nails off I asked if he could put clear nail polish over my nails.He said no and told me he was going to put Gell polish on, I told him I only want to clear nail polish on. We went ahead and put acrylic back over top of my regular nails, I kept telling him I did not want that but he kept holding my hand and doing it anyway. They were rough and ragged they were not filed down and if you feel the edges of the nail it will cut you. After being on my nails for less than 24 hours they started cracking and now when I brush my hair or run my fingers through my hair it gets caught in the cracks of the nails. They do not listen to the client they do not care what you want for your nails they're going to do whatever they choose to anyway. And then charge me an out rages fee. read more

I don't know how these people are still in business. No customer service skills & their work is extremely sloppy. My 3 years old niece could have done the job for half the price ‍ . Why are their prices so high for garbage work . First & last time coming here . No covid precautions either. They're use things without cleaning it first . Don't waste your money here. read more

The salon is very clean, friendly and accommodating. I needed Quick same day service and Van invited me over at that immediate moment. (My salon cancelled on me). Van did a beautiful job of a gel pedicure. He assured me no chipping and they will stay shiny until I return!! Check them out - right there next to Beall's. I will return!!! read more

Horrible place, poor customer service. And the owner has an attitude please try and find a better place.

Went for a gel mani and regular pedicure. Told me to come back in 40 mins. Came back, didn't take me for 1.5 hours. When they finally took me, they gave awful service. Their approach to painting is to paint your entire toe or finger to your knuckle, with complete disregard for where the nail ends, and then to use a paintbrush soaked in acetone to take the excess polish off. That approach just leaves a sloppy mess of paint on your fingers and toes. Less than 5 hours later and I now have gel cracking off all around my fingernails. Not at all worth the money or wait. read more

Old polish, over charged and the owners were the only people working and gave the worst service. I have been going there for a few months the man in the third chair is a gem. I went for a polish change and a fill with two broken nails. My nails are all different lengths, the polish never dried and when I asked to be redone they acted like I was a bother. I was only one in their shop and when I left after waiting fifteen minuted for the polish to dry nobody said thank you or sorry it took so long... Nothing and I was charged 30 dollars for something that would have been 28. My toes and hands are still a mess and I have to find another salon to fix it today. So disappointing! I went in for a pedicure on a Thursday morning. I was happy to hear the wait was only 5 minutes so I chose my color from the wall of clearly old and mostly red and burgundy nail polish. The manager told me my water was ready so I walked over and sat down. The man who did my nails did not say ONE WORD to me from the time I sat down to the time I got up. And I'm confident there was no language barrier because he spoke perfect English to other customers and even other employees. That wasn't the most awkward part. The owners daughter (maybe 3 or 4 years old) came out of "her room" to harass the 3 clients in chairs by yelling and throwing her stuffed animals at people. Her mother then proceeded to pull her 5 feet from us and spank her only for her to continue about 5 minutes later. Without a doubt the most awkward and over priced mediocre pedicure I've ever had in my life. read more
