Company License # CGC1522976 email: mikeokhravi@gmail.com Better business bureau(BBB) Florida advised me to file fraud report with Florida Attorney general , FTC bureau of consumer protection and DBPR license for legal investigation and get my money back. $ Handyman Alex SERVICE REQUESTED: I was able to reach out…read moreto Alex with no problem at all, and I described the issue with the toilet - simply running for an extended period after a routine flush, which I recognized as a "flapper" problem, the rubber flapper was not seating properly and the water ran until shutting off the valve. Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. SUMMARY: Alex did exactly what he was asked to do. There was no holding out for more money or any such nonsense. Fee was perfect. Very highly recommended without reservation.

So we did a lot of window shopping. There are some nice places with a lot of styles to choose from. Some prices are high and some are reasonable. A lot of floor samples for sale that look crisp and brand new. We saw signs marking 50% off sales too. We will definitely make a point to call abs come back when all the stores are open the next time we drive over to this side of the alley. The store is right off the highway, across from the miromar outlets.

The job ticket was issued at 4:30pm on a Wed. afternoon and canceled at 6:00am the next morning by PEOPLEREADY. This was either incompetence or mis-communication between POGGENPOHL and PEOPLEREADY that cost ME, MY time and gas money. Now let me state that I've worked with Poggenpohl at ADAC in Atlanta and it was always professional and neat. Other Peopleready offices don't seem to have the problems that the Fort Myers office has, but for some reason Fort Myers consistently falls short. Either way, It was my time and gas money I spent just to see the fruition of incompetency that D.E.I. brings to the table. I hope your project or job assignment goes more smoothly.
