Penny SAVES the day!! My friend flew in from Pennsylvania for a fun getaway... the day he arrived, he was called for an interview! Couldn't show up in flip flops & shorts! ha ha! I called around a week in advance for a tux. Many places wanted to tack on rush fees. When I called here they were so nice and invited me in and said they had plenty of time even though they were busy. They were quick, attentive, and fun! So I am back in to the season for extra work temping!I have been to this shop many times,but this time it was much different.I got there tuesday around 430 pm in dire need of a couple shirts and a jacket and thats when I met Sammy who made me feel so comfortable we all know how intimidating a tux shop can be right?She greeted me and made me feel so special like every need I had was her job to do.Then of corse nothing ever fits right well she alters too.I am on a budget and was still able to get everything I needed to be a success at work.And everyone I didnt think I would be able to get shoes till next check but nope guess what this shop has gently used patent leather gently used shoes on sale for 5 bux of course limited size and stock,I almost cried everything I needed for around 120 bux its so amazing.When you get used clothes or shoes from this shop the stuff is almost like new.Sammy I was so stressed that day I must have tried a million things on at many places yet I was like hey what about that tux shop Rose tux on 24th street and Indian School and bam it was all I needed.Thx for being so great at what you do and thank you for all your knowledge and just for caring about me.I love Rose Tuxedo and I will be back real soon for more!Its people like you who makes people come back and want to spend their money in your shop! read more

I will never return to this store again. My finance and I went to this location to look at rental tuxes to outfit 6 members our wedding party. The store was completely empty, two girl sat doing nothing at the counter, and we were told that we couldn't even look at fabric samples without an appointment. When we asked about sizing out of town guests, a girl gave a piece of paper and said "fill this out". The girls at the front desk were extremely rude. I completely understand the need for an appointment, but the way we were treated makes me never want to come back again. I am astonished that in this economy a company would treat customers like this, especially clients that are looking to outfit an entire wedding party. Unfortunately my son and I had a terrible experience with Rose Tuxedo, which proved to be costly. He went with his dad and wasn't sure what he wanted to wear to prom. He said the staff was not helpful at all, as well as slightly rude and pushy. I wish I would have gone with him to avoid such a disaster, but I thought he would be in the hands of professionals. The styles were dated and cheap looking. The fittings were off by over 6 inches on his waist. They recommended a tux that was so awful and unflattering. When he went to pick it up, the measurements were so off that they had to make extreme adjustments but didn't have him try it on again before leaving. When he got home and tried it on we were devastated by everything. The pants were pleated and bunchy. The jacket looked over sized and drowning. We called to return before the event but they wouldn't allow a return, even though he wasn't going to wear it. I took him to Men's Warehouse where a staff immediately took action and found an awesome Vera Wang suit for the same price! It also included more accessories. In one hour they had him in and out the same day of his prom looking amazing. They had real professionals that were up to date on the styles and looks for men, Rose Tuxedo doesn't even come close to having a clue. When I went to return the awful unworn tuxedo a day late I knew I would have to pay a late fee, as we had a busy couple of days. However I didn't expect another horrible experience when I wasn't even arguing the fee. Before I could even hang the garment on the rack to return, an extremely rude lady jumps out of her seat to point out the late fee and showing me where it states it on the tag. Not even a hello or greeting first. They clearly do not care about how the customers' experience is nor do they care about making it right. Please avoid this place at all costs and go see real professionals that are helpful and know how to really dress people. Even though he had 2 suits paid for at least he went to his prom happy and looking good after another shop fixed a disaster the same day of prom. read more
