The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting. It was a great system and one reason I trusted them. I no longer live in Arizona, but I recently had a wedding in the area and needed a suit and shirt cleaned. I decided to return to Express Cleaners because of my past experience. I dropped off my clothes Monday afternoon and requested Thursday pickup. I also asked for heavy starch on the shirt. I had a few other items cleaned with the same request. When I returned Thursday afternoon, my order was incomplete and one item was missing. The employee told me to come back the next day. I returned Friday and picked everything up. I trusted the order was correct and did not inspect the items before leaving. When I got back to my hotel, I noticed the shirts were not heavy starch at all. They were very lightly pressed. One red dress shirt also had a stain near the bottom that was not removed. That part is on me for not checking the clothes before leaving the store. I did pay extra for the heavy starch and expected the work to be done correctly. I tried calling the store so they could address the issue, but no one answered the phone. I now live in another state so there is little I can do about it. I am sharing this so others pay close attention when picking up their clothes. Check every item before you leave the counter. The quality and attention to detail were not what I expected based on my previous experience.

We even explained that our questions were out of curiosity, not because we were doubting her work, but she still responded with attitude. At one point, when we were trying to reason with her, she outright told us she didn't want to be nice. Her customer service was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the experience. To make matters worse, she shortened my dress more than what we had agreed upon. Between the poor communication, rude behavior, and the alteration not being done as discussed, I would not recommend coming here.

The owner Sam is so kind and even told me they had to wash it twice for it to look white once again. You really can not beat this service and it was the most affordable price when I called around to various dry cleaners. My wedding dress cost about 5k and I needed it to be in mint condition. It rained on my wedding day back in January and we took some photos in the grassy area at our venue so mind you this dress was all sorts of colors on the bottom. At the end of the night we noticed leaves had even been tangled in the 10 layers of the ball gown skirt.
