Our family had an excellent experience at Men's Wearhouse on Camelback Road! We worked with Diego, Krystal, and Rick and all three of them were excellent! My son is a football player in high school and we were trying to fit him into a suit for prom. We were having a difficult time because he is quite muscular. Diego was very patient and helpful in trying to figure out what would work for him. Krystal then stepped in to help out and we found a suit that worked out perfectly. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I walked in and was immediately off put by the way the general manager spoke to her employees. Bought a couple of shirts a week or so ago. The same day I wore one of them it ripped near one of the buttons. It didn't get caught on anything it just ripped to normal wear. I took it back about a week later and they outright told me there was nothing they could do. It was obviously a manufacturing issue and I just wanted another shirt. This is the worst location to go to in the valley I went to get my suit tailored and they forgot to put the suit back in the bag. When I called She proceeded to put me on hold 3 different times saying they didn't have it and that I must've lost it then she said someone must have misplaced it we have it. So 1 hour before the wedding I had to race back to grab it and the young lady had the audacity to say have a good day after I picked it up.when I went to return it I requested to speak to a manager and they told me we don't have one working at the moment. NOT HAPPY!! I felt rushed by ROSE when we ordered the week prior to prom. I went to pick up my son tuxedo on Wednesday at 6pm. They had to do a fitting. NO Bowtie. Had to reorder. As he was doing the fitting I noticed it was wrinkled. He gentleman said you can come back in 30 mins to pick up the tuxedo. I said but it wrinkled. He replied "Ya, will fix that. That's what the $12.00 cleaning fee is. I got home to take it out of the bag so it not smashed. To my surprise. This is what it looked like. VERY DISAPPOINTED. $230.00 and I get this S@$#... Then I come pick up the bow tie on the day of PROM. Which I was told I would get a phone call when it arrived. NEVER received a call. Then they want to charge me $2.99. I'm not the one that forgot the damn bowtie. THANK YOU!!!!! ABC Cleaners for making my son Tuxedo look SPECTACULAR!!!!!, because the Men's Wearhouse sure didn't. read more

This week I had a wedding to attended. This being my first time attending a wedding I was quite nervous on buying a suit. Me a broke collage kid had no idea where to even start on making sure I look professional during the wedding. Thankfully the extremely helpful and knowledgeable general manager Krystal was there to assist me. She went over and beyond on helping me get the right sized suit and accessories. I have been shopping at Men's Wearhouse for 30+ years. My favorite shop closed with COVID and the Camelback location is now the easiest to get to at this point. In the last couple of years, I have been really disappointed with the store. The frequency of my visits dropped as I found the shopping experience substantially changed: the sale's people were disappointingly not wearing tailored clothes: often baggy, and normally not evening wearing a tie and jacket. They were just sloppy. On my recent trip to the store, I walked in and it felt the same as it had for the last couple of years: just stale. BUT, one young man, Jackson, made my visit awesome. He greeted me with a smile. He was wearing an awesome, tailored suit. None of the other sale's people were so dressed. But this one young man brought about the old feeling I had when walking into the store. He knew his stuff. He was pleasant and actually listened to my questions and concerns. On this trip, I just needed alterations completed. Jackson grabbed the tailor from the back. She had been with the company for more than 30 years. She was also awesome. I am sorry I did not get her name.The experience made me feel great and reminded me of how Men's Wearhouse used to be. Of course the alterations were free as the items being altered had been from Men's Wearhouse. There policy of charging/not charging for alterations is really perfect. I really hope this one visit was not an outlier. I really hope the magic of the Men's Wearhouse experience is back. But, in hoping Jackson sees this review, his attitude, smile, and professionalism was unmatched by any of the other sale's people. I am hoping he stays there for a long time. read more

I was about to post a review explaining that I was disappointed in the way that the manager treated her staff, but after reading the recent reviews I'm thinking maybe she was brought in to fix the place if she's a new manager. My experience here brought back memories of working in retail and having a boss hovering over me, treating me like a child in front of customers. It was uncomfortable. People told me that I should not rent the tuxedo's for my wedding here and I didn't listen. Boy what a mistake that was. Not one of the tuxedo's out of 8 fit correctly. The pants were short the jackets were short and the some of the pants came in to small. This place is such a joke. We used them because they are country wide. Incredible salesperson! The store options for buying an off the rack suit are narrowing. This was the 3rd Men's Wearhouse store I visited in the last couple of weeks. Crystal was a huge help! She was friendly, and never pushy. I know my size, or so I thought. She had me try on a suit jacket that she knew would fit, and to my surprise it did. As I tried on a shirt in the dressing room, Crystal took it upon herself to find a few ties, and other accessories to match with the suit I chose. All her selections were on point! Only reason they are in business is because they are a franchise. Horrible customer service (if you get it) with the exception of 1-2 staff but they are under staffed so both times we were here we were disappointed. the manager is the rudest of all which reflects on how the place is run. TERRIBLE RUDE SKETCHY AND DISHONEST service. I called at 8:25 PM which is 35 minutes before closing and asked if I could stop by in the next five minutes to get quick measurements done on me in order to buy the suit that I wanted there. And the young man on the phone said "I guess so since your close by " and hung up. I literally got there within nine minutes after I called which was just past the 830 mark 834pm. When I entered, nobody was visible then came two young men strolling from the back one wearing measurement tape, and asked me how may I help you? I told him I'm the one that called just a bit ago will you do my measurements please? He rolled his eyes and told me that I was four minutes past the time I said I would be there and that the measurement guy just left (which was a lie as he was wearing measuring tape, and was the same one I spoke with over the phone ) The two young guys looked at each other and snickered and escorted me out the store at 8:37 saying that the store is now closed, that I have to leave. and once I walked out, they locked the door, shut off the lights and left to the back far before 9 PM. That is unacceptable, I will be following through with the manager. I just wanted to leave an honest review so that people know, that lack of work ethic is just poor and Men's Wearhouse is much better than that. Hopefully they improve the quality of employees because as of now I would never recommend the store to anybody this particular one on Camelback and 18th St. those boys need to learn to respect customers, be HONEST & have discipline to stay at work for the time that they are being paid to do so. First off the store hours were not adhered to, it says it's opens at 10am, but did not until 10:30. Also people who already purchased suits, could not even pick them up, they still had to wait until 10:30. The only thing good about this store was a associate name Rose, she was awesome waited on everyone as fast as possible with the other associate more concerned with what time she could leave. All this happen yesterday. I am just getting to this review, my first time there but will never go back. My expectations were somewhat tempered by reviews given for this location, but found that the service provided by staff was absolutely first rate. Excellent rapport built between myself and Michael when finding a suit, and equally excellent service from Austin at pick-up after alterations were made. Good selection of threads for all shapes sizes and prices. Some fabulous ties, and shoes too. In fact the show quality was particularly high and both Michael an Austin knew their stock inside and out. No more Kohl's for me! (Joke!) - but seriously, these guys are good. I gave a three, only because I had a negative experience with a guy that seemed to have self esteem issues or delusions of grandeur, proceeded to show me the most expensive suit they have and was dismissive when I didn't want to pay 700 dollars for a suit, he stated that there were no others my size, which was false. The next guy that helped me was phenomenal and a gentleman, got me hooked up with two great suits for 600 dollars, in my size. Joey was pompous, rude and quite frankly was not honest. Been here multiple times for new jackets, pants, shirts, shoes you name it. Came in to get a simple hem on a pair of pants. A lady who claimed to be the General manager was insulting and rude. Extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, didn't even allow me to tell her what simple alteration I wanted before she cuts me off because of the brand, seemly angry at me for bringing in a brand she didn't like. When I tried to explain alteration were ok to do. She holds her hand out for a hand shake, introduces herself once more, waits for me to shake her hand, then introduces herself as the general manager and proceeds to be condescending. After she cuts me off and tells me no for the second time without letting me explain what I actually wanted done. I asked her for a recommendation of another place to which she responds "google will help you with that". The tailors are very helpful and have been great in the past which is why this gets 2 starts instead of 1 star. read more

I am shocked at the experience my boyfriend and I just had here. He wears button downs everyday and we came to size up. Got our measurements and picked out some shirts then ask an employee for a dressing room. He was trying them on and I went to get him a different size because different brands fit different. When I knocked on the door a worker I assume manager with curly hair she pushed me back from the door and snatched the shirts from my hand and pulled my boyfriend out of the dressing room. Took all of the shirts and then got an employee to assist us without explaining that we need an employee because they don't want anyone pricking ourselves. Thats fine but we were helped into the dressing room by an employee so why didn't they tell us? She then proceeds walking past making degrading comments about who's she's glad we didn't open this new shirt because it was a different size and snatching a piece of paper from his shirt and fixing his collar. Is there no respect for not touching another human? The manager is nasty and oblivious. We then keep getting questioned about which shirts he was getting when he was getting them all because he wears them daily. Spent $200 and had a horrible experience we will continue driving the extra miles to Joseph Banks in Scottsdale because Mens warehouse is trash. read more

I have been here on multiple occasions and each time the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Their selection in 38s-40s seems pretty limited. I've been twice now when I was looking for a particular color / style. When asked if I needed any assistance, the answer to "yes, I'm looking for x type of jacket in x color" should not be to say, "hold on a few minutes while I" do something and then to leave your customer waiting 10+ min for an answer. Save yourself the hassle and go check out, pretty much anywhere else. I hear they sell jackets and suits at the thrift stores. At least there I'm expecting to be ignored and have to fend for myself when trying to find something. read more

Dallas was a beyond helpful associate at the store. After searching the malls I finally convinced my bf to check out this store. Great, individualized service! It was especially refreshing after dealing with the not so friendly or helpful department store associates. My bf was in a little bit of a bind, needing nice slacks for an upcoming interview. Luckily the Men's Wearhouse has finished bottoms in many sizes and the bf walked out with a couple of pairs of pants, socks, and a belt.
