A+++++ I cannot…read morebelieve I had never been here before! I have passed it many times. This time I walked in and the place was packed, and now I completely understand why. It's like a whole little world of jewelry in there. Huge diverse selection. Like a factory you would see on TV. I came in specifically to have a piece of my vintage family jewelry repaired, and I was genuinely shocked by how easy the experience was. They did the repair ON SITE, in a matter of minutes, and for an exceptionally reasonable price. Story time: What made this experience even more impressive was that I had previously taken the same piece to another jeweler in the valley, where I was told they would need to keep it for two weeks to solder a loop and the repair would cost roughly three times as much. Because this is a valuable vintage piece, I just didn't feel comfortable leaving it there for that long, especially when there was supposedly a jeweler on site and what I was asking would take 10 minutes. Something about it didn't sit right with me, so I trusted my instincts and took the piece home. Then: A friend then recommended this place, and what a difference. Fast, straightforward, reasonably priced, valet parking and, most importantly when you're handing someone something valuable and irreplaceable, they made me feel completely comfortable! And insisted that what I was asking for was so simple. They did it in moment and cleaned the piece!!! I really appreciated the honesty and the fact that they didn't turn a simple repair into some complicated, expensive ordeal. I walked out with my jewelry repaired and back in my hands within minutes. So glad I finally discovered this Beverly Hills institution. I will absolutely be back. Thanks guys!

Are there still good buys to be had? Sure. But given that they aren't all that great, it definitely isn't enough to put up with the worst service in the jewelry industry, with waiting forever for a bored associate who makes you feel like they're doing you a favor when "helping" you. Bring your patience and know that any help you get is likely to be from someone who can't wait to move on to another customer who might be spending more.

They really took the time to explain everything, which made the whole process feel easy and exciting instead of overwhelming. We left feeling like we actually understood what to look for and what mattered most. The front desk team was also very warm and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The store itself is beautiful and has such a calm, inviting vibe perfect for taking your time and asking questions. We also love Brilliant Earth's mission and commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. Overall, it was such an informative and fun experience.

It mysteriously showed up after 3 weeks but I was still getting calls from them regarding a replacement. To this day my order doesn't show as delivered on their website. The icing on the cake, the event it was for was missed, and only when I asked did they even offer to do something to make it right in the form of a gift pendant. It has been several weeks and that has yet to arrive. Absolutely terrible to deal with. I do not recommend at all!

No one was in the store when I entered, about 10 minutes after being helped another person went in, but overall very quiet. Service: I was helped by one person, she was nice and friendly, took her time with me as I tried various rings on. Purchase: I ended up buying three rings, they had two of them in my size at the store, one had to be ordered, and I will be picking it up this week. Selection: I feel they had a good selection on display and had many of them in stock. Parking: Since I went on a weekend 10 minutes after it opened, I found parking on Melrose, just some feet away from the entrance. You have to pay for two hours minimum, if on Melrose, if not, you can prob find parking in the residential areas. Verdict: I will continue to come here, it's super close to where I live and I'm a fan of their designs and love the quality.

What makes this experience even worse is that the ring came with a TWO-YEAR WARRANTY. So naturally, I contacted Mejuri expecting them to stand behind their product. They refused to replace it and said it was due to normal wear. Literally what is the point of a two year warranty if it's not going to be honored. Terrible quality when a literal stone can just fall off a ring and terrible customer service to match.
