I could not be more pleased with my experience with this jeweler. I have been admiring Anne Sisteron's style for years because she is featured in the high-end gift shop at the Orlando Four Seasons Resort at Disney. I love pavé set diamonds as my personal style and that is her specialty! I saw the Scythe bracelet on social media somewhere and had to have it. It wasn't currently on the website so I reached out to them via email and was set up with the e-commerce manager, Brooke. She sent me the info and I was able to put in an order for a custom piece, ready in 4-6 weeks. Approximately 4 weeks later it was shipped to me via Fed-Ex signature two-day delivery. It was too big, so I reached out and they sent me a 2-day return label and resized it and sent it back within 1 day of receipt with tracking info provided. Unfortunately, the size was still off, so the process was repeated, again with 1 day turnaround after item was delivered back to them. Brooke was a consummate professional, saying they would make it right for me no matter what. They did! It's beautiful. I love it. It's a stunner and matches well with another fine jewelry piece I have from Tiffany and Co. This is going to be one of my go-to shops for sure. Excellent customer service, ownership and accountability, great communication, and beautiful diamond pieces! They also recently launched a loyalty program with specials and gifts for members! I love Anne Sisteron and co! Brooke and Jennifer helped me pull off a holiday miracle for my wife and I'm super grateful. I had initially ordered two X shaped rings from a small local LA jewelry designer. Paid, confirmed, and was just awaiting the shipping. Two days before Christmas they canceled my order with no explanation. Very 2020. So, in a bit of a panic, I went on a hunt for a replacement and Anne Sisteron was able to get me two rings in a similar (and better) design next day for curb side covid safe pickup. I purchased the turquoise & diamond compass pendant for my birthday in August. Unclasped it for the first time this week and it broke. It is costing me $140 to get it back to them for repairs. I don't think an item that is meant to open and close should break the first time you open it. We'll see how they do with the repair. Although many of the items I've purchased have been for special occasions, I can't help but wear them everyday. There is a wide variety of price points as well. Often, moonstone or white topaz is used to make a similar statement to a higher end stone at much lower cost. I am a true customer for life! I have never visited the store but I bought some amazing pieces on line last November. One of the items was a beautiful ring for my daughter that slipped off her finger this summer and was badly damaged in her friend's driveway. She was heartbroken and she sent a photo of the ring to the company in hopes that it could be repaired. She was told to send the ring back with a small repair fee and 8 weeks later she received the ring in immaculate condition! I bought a Anne Sisteron necklace online that I first saw at a hotel in Santa Barbara, then again in Maui as I felt it was meant to be. (That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.) it had been my favourite necklace all last year until it was lost. I emailed Anne Sisteron about buying another and was told I could still get the necklace but they could not guarantee that the moonstone would be a pink hue despite being made to order. So I declined. My husband bought it for me as a surprise (he lost the first one) and was told the same thing, no guarantee of pink hue moonstone despite being made to order. The replacement necklace arrives and the moonstone is blue which just does not work with rose gold IMO. My husband thought I was being overly picky until he saw the blue moonstone IRL and agreed that pink worked much better in the rose gold setting. He was told he could return it for store credit only, no thanks after such poor service. He went to a local jeweler in our town who said he could replace the moonstone if my husband sourced the moonstone. Lucky for me, there is crystal store down the street that carries moonstones. He got the moonstone, the jeweler replaced the ugly blue one and I have my favourite necklace back! I receive compliments on it daily but if asked where it's from, I explain the poor customer service. This was not my first unhelpful, unfriendly experience with Anne Sisteron. Last Nov I found several rings I liked for my daughter's 18th bday but none available in her size. When I contacted Anne Sisteron about availability, they had no info on when or if they would be available, then suggested other rings that were nothing like the ones I wanted for my daughter. Contrast their service with another boutique jeweler whose earrings I bought from Saks. They arrived and the clasp on one diamond huggie was loose and same on one ruby heart post. I contacted the jeweler directly, they sent me a FedEx label to send in both pairs, then sent me two brand new pairs that fit beautifully with no risk of falling off. Although I've never had the pleasure of visiting the store, I have had great experiences purchasing some gorgeous pieces online. Rachel was nothing but eager to help in answering questions and providing photos of the requested jewelry. She answered all my questions, sent me photos of the items, and was very patient with me. As you walk through this courtyard there is this charming boutique jewelry store on the left side in the back. Amazing service. Super high-quality product. I purchased 2 Gabriela Artigas necklaces thru The store Des Cohen...a terrible experience. I asked them to change the clasps because the one ones they used were so tiny it took me 10 minutes to even put them on. Not only did they charge me for a different clasp but it took almost 2 months to get them back! I found Anne on Facebook and visited her store in Beverly hills. They have so many options in store. All of the girls that work there are absolutely incredible and provide the best service I've probably had anywhere. I've been working with Emma but the other two girls always jump in and give their opinions and help out as well. I Purchased two necklaces and asked if they would put a larger clasp on them. They did not even hesitate and I had my necklaces back within three days and no charge. They also let me exchange a ring with no questions asked. If a diamond falls out they replace it free of charge. This is for sure my new favorite jewelry designer.
