We had been waiting for hours for GEICO roadside service to fix a flat. Finally I said forget it. I'm going to call a local Towing Company. It was crazy, Dale got there in literally minutes. The company wasn't sure if they could take care of an RV, but Dale felt ready for the challenge and he made it look easy. In fact, it was easy for him! He was super fast, super friendly, just a nice guy and very professional at the same time. The truck was beautiful. It was a big, huge, red, shiny thing almost like a fire truck. I call this place ask for a quote, was expensive but I had no choice. this fella shows up in 10 minutes. had my vehicle started in 10 minutes. then gave me an offer (discount) on the price. I saw the signs for Roseburg Towing around town when I was visiting my grandma. I never in a million years thought I'd need their service. Then, I almost drove my grandma's car off a small cliff, total accident. And great, what do I do know, then I remembered their signs. I called them up and they were at our vehicle in about 10 minutes. They were very professional. They charged $200 to pull our van off the cliff. Personally, I thought this was pretty high. I was expecting like $100 since it took them all of 5 minutes to get our van out. However, we were grateful. Two months later I'm still trying to get reimbursed from my grandma's insurance, which is a little frustrating but not Roseburg Towing's fault. I definitely recommend them. read more

These people at Roseburg towing are thieves. We sold a car to my son and he didn't register it before he got into a situation and had it towed. Roseburg towing came after us for the towing and storage. By the time they contacted us the fee was astronomical. We could pay it and have the car towed to our home or pay over $400 to let them keep it. If we didn't pay they said they could sue us. I happened to be on my way to Eugene for surgery the very day we were contacted so I had no choice but to pay the over $400 to have them"scrap it". Then I tried to pick up my son's belongings from it and they wanted to charge me another fee. On top of it all I found out that they didn't scrap it but fixed to sell it. Total thieves!!! read more

We were moving our son home from Corvallis and had his Blazer on our trailer when we were about an hour out of Roseburg going up a grade and steam started coming out of our hood. Found out we had a cracked radiator. Nobody would tow us except for Roseburg Towing. It was a Friday night at dusk going into the 4th of July weekend! From the person that answered the phone to the two tow truck driver, incredible service! Couldn't recommend them enough! I'd say call them 1st! They've got my business if I ever need them again! Just a bunch a nice guys that do a incredible job! We got back to Roseburg and got the truck fixed and now we're safe at home! Outcome could have been different! So glad we came across their #! I wish that I could give zero stars. This company took advantage of my injured partner who had just been in a roll over accident and was completely rattled up. We had AAA but the police called these guys instead. They just assumed AAA would reimburse (which in this case they didn't). Knowing this, they added every additional charge they could think of. I am completely disgusted. It was $656 to go 37 Miles just for the tow!!!!!! Not to mention they towed the car South that extra 37 Miles when we need to be towed North. We had to immediately get the car towed again North to Portland. While I will admit that the tow truck driver himself was friendly and courteous, I am appalled at the owner/management. The whole thing seems like a scheme to take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. read more

These guys will try and charge you as much as they possibly can. $200 for a 1/2 mile tow that took them 30 minutes from my initial call to complete. Typical tow truck company just taking advantage of people since they can't find a job helping people for an honest living. read more

I had an accident near Roseburg on i5 just north of the Del Rio Rd Exit. They charged me $485 for a 5 mile tow to their yard. The police responding called them. I was given no choice. I have triple A. Triple A said a reasonable charge was 143 dollars for that tow. Then the tow company called in a claim to my insurance for another car that was in a separate accident that did not involve my car. They were friendly but very unreasonably priced. Do yourself a favor and call a different company if you need a tow. read more

Not all heroes wear capes. We locked our only set of keys in the car on a super hot Saturday. Four hungry, hot, whining kids, their stressed mom, and a cart full of perishable groceries were rescued within 15 minutes by the owner. He was actually enjoying a day off but all the other drivers were busy out rescuing other people- he took the call and didn't want us to wait in the heat. I would call that amazing customer service, hard to find these days. read more

I would NEVER use these people again. They were a major rip off and did a terrible job of what they charged me for. In fact I believe they charged me for things they didn't even do. They also charged a 4% additional service for using a charge card which gets expensive when their bill was 650+. They charged so many fees like emergency fee...well when you're stranded whatever for its an emergency. They charged allot for mileage when they weren't that far away. I recommend avoiding them. read more

We just had the best experience with this company! It was a last minute, emergency towing and they showed up so fast. The guy we first met was so courteous! It made our mood better. We did have our child with us so as soon as we told him, he made a call to one of the other guys to bring a truck where we all fit. So the first guy took our vehicle and the second guy gave us a ride to where we needed to go. Their trucks of very clean and spacious. They are accommodating and we felt very taken care of. Hands down the best experience with a towing company, period! If this is their goal and their attitude with all customers than other towing companies should strive to be like the two guys we met.
