Very rude service. I came in asking for help with the air filling machine because it wasn't working properly and the Indian cashier wouldn't even let me finish my sentences or explain myself fully (I'm not white so I used that ethnic qualifier). He kept putting his hand up to stop my talking and kept interrupting me, like a toddler refusing to listen to his parent. He demanded I go outside to the machine try again and when he walked out and I showed him how it wasn't working, he said it was a problem with my car, though I use all the other machines in town just fine. I asked him for a refund and he told me to call the number and I've put in a request so other people don't have to deal with that rude service as I did. Hopefully that machine gets fixed but never going to this gas station again - and asking you all to choose another gas station too because this person has been at it for years read more

Rosedale Chevron on the corner of Rosedale Hwy and Calloway has the same gas prices as the Sullys Chevron a couple miles away. They are more expensive than the Fastrip and 7-Eleven stores close by. Their convenience mart is not as nice, clean, and welcoming as Sullys Chevron. No Smith's Bakery here either. Instead, they have Magoo's Pizza. Good place to stop at from time to time. Personally, I'd rather go to Sully's. read more

Went today and paid in cash and when I went in to tell the worker I was being overcharged, he claimed he didn't know how to speak English and was his first day and there was no way we could get a refund. Not going back here again. I had to go inside to pay as the pump's card reader wasn't working. I got inside and the cashier came out from the restroom after waiting for 15 mins. for her. She (Kashmir) didn't say anything, went inside her station and I had to tell her why I was there. She finally said I can pay in there but threw an attitude when I said if I can give her my rewards number. I guess I should have let her know first before she started ringing up my payment. I would not get my gas at this Chevron. There is a employee there who refuses to help/assist disabled people with pumpin gas, He also refuses to pump propane. This has happened more than once. The person he was rude to and refused to help more than once, contacted the owner there about the issue, and the owner stated He was goin to fire him! Yet when she returned there to get gas this man was still workin there. There are laws in California with regard to assisting Disabled/Handicapped People. There is no reason why this employee should be allowed to treat customers this way, and keep his job. You're a fraud and liar. You stated the payment would be debited last Tuesday 01/23/2018 within 48 hours. Yesterday was 01/29/2018. You didn't keep your word and another week without a refund. You did this to my son-in-law. Consumers beware using your debit card. The pump shuts off, you receive no gas, and they debit your card anyway, then the owner Gill gives you the run around and makes it difficult to get your money back. I usually love this Chevron and use it all the time. I love the red headed woman who always gives me a smile. However they just recently hired the most rude employee I've ever come across. He actually made me angry. Not only did I swipe my card 4 times (and I have the bank transactions to prove they took the money) this employee named MYNER? MINOR? Refused to even talk to me whatsoever when I showed him that I had actually indeed paid 4 TIMES. He waved me off and did not care about his job whatsoever. The fact that this is the first Yelp review I have ever made..and it's my own local store that I visit frequently...is VERY disappointing. Fire that dude and put the red head girl in charge. I went to this store on January 22nd 2018 too get gas i went in side to pay with my debit card and after i paid went to the pump my gas and the power and lights went out. I went back in to the store spoke to the Cashier and told him he tried to fix it i asked for a refund they told me it would take 24-48 hours and then on January 23rd they charged my debit card for $41.44 that i never used. when i called and spoke with the Store owner Gill he stated that Chevron didnt get paid when Chevron Corp said they did. Stopped here while travelling and had some problems with this station: The gas is expensive; the bathroom was smelly and dirty; there were ants crawling around the self-serve donuts. There are many other choices in the same immediate area for gas (Arco am/pm, Shell, Costco gas) and I will use them in the future instead of this station. And there's a lot of fast food places and other stores all along this street if you want snacks. read more

My objective to go over to this Chevron was to fill gas in my car tank with gas, air in my tires and get a car wash. I had stopped going there almost more than a year ago since I always had to go inside to get my receipt. My experience of getting the receipts from the pump has been the same since August'12. Over all it is very poorly managed, more than poor management they seemed to have excelled in the arts and sciences of abusing the customer vaudeville. They had excelled to such an extent that they were able to lure a lost customer like me back into their gas station by having a huge sign on the corner promising a $0.10 discount on gas if the customer goes for a car wash. I pulled up and filled in my tank. Normally, the pumps flash the message if you want to go for a car wash as part of the transaction in the user interface. I noticed that did not happen. Anyhow, I had to go inside to collect my receipt. There was this guy with gold all over him who spoke to me in pidgin using English words and Arabic sentence construction. He conveyed the information that the car wash is not working in a sing-song voice modulation which was neither the Arabs or the English nor the Australians used, forgetting about standard north American English. I asked him if there is a password for the air, as by law they are supposed to provide air if you fill gas. He conveyed that he would turn it on. I went to my car and try to fill air but it would not work. During this process, I found that the pressure gauge was not graduated for modern cars. I again had to go to ask him what is going on. With no sense of apology, he started to be a drama queen and used the words remote , not work ( this time more sing song voice modulation )and he walked towards the air pump and said he will turn it on. I mentioned to him that what they are doing is customer abuse. He said he would not turn the air on, if I complain. I just left the place never to go back again. The people who run this place apparently seen to have developed high level skills to abuse their customers by different ways: 1.luring customers into the gas station by offering a discount on gas for car wash even though their car wash is not working. 2. By luring customers again into want to abuse the customers by luring them into the gas station if they need a receipt.3. Intimidating not to provide with service, which a customer is entitled to legitimately after collecting money. I could not complete filling the gas business transaction without a hitch and worst of all I could not fill air in my tires for which I had paid by buying gas. Worst of all is to advertise for services, which they could not offer to lure in customers. To sum it up something is very seriously wrong with these guys. I am skeptical if I am getting anything right at all here. read more

It is 110 outside, I have a very low tire and needed air. I had parked my car by the air pump when I saw it said 1.50 quarters only. This station charges 1.50 for air (gee I thought it was supposed to be free if getting gas). I had to walk past two islands to where the mini store was to get 4 quarters. I had my puppy with me and put him in my arms as I was not about to leave him in the car. I walked in about 2 feet to the counter and the employee was so rude & SO LOUD saying YOU CANT HAVE A DOG in the store. I said I had a very low tire, needed air and handed him a dollar for 4 quarters as he was still yelling at me. He handed me my quarters and the man behind me looked at me with a smile saying that was totally unnecessary of the man!! Needless to say I didn't buy any gas from him but went down the street once I go my 60 seconds of air!!! My puppy still in my arms!
