Additionally, the "trainer" came over around 830 to tell us that although it was only three of us that gratuity is automatically included. Very odd that we were told these things during our meal. We normally tip over the 20% but because the trainer didn't get any of our tips, we opted to not increase the tip that was automatically charged to us. Unfortunately, there was ONE bartender and ZERO servers until after 7pm so we had to go to the bar to order a drink. In fact, no one came to take our order at our table until after 8pm. STRIKE 2. The DJ played some great music but kept cranking up the volume to the point that standing shoulder-to-shoulder we couldn't talk to each other. Additionally, because they oversold, we were surrounded on all sides by people standing around, bumping and brushing by us. STRIKE 3. I decided to try a sweet wine flight, and he tried to warn me that it was very sweet, but I didn't listen. The flight was super sweet. There wasn't a single one that I enjoyed. Chris did recommend another wine, Fragolino, and I loved it. I could've drank it all day. I wanted a bottle of it to go, but sadly, they were out. Hopefully, when I return, it will be in stock. Next visit, I'll go with something not so sweet.
