Extremally disappointing experience. Apparently there are "more and less important/valuable"…read moreclients. Mr. Kaczor only has time for the "more valuable" ones, or as they called it - "more complicated" cases. The less valuable are handled by his assistants. Even if you specifically ask for an appointment with him, you will find out that appointment was made with one of his assistants without your knowledge when you show up in the office for that appointment. I was assured that Mr. Kaczor oversees and checks everything before filing anything. So far, that has not happened yet in the last 4 or 5 years when filing tax returns. Even if you have been a LOYAL CLIENT FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS, he doesn't have time to review your tax returns or even say "hi". And I would be OK with that approach, but if you ask your tax professional (one of his assistants) tax related questions, and the answer you get is and I quote: "lets Google it", there is something VERY WRONG with that picture. Also, nobody else in the office is able to answer that question or even try to make an effort to find the answer. That really makes me question the knowledge of the entire staff and any training, if any, they are going through. And of course Mr. Kaczor is with a client and not available at the moment. I asked if he could call me back at his earliest convenience to address the issue since the tax filing deadline is approaching quickly and none of his staff know anything about the subject, I was assured that we will get call back the same day. Five days later - no call!! Time was running out so we have decided to call another local tax preparer in the area who we have never worked with before and guess what? They re-arranged some appointments and squeezed us in the very next day. We received excellent customer service and they were able to find answers and provide solutions in less than 20 minutes. The bottom line: if your "case" is not complicated enough for Mr. Kaczor himself and way too complicated for his assistants, do yourself a favor. Skip Kaczor and Associates and find yourself a different tax preparer. You will be glad you did!

This location continues to exceed my expectations. They have multiple lanes where cars queue up. I…read morewent at an odd time - 10 AM on a weekday so it wasn't very crowded. There were four lanes open and each had three to four cars waiting. I got into the shortest line - three cars and as soon as I pulled up, the first car left. I probably waited five minutes before I was in line to be tested. The test has gotten shorter over the years, probably due to improved technology. You still have to get out of the car so they can complete the test and it was mighty cold out that day. They have an enclosed room where you can wait, but I was not offered the chance to go inside. I imagine it's because the test is so fast now. The car passed inspection. The person who did the test thanked me for coming by - she was very pleasant. This location also has a place where you can renew your plates. My plates are still up to date so I didn't have to go inside but I have used them before and was pleased with their service.

My sales coordinator was Rose, she was a joy to work with, as were Tim & Tim, the 2 gentlemen who assisted with the financing. All 3 of them are very personable, customer oriented & know their stuff. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

However as we were told by our sales rep they only have 1 guy who does the finances. This causes a huge backup if there is literally anyone else there trying to buy a car. We were there from 9:30am to 2:30pm. While buying a car is a process, it's not a 5 hour process. Esp since there is no haggling involved and we had the car we wanted picked out. By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha
