Other than that, will be using them again on the next bathroom renovation. Tip from a Pro - besides slanting the marble slates slightly so that water doesn't build up causing dirt that most people do, have the shower doors measured from the tile seams. The explosion was so loud that we thought someone had broken into our house or that a tree had fallen through it. We have a newborn and a toddler and we're grateful this happened in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep. Had someone been in the shower, the outcome could have been much worse. We contacted the company immediately hoping they would stand behind their product in what was clearly an unusual and dangerous situation. Instead, they did not want to help and expected us to pay the full cost of replacing the glass. The owner of the company was rude on the phone and didn't offer an apology or acknowledge how scary and dangerous the situation was. After several attempts on our part to reach a resolution, they stopped answering us. I'm most upset with how the company handled this situation. We gave them every chance to make it right because we wanted to support a local business. Instead, we were left with a very expensive repair and in our experience, a company that wouldn't take responsibility when something went seriously wrong. I would not recommend using this company in any circumstances. Their customer service is bad and their product is DANGEROUS.
