Then, the wonderful people at Butte Home Health and Hospice showed up at my door, bringing with them the care and advice I needed to find my way forward. Now, after five weeks of in-home visits from their talented, professional staff, my life is wholly better, and I no longer fear I'll have to leave my home. Everything about this terrific non-profit is dedicated to their client's needs and well-being. Visits are organized to provide a seamless bridge from immobility to independence, through skilled application of exercise practice and advice. Everyone who came to help - home health nurse, physical therapist, and medical social worker - were kind, warm-natured, and gently encouraging. I am particularly grateful to Erik Karchev, whose knowledge and talent as a physical therapist enabled me to experience a renewed mobility that I despaired I'd never feel again, and my pain level has decreased noticeably. A lot of good can come from working with skilled and dedicated professionals, and working with Butte Home Health and Hospice has truly improved my life. I now have hope that I can continue to live independently in my home, and, at 73 years old, discovering a new hopefulness is amazing!

Many, however, transferred to Butte Home Health so the transition has been good. The RN is the most important and crucial, right? We met Pamela for her first visit and it only took minutes to be comfortable again. She is the personification of excellence, and I feel my wife has a concierge doctor/nurse when she is here and an advocate for her health. Today, Butte authorized a portable oxygen machine so that we have some additional options to go out and about. From medication organization and ordering to specific needs, we have appreciated each person, from Shannon, the social worker, to Theresa in PT, Chaplain Hugh, we feel so lucky. If this review can help others, then it is worth the time to have done it. All companies will have similar manuals, but it will always be the people and the human touch that determines their effectiveness. Butte Home Health deserves a huge thank you.

My dear friend rented a studio apartment here for her end-of-life hospice care. The staff worked very closely with the Enloe Hospice team and provided excellent supportive care for my friend. The office staff is personable and efficient, making the paperwork side of things very easy. Each person who came in our room knew about our situation which tells me the communication between staff is very good. Caregivers were very caring and made a point of making sure all family/friends were comfortable as well as the patient. Meals were easily individualized for her and offered in an attractive manner. We were able to bring many things from her home and make the studio a warm, welcoming place to be. Loved ones were able to be with her any time of the day and night............and we were made to feel welcome, not in the way! My friend paid them the highest compliment by stating she felt very safe there. Anytime she called for help she received an immediate response. She was able to die a peaceful death with friends at her side. Many thanks to the team at the Courtyard for making this happen.

A couple of weeks ago, an ER trip resulted in me being sent to a Skilled Nursing Facility. Here's the point!!! I remember the PEOPLE!!! I remember the KINDNESS!!! I remember the ENCOURAGEMENT!!! I remember.....the LOVE!!! God used the people at Enloe to save my life.....TWICE!!! Thank you all...again! Let's not have a third time! Been waiting in an empty er for 3 hours with my girlfriend having severe abdominal pain…read more It has now been 4 1/2 hours the room has somewhat filled and emptied around us twice It has now been 6 hours and every time I talk to a nurse they act like it's our fault that we are here oh and it has filled and emptied again for a third time It has now been about 7 hours finally got a room and there is a needle in the back of the bed after she got verbally attacked by the doctor and the nurse shoved a Covid test so far up her nose it still hurts 5 min later 3 nurses just came in the room and they all saw the needle but decided to leave it I watched them stare at it

Having a parent at this facility will require a partnership in caring for and supporting my parent's needs and this woman is the dealbreaker in choosing this facility. I found her to be arrogant and patronizing with a condescending nature. She was not able to answer direct questions regarding care I was inquiring about. I question what her background and education are and if she is qualified to run a facility like this. We ended up going with another option this year. I thought I'd leave feedback for others.

They texted all hours, no matter if they know you're not working that day or not, and are extremely unprofessional and outdated. Messages are like a teenage girl is texting you. One of them uses LOL all the time and the other doesn't know how to spell check or make sure the texts make any sense. Very easy to get confused and if you try to clarify, you get treated like you are an idiot, but the reality is coming they are the idiots. They pretty much are a NOC caregiver staffing agency only, since they can't find caregivers work for anyone during daylight hours.

I worked for a full month straight with no days off. I ended up getting pregnant and they took me off the schedule due to "reliability" since i called in sick ONCE for morning sickness. They have the worst communication problem i've ever seen. They are very unprofessional and don't keep tabs on anything. They call you night and day to cover a shift even after they tell you you're going to get a day off. I have multiple rude texts from two of the people in the office. They don't care about anyone but themselves and will do anything to get their way. If you say no to ANY shift they will take you off the schedule or give you no hours to punish you instead of talking to you. I will never refer ANY of my family to them or any friends. They are the worst company out there for care-giving jobs and or healthcare services in general.
