I came to Svetlana in early May, after a work-intensive stressful period, from which I came out with dehydrated, tired looking skin. I've been coming to her for chemical peels ever since, and have seen great results thanks to Svetlana's diligence and careful attention. She spends time on my treatments, I never-ever feel rushed. WHAT A GEM! Highly recommend this place for its facials and other skincare services offered by resident aesthetician Svetlana. I have highly sensitive skin and previous attempts at facials caused break-outs and flares that took weeks to get under control. Here, just after one visit, my skin felt hydrated, radiant and glowing. I really hope to make these visits a staple in my skincare regime. Svetlana uses a great array of products and is very knowledgeable about skincare for any age group. Products she used on me did not cause my skin to react as she asked a lot of questions before starting the procedure. She works intuitively and is very responsive to the customer needs and mood (talking, listening or letting you relax as the procedure gets underway). The length of service was perfect, so at the end I felt pampered and relaxed without feeling rushed or being left wanting for more. Got multiple compliments days after the procedure. I went to Rose for the first time today. I kept getting charged way too much at my other stylist to dry my hair after a coloring. She was adorable, first of all. I needed a root touch-up, but she had time, so I had her layer and style my hair. I am SOOOO happy! I already made an appointment for January for another touch-up. What an absolute gem! I just had a blow dry done by Rose. I saw the previous Yelp reviews so I thought I would check it out. Most places have trouble blow drying my hair. I have very long and thick hair and love my hair with tons of volume - a challenge a lot of places can't handle. She, however, understood fully.
