They do amazing waxing, but the customer service is horrible. The way they talk to customers and the way they look at you with disgust is very unpleasant, especially the men. Maybe I saw wrong but the gentleman was sitting outside smoking a cigarette waited for me to walk up asked me if I needed my nails done I said yes... his response... we closed!! The nail tech was very nice but all my nails were shaped and cut uneven and I ended up with my hands and toes 2 different shades of red. It was my first time here. After reading the reviews and star rating I called because I needed a last minute pedicure. When I called I was impressed that they could fit me in right away. When I got there I only waited about 10 minutes. No biggie. The kicker was the guy that did my feet didn't understand English and did the opposite every time from what I asked! He started to chop the sides of my nails so high up that I will probably have in grown nails! I'm SO utterly pissed off!!! He was very nice and what is done is done. As a bonus you get to enjoy seeing another guy with tattoos (must be one of the managers) with the most pretentious attitude. It's not worth putting your feet at risk!! Pick another nail salon!! Came in for a fill and gel manicure/pedicure. The man who worked on my nails was externally short and had a "take It or leave it" attitude when I asked him to correct the shape of of my nails. Same attitude when I asked him to clean the gel polish off my cuticles. Then commented how he "saved" my nails because before he started they were a "hot mess". I'm leaving photos of his nails to show the poor work that was done. Then after I sat to get my pedicure another customer sat with him. She changed her mind about what she wanted and he walked off saying he wasn't going to deal with that. And as I write this finishing my pedicure he's discussing with another customer how some women are "never satisfied". If I am paying for a service I should have the place to comment about the service I'd like. Forget this place... too many salons in the area to have to deal with poor treatment! read more

Rose's, Nail place is a good, my recommendation is to have more pleasant nail tech's "ladies are always on the phone the one that handles the front desk counter has the headset on her ears all the time." the male tech's are aware of who comes in and the needs of the customer's . I had my manicure done by Jay he did an awsome job with the powered dip. The have lot of colors for the dip powerder. I think if the owner focus a bit more on the type of staff they hire the place would be a five star. Is an honest job and it's a way to make money. read more

The staff is very nice and accommodating. I was a walk-in and within 5 mins I was in a chair, they are very busy!! I got shellac on my nails, I loved it. I went to paradise religiously every two weeks for 2 years. One day I went 30 mins b4 closing and they wouldn't take me in for a fill. I begged them as I was already a week overdue but with the holiday hours I was working...I couldn't get there. I was mad! Looked online and saw good reviews of Rose's...rushed over and recalled the same couple there used to work for paradise. I said I know it's late but can I please get a full. Suan said no problem. It's unfortunate however I did not enjoy nor liked my experience at this salon. This maybe there off day when I went, I don't know. However currently I feel as if they where just rushing to do my nails because there where a lot of people that came after I arrived. My nails are a bit crooked and they go off to the side. I did inform the nail tech several times about this issue only for them to make the nail worse. My nails do not look almond shaped as I requested nor is in the color nail polish I specifically brought. I think this is why they charged me only $35 for gel almond nails then $50. So price wise decent not horrible, but I rather pay $100 for my nails to look amazing then $35 for it to look like a quick job. Will I go again? No, do I recommend people to go, yes. Why? because it's cheaper then other places. However if the place is packed turn back and go another day do not be the unfortunate victim of bad service due to there rush to finish people off as soon as possible. read more

Don't go here. I don't know who the new owner (or the guy running the shop at least) is but he is EXTREMELY rude. They don't do that great of a job with shaping and nails can be sloppy. I have gone there 3 times trying to give them a chance but the job on my nails has always been lackluster. If you value good service and quality, I wouldn't recommend you go here. So I had an older gentleman don't remember his name but he didn't pay too much attention to detail. No massage on feet or or hands barley any tlc. First time I had a younger gentleman and it was much better. Also if you go when they are busy like in the day on the weekends it's a little chaotic and you do t get the tlc you expect. My 4 year old daughter who is annoying ended up getting a quick polish and the lady who took care of her was awesome and patient. I have been getting manicures gel nails, or acrylics for over 25 years. I never have been so disappointed and mistreated as I was today. I decided to try a new nail salon closer to my area. I wish I had read the reviews before. When you have so many negative comments saying the same thing about this male tech, there must be something wrong. First of all, the instruments come right out of his drawer after he used them on another client. Although the girls at the front desk were very sweet, as I explained what I wanted and how I liked it. They proceeded to get the guy sitting outside curbside on his phone to do me. His attitude was rude as if he was doing me a favor. He was rough and would stop to text on several occasions. When I asked him why my nail was flipping toward the ceiling he said it was my finger. Really? He proceeded to cut the tip and apply a new one making it twice as thick. I was still in my patient mood when he got upset at another young lady that said she was the manager said she would fix it. By now, I felt I no longer wanted anything to do with this salon. I asked the lady who was the owner and she pointed to Huan. He has a HUGE gold Mercedes emblem around his neck. Hard to miss. He is a lucky man to have staff that are willing to clean up his mess with a smile. Perhaps his wife is the owner and forces him to work there. He seemed to want to be somewhere else.
