I was visiting from out of town and walked in with no wait on a Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure refill after some research. Clean, spacious salon with massage pedicure chairs. My husband had a pedicure and he was happy with the result. Anthony took care of me. He was fast yet also efficient. I must say, also quite affordable. My refill was $30, as was hubby's pedicure. Steppin Out Nail Spa is the best place for a mani/pedi in the Pembroke Pines area. I have been trying to find a good spot for months now and finally have my go to place. It is tucked away in a strip mall off of Pines Blvd with plenty of parking. I went as a walk in with no appointment. The place was busy so next time I will definitely call ahead. The staff was very friendly and professional. Their nail techs dont rush your mani/pedis, you feel welcomed here. Lots of gel colors to choose from! Win! They also do the thredding for eye brows. It was mesmerizing to watch. Must do a great job because there was a line of people waiting to get theirs done. Cant wait to go back! read more

I stumbled into this nail salon once in desperation. My other salon was always always always overbooked and I didn't have time to wait. Mi has become my one and only nail tech. Not only does she do amazing work (I've literally only broken one nail in the last year and that was 1000% on me), but she funny and personable. I had a terrible experience at this salon. The owner is incredibly rude and seems to hate her job based on her piss poor attitude and the fact that she's terrible at doing nails. She cut my fingernails and refused to shape them, so I had to ask her to file them myself while she sat in front of me on her phone. She took call after call during the manicure and after seeing the mess she made of my fingernails, I decided to opt out of the pedicure. She proceeded to berate me and yelled at me for not wanting the pedicure. The salon is dirty and has cobwebs quite literally on every surface and corner. This nail salon is certainly on its last leg and will likely go out of business at this rate. I highly recommend avoiding this salon and finding something cleaner and of better quality. read more

This salon is great. Mimi is my tech and she always does an amazing job. My mom gets her nails done with Lam and she always leaves happy too . They are busy, which is a good thing because it means they are doing a good job. Please dont call on Saturday at 9:30am and expect to get a same day appt, probably wont happen. I have only been here once so I can't speak on multiple experiences. I had a mani pedi with dip on my nails. It was my first time doing dip/powder and loved it. One week in my nails still look great. I went on a week day so I did not have to wait, but I imagine it's crowded during the weekend. It was nice that they took their time and I did not feel like they were rushing which is great, but I probably wouldn't come back here if I had less than an hour to do my nails. :::UPDATED REVIEW::: Great place!! Much needed in this area. They were patient and thorough. I got a dip mani and a color change on my toes. Will definitely return. Ummm No UPDATE 2 weeks out. Not too pleased with the look of the dip nails. They need to be shaped if not they look like a blob sitting on your nails. The paint began to chip one week in . I came in as a walk in and had to wait about 30 mins since there wasn't much staff. As soon as someone opened up they took me right away. The nail tech was super sweet and very friendly. I called to make an appointment for dip nails and regular pedicure and was able to be seen within the hour. Pedicure was great-great exfoliation technique and was quick also. I was in and out in about an hour and 10 min but i took off a star because when my dip manicure was done, no cuticles were cleaned up. Total price was $58. read more

I have been coming here since they opened Lan the owner is very nice and does amazing dips and nails , make sure you make appointments with her she is so worth it ! Today I had a pedi with Sunil for the first time let me tell you she is amazing ! Definitely come try a pedicure with her , she is very sweet, polite , and knows what she is doing . Literally had my mother & i wait for 45mins because they would call when they're ready for us & when we decided to go back because it was taking long the lady said she didn't think we were coming back so she took someone else & when i asked her "well did you call like you said you would?" she put her head down. terrible service won't even try there again since she also said we'd have to wait another 30mins again. goodbye. lost potential customers. read more

Never wrote a review but my first time experience here was embarrassing...I called some hours before I spent my money on Uber to come to this fake high maintenance salon...I asked the lady if they'll be open she said yes and that the salon closes Thursday- Saturday due to the holiday I told her I'll be getting a acrylic and pedicure she go on to tell me that acrylic is up to $45 and pedi is $25...good deal right? Well I go in there and they all look up & told me that their booked that I have to set an appointment? But on google it says they dont go by appointments only plus the lady on the phone could've told me that they were booked today so that my timewouldn't be wasted...now I'm walking to the 10345 pines blvd nail salon under this hot sun feet hurting cuz I did 9 hours on my feet yesterday !!! The staff and location is very nice. I've given them 3 tries, but after every try there is always something wrong with my nails. Now, I have returned and they fixed them for free, however, I don't have the time to return every week for touch up. I got my bails done here 4 days ago, and by the next day, the gel was already coming off, and by day 4, three nails are missing. I wont be coming back. read more

Paid $62 last week for a gel mani and deluxe pedicure. It's been 5 days exactly and my gel nails that are supposed to "last longer" are all starting to chip completely off. Regular polish would even last longer than this. Definitely not worth the money and I will not be coming back. Don't remember the name of the person who did my nails but it was a middle aged man. read more

Mom and I got a basic pani/pedi. We were very happy with the results. I might still try out other places but I would go back here another time. I went to Pines Nails before and did not have a good experience. Pros: - Anthony is very experienced and I loved my mani/pedi. - My mom had Johnny as her tech and she loved his work as well. - very clean environment. They use the plastic cap thing in the pedi tub which I think is really clean - Anthony used some sort of sanding like machine on the rough skin on my feet which took off a lot of dead skin - Anthony was pretty quick which I appreciate. I don't like being at the nail salon for a long time. - they did the mani/pedi in the right order: nails first so they can dry while you get the pedi Cons: - I came in as a walk in around 2:30pm on Friday and there was a 30 minute wait. Next time I'll call ahead. Not necessarily a con, but prices were $40 for a mani/pedi. I don't know how long the mani/pedi will last so I can't comment on the value as yet. I'm also unsure of the standard price for a mani/pedi in this area so I can't comment on how it compares. I only give 5 stars if it's an unbelievable experience so I give this 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars if I was in and out a bit quicker and they had more excellent staff available. read more

Beautiful Salon Not many employees , not warm welcoming at all, the girl did my nails didn't say a word to me didn't even look at me once her energy was so disturbing She made me feel very uncomfortable it was like she didn't like me and she had never met me before I would say something and she would not speak, she was very aggressive doing my nails , although her work was very good her energy was terrible. The owner truly loves what she does and takes pride in her work. I always love when she or her daughter does my nails. They last for weeks AND they'll fix a broken nail for free for quite sometime after the manicure which is awesome. I have never loved any mail places in south Florida since moving here and was stranded at the car place across the street when I decided to walk over to steppin out. So glad I did ! I did give 4 stars because one guy did my nails a while back that did them very bad but never saw him after that. read more

I have so far tried their relieve face oil, peppermint lip scrub, vanilla+shea butter lip balm (MY FAV), pumpkin spice body scrub, and chickpea exfoliator. Literally a 10/10 . Let me start out by saying that this is one of the cleanest, most friendliest nail salon ever!! I am such a picky customer who does not change nail techs on the fly. My mom and sister went to their grand opening and had the best experience of their lives. They took their time and gave them their well-deserved attention. I tried them out and I instantly fell in love with the facility and staff. Anthony is my go-to guy. He is EXTREMELY talented. I only wear white but somehow, he makes the white look beautiful on my nails. He is very clean and very meticulous with his work. Mi is also VERY talented. She is the sweetest girl around and she does a very good job! My last visit with Anthony, it was raining and thundering really bad. The entire staff kept warning customers to be careful walking outside with the colorful sandals they give you. At the end of our visit, Anthony was scared we might fall so he offered his arms to my sister and I and walked us to our car. If that isn't the best kind of service around, I don't know what is. I started going to Steppin Out through a friend's referral several months ago and am now a client for life! The staff is friendly and inviting, greeting each person as they enter. Lan always gives you as much time as necessary to provide an impeccable manicure and pedicure. She makes your time with her feel as if she were your dear friend, always remembering what's going on in your life from one appointment to the next. I had been having my manicures and pedicures done by the same person for years. However, it was difficult to get an appointment with her and the hours she was open was too limiting. Lan was recommended to me by a friend and I will never go to anyone else. The salon is beautiful and very clean. I felt welcome from the start. She was willing to shape my nails as I liked and not to force her opinion on me. She does beautiful work. I get many compliments. The hours are VERY flexible.
