Beautiful place. I'm really looking forward to sharing it with friends and family. The service was great. The wine was delightful. The atmosphere was equivalent to vineyards I've visited in Calistoga Napa, TX hill country and some of the classic well known wine areas throughout the US. I usually wait to do a yelp review until I visit a place 3 times. The exceptions are if it is above and beyond expectations, or really bad. That being said, I trusted the feedback from a couple people in the local area and did a Sunday brunch with my wife and daughter. It was definitely beyond expectations. Great rotating mimosa flavors, the food was delicious and the service and atmosphere there is just outstanding, they have a great waterfront patio I can't wait to try. I didn't ask, but it would be a perfect place to book events, business, or with a group of people. Don't miss out on this gem of a vineyard. Rosini Vineyards Rockwall, Texas Everyone likes a good vineyard. I heard about a place called Rosini Vineyards in Rockwall, Texas. I heard they had live music, and I thought it would make a great date night. I made reservations, and they saved a table for us by the music. We couldn't wait to go. When we pulled up, the property was eye-catching. Beautiful grounds, the building was pleasing, and the parking was effortless. What I liked: The live music was actually a man playing his guitar. I was hoping for a band, but in their defense, I didn't ask. The music was traditional country music, which I personally enjoy. What I didn't like: When we got there, we sat at the table for quite a while before we realized we had to go to the bar to order. There is a sign over the bar, but we didn't notice it right away. We finally ordered a wine sampling. We get one glass at a time, so we had to consistently get up, and walk to the bar. They did not rinse the glass if it was the same color. I didn't like that either. I realize that I am a bit of a snob when it comes to wine and food, but not rinsing the glasses is just lazy. We ordered the chicken tortilla soup. It was good at first, but there was way too much chicken in it. I know that sounds ridiculous, but it was shredded and there was very little broth. It gave us both heartburn. I didn't finish mine. I would have loved some recommendations. We noticed a smores set later on, but we were not told about it before we ordered. I didn't care for the wine. I am a dry wine person, and the wine was a dark yellow. I didn't remember it being so yellow the first time I tried it, but it must have been mixed with whatever the previous wine was. I do not recommend this place. We are planning on looking for a different winery to try next time. It looked like a Cheers, where everybody knows your name, just with wine. read more

To begin with the website stated that you could make a reservation for a table side wine tasting vs just going to the bar so our group of 4 made a reservation however when we arrived the young lady behind the bar looked like a deer in headlights when we told her we had a reservation. Then another lady came up and said she had no reservations that day and didn't have the staff to do so. Well ok so it's cheaper to just get your wine at the bar do we go outdoors to get a table and found a table which had our name and time of reservation!!! Hmmm next thing was they had a young lady there who was selling jewelry which was one of the reasons we went there and the employee who was behind the bar came up and said to us I'm trying to get a bracelet but I will go ahead and help you!! The food was good. Staff was helpful and very friendly. The dining room was loud and the live music was too loud. Quieter and more soothing music I believe would be better for the atmosphere there. The bathrooms were clean with a very pleasant decor. My only complaint was with the men's restroom. The door did not lock. The single men's wall mounted urinal was next to the sink and was visible from the outside dining area except for a waist high wall. Another guest entered while is was busy and my posture and location was visible all the way out to the dining room. That is not unique to this restaurant. Many restaurants and some movie theatres have a similar setup where people outside the restroom can see men using the urinals when the door was opened. So much for personal privacy? read more

What a great destination and fun place to try some really good wines! The food was great, we highly recommend the veggie with chicken flatbread or the cheese burger flatbread which our friends had. The service was great with a very friendly staff. The area was a lot of fun (if it had been less windy and warmer) but interior was great too! Absolutely amazing. The inside is super cute with intimate couches, tables and chairs surrounded by a fireplace. You face the outdoors (which has seating) as well. It was too muggy to sit there, but will be worth it in the Fall. Carol, the owner, and Nikki were so sweet and quite informative. Prices are so affordable; we had the charcuterie plate $22 for two, and two wine flights; $10 each. Highly recommend for an intimate event; birthday party or college graduation. read more

Lovely patio outside facing the lake, friendly staff, and a menu that goes beyond typical wine bar cheese boards and includes seasonal items, flatbreads, salads, and sandwiches. We had such a nice afternoon at Rossini Vineyards. The wines were nice, both reds and whites.

Impeccable! From the service (served by a Greg Rosini himself, so friendly and helpful with recommendations!) to the fresh food (highly recommend the veggie flatbread and add prosciutto!) and the WINE. THE WINE IS AMAZING! I haven't had a more delicious, balanced wine in my life. All of them were wonderful- my favorite was the Blanc du Bois and Lucy. I'll be bringing my parents here to try it out because I know they'll love it. Highly recommend a day trip here! read more

Went here on a Sunday after my brother recommended this winery. We did a wine tasting. It was great, the assortment is not large but flavorful. The owners son Layton served is, later the owners sister helped us. The facility is wonderful. Cool A/C inside and tables outside. They have live music on Fridays. The serve food here also. We did not eat but will later. They have frozen wine drinks also. New here is Cheesecake served. We ended up buying several bottles of Merlot. It is right off Hey 205 just south of FM 529 the road to Health on the east side of 205. Look for the grape vines in front of the building. There is a Shell station just down the road at the red light. The food area and sitting area is very clean. The staff is very friendly here and they have good conversation with all who come in. Young and old both come here. Nice out of the way winery for a drink with reasonable prices. read more
