If i could rate it 0 stars I would!!!!! I went in to buy dog food for my yorkie with sensitive stomach. It was a 4lb bag of a new recipe so I asked the cashier who seemed to be new if I could return it and get my money back she said yes I have 30 days and it has to be more than half full. I realized I got the incorrect size and went back to return not even 15 mins had passed. When I try to return it the SAME cashier informs me it's exchange or store credit no returns. She calls the owner and the owner refuses to give me my return even though her employee informed me wrong!!!!! This place has horrible service both owner and cashier. Go to four points feed store instead, I should've never came to Rosita's. read more

The store it self and service is not an issues. My issue is that the owner can't follow their own returns policy. I came it today to purchase a new leash to use for my husky who ironically had an appointment with the groomer next door. As soon as I tried to use the purchase leash it snapped right off the handle, me being right there I walked in and inform the employee of the situation. She told me I had to have the receipt. Drove home looked through my trash for the receipt giving earlier and took everything to the store just to be told that's not the receipt I should of been giving and the owner saying there is nothing that could be done to replace a defective item purchase from them. Owner is willing to lose a new costumer who spends over $100 dollar in products than replace a $3.29 dogs leash, make it make sense. I'll continue to take my pets to the groomer next door but this is the first and last time am walking in Rosita establishment. read more

Purchased a bag of natural balance dog food to find out it's been for a year. Came back the day I noticed the food was expired (also noticed all the natural balance food was expired since 2018)and the employee concluded that it was my fault for purchasing expired food and there's nothing they can do about it. Nice people but they don't know how to treat a customer. Check the date of the food before you purchase to save your furry friend from getting sick. read more

The only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because they only give store credit for returns. Make sure you REALLY need an item before purchasing from here. Other than that, the store is well stocked and the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. read more

I used to go to High Country Feed & Pets and the other pet store on four points. But I have to say that as far as customer service and prices, Rosita's Pet store is much better than these other two. Please don't change and keep up the good work, and lower your dog food dog bag purchase from 10 5 bags. That's a good way to keep customers happy, your 10th bag of dog food is free. I just wish it were 5. The other two stores I mentioned are either too expensive or bad customer or a mix of both. Just don't change the formula, cause you're doing something right. read more

Every time I am in the area, I always stop at this store to pickup supplies for my pets. I love that it's a family owned business. Petco and Petsmart are overwhelming. The owner is very knowledgeable, answers my questions about her products and she's very sweet. I buy my pets Taste of the Wild. It's hard to find, Petco and Petsmart don't carry it, but I can find it here. They also carry other hard to find brands like Organix. I recommend them to my other pet loving friends. read more

The workers are just so sweet and wonderful! I came looking for pedigree and the young woman named Navel helped me and gave me some useful information about dog food. She suggested this huge bag of dog food would be healthier , and I told her I would get it but the bag seemed too heavy for me to carry since I had my dog with me. She offered to help me carry the dog food in my car. Wow she was so helpful! And she also told me if my dog didn't like the food I can return it.
