Our shower valve bursted so we needed a restoration for the kitchen (right down below) and the master bathroom. Overall they renovated our kitchen, master bathroom, second-floor flooring, stairs, and replaced our water regulator and some water boxes. The results exceeded our expectations. I still remember after installing the cabinets, I noticed the pantry and one more cabinet's doors were very slightly not aligned and was planning to tell Martin about it. However before I had the chance it was already fixed. We really appreciate such details. The crew was very professional and kept the space as clean as possible during construction. Our home feels completely transformed, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for renovation work.

He holds general contractor lic. What a steal! He made great outcome which I was looking for. He had a suggestion : pavers rather than color concrete, which can be hard to match color since other parts faded too much. I'll definitely discuss my next home project to him, first.

After 8 bids from other licensed contractors, my company, Rok Hardware, ended up hiring United Restoration. They were the friendliest, most professional and best bid by far! We received an estimate quickly and all the documentation/insurances that our commercial business leasing office required. The best part, the job was done professionally, completed within 3 days and the project costed exactly what we were quoted, not a penny more! They knocked down some walls in our office/warehouse building, created a couple of openings to join rooms, fixed the celling to match the new open layout, and added all the finishing touches (re-textured/painted and drywalled all raw areas). They told me overall my roof was fine and to get the valley repaired. Jeremy came out and inspected my roof. Yes, the valley did cause my two rooms ceilings to get wet but I had broken, missing and sliding tiles. He took photos and a through drawing of all the issues I had with my roof. Communication with Karen and Taryn was exceptional. They got me scheduled right away and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. Jeremy and the crew came out and went above and beyond. They were so through from removing the roofing tiles, laying down new felt, fixing ALL my valleys (at my request), replacing the broken and missing tiles, placing everything back and cleaning up. Woolbright's Roofing provided me with a portfolio for my record of all the work they did from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for your roofing issues.

By far, reaching out to Trademark was the easiest. Mike responded right away! Not everyone I've dealt with is on time or promptly arrives when it's time to work the way they have. I was very nervous about picking paint colors and absolutely listened to the recommendation of their foreman Robert when he suggest that I paint the brick a darker color than the main house, rather than paint the brick white which is what I initially wanted. I can't tell you how happy I am that I listened to him, or how kind he was through the whole process. Not only that, but he took the color on the door and added it into a small area above my garage which ended up being perfect. Beyond making my house beautiful (because they certainly did!), they also took the time to seal it up with buckets of caulking before painting it since my house is old and had gaps between the wood, brick, and stucco. They also cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping out my patio and arranging the patio furniture when they were done. I rarely leave comments, but in this case - how could I not? Trust me, my house looks amazing and so can yours.

They were licensed, bonded and professional and in fact has been in the industry probably as long as Steve is old. They did the job in a very efficient manner. They were local and had a positive attitude when they walked through our doors. The day I requested a quote, they replied accordingly and did not charge me one red cent above or beyond the original quote. Steve is upset that I hired someone within hours of sending out a request to obtain a quote. His snail mail process to complete a quote won't fly in our day and age of technology and consumers wanting things done yesterday. That's my opinion of why he's so frustrated. He has much to learn about fast paced, efficient businesses that leave him crying in their dust. My saying: You snooze, you lose! LOL! Get over yourself !
