I'm concerned about them. I like the service particularly the automated system, but what happens if their automated system does not return all of your clothes. I had just 2 shirts and one pair of pants for cleaning. The system broke up my order into pants & 1 shirt together and the other shirt which was hand pressed by itself. When I went to retrieve my order for it said completed: I received my first part of pants and shirt but was missing the second shirt. The automated system went through the process of 'returning something' for my second shirt but the slot was empty. First, I called and reported my missing shirt, then I went to the store, and the office staff said it 'showed' delivered. I explained that the automated system went through the process, but nothing was delivered on my 2nd shirt. What bothers me is management is not calling me. That really bothers me. They can see me on their video for I gave them the timeframe plus they see it on my pickup time on the ticket. So now I'm concerned, what do you do when this automated system does NOT return all of your garments! AND, no one is there to aid you. That is a problem!!! Avoid. Poor quality. Holes were found in sweaters and suit jackets. This have happened before, but I thought I had accidentally done it. Subsequently I started checking my clothes before dropping them off. It was only then I realized the dry cleaning cleaner was the cause of the holes in my clothing. HP read more

We've tried many other cleaners before this one and none of them are as good as this place. Always does as awesome job. Turn around time is fairly quick He takes pride in his work. We will keep coming back. read more

I can't believe the service I received at the Gahanna, Ohio Ross Cleaners. The owner is the rudest man I have ever met. I told the owner what the stain was on the sport coat I needed cleaned. The look on his face was that of disgust. I don't think people take clean cloths to the Dry Cleaners. I was only trying to help him figure out the best was to clean the coat. Now that I think about it, I don't think he ever really said anything to me. I told him when I wanted to pick it up and he shrugged. I went to pick up the coat and he was pointing at the sign that said cash only under $10. Of course I didn't have any cash so I had to come back the next day. I am also remembering no words were spoken at this time either. The next day I came back to pick up my coat with my cash, again no words were spoken. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS MAN MY BUSINESS. Incredibly disappointing-will not be back. Owner literally laughed in my husbands face when he requested some items to be cleaned a certain way (it's dry cleaning, not rocket science...) and was just overall condescending and rude. Customer service was non-existent and laughable. Also fairly overpriced-too many other cleaners in this town to waste time or money here. read more

I'm not happy with the service I received at Ross Cleaners. The male employee or "owner" of this location was very rude to me. I brought my faux fur to this location because it was closer to my place. I've had success at the other location with getting my throw cleaned. I thought this location would be able to handle it as well. I was wrong. When I got it back it looked matted or like it wasn't laundered properly. I picked up my ivory faux fur throw and noticed it didn't look the same. I was very disappointed in how it turned out. I went home to grab my rug it goes to show him how it's suppose to look. He began to argue with me about the material of the other one. I told him it had nothing to do with the material. The point in me having it was to show him what it suppose to look like. I told him that how much it cost and he proceeded to say that wasn't a lot. As if my money didn't matter. He continued to interrupt me and make it seem like I didn't have the right be unhappy about how my ruined throw turned out. He said I was stressing him out because I was being an unsatisfied customer. I told him getting my throw back that is ruined upset me. I wouldn't go to this place. They do not care you as a customer, your hard earned money, or you being satisfied with your laundered items coming back right. read more
