I had just 2 shirts and one pair of pants for cleaning. The system broke up my order into pants & 1 shirt together and the other shirt which was hand pressed by itself. When I went to retrieve my order for it said completed: I received my first part of pants and shirt but was missing the second shirt. The automated system went through the process of 'returning something' for my second shirt but the slot was empty. First, I called and reported my missing shirt, then I went to the store, and the office staff said it 'showed' delivered. I explained that the automated system went through the process, but nothing was delivered on my 2nd shirt. What bothers me is management is not calling me. That really bothers me. They can see me on their video for I gave them the timeframe plus they see it on my pickup time on the ticket. So now I'm concerned, what do you do when this automated system does NOT return all of your garments! AND, no one is there to aid you. That is a problem!!! Just one shirt but it is MY shirt!

Well, quite simply, almost everybody (who has a real job - unlike me) needs a good Dry Cleaner to help them get ahead in Corporate America. So, what attracts someone to a particular Dry Cleaner? Obviously, the closer to home the better. That's a given. What else matters? How about clean, pressed clothing? Now you're talking. There's nothing worse than picking up shirts that have burns or holes in them, right? Finally, I would imagine that price is an issue for most of us. One thing that most Dry Cleaners share is competitive pricing. By the sheer number of stores in any given urban/suburban area, you'd be hard pressed (no pun intended) to find a store that charges a dollar more per shirt or dress. As for Callander Cleaners, you'll experience everything you expect from a good, reliable, full service Dry Cleaner. No surprises. Conveniently located and priced right all with a warm greeting and a smile. And the best part is the candy bowl that's always filled with my favorite chocolate treats!

I was quoted a week for the repair. First, they indeed were repaired on time. If you allow, they will text you with updates. As much as I like and appreciate "old-school" repair shops, this is indeed a helpful service. Well done. Second, the repairs. The eyelets were added and color matched to the existing (which I was surprised with!). On the boots with the top lift replacement, they ended up adding a thicker one and I think removing a layer of the heel stack to compensate. All good. However, in sanding the lift down to match the heel stack, it looks like the sander caught the leather sole. I get it, it happens. But to think that was "good enough" and let it leave like that without trying to touch up the sole? It feels like poor attention to detail. Also, the edges of the top lift had stray fibers all over. Maybe my expectations are too high for shoe repair and this is to be expected. All that said, the pricing for the repairs was very reasonable so I can't complain. However, I would gladly pay more for a better result. Maybe their typical client is more value-oriented? There is also a nice selection of shoe care products and polishes from Sapphir (widely held as the top shelf brand) so I had expected top tier results. Overall, a bit of a disappointment but mostly good work.

I'm going from loyal customer here to never coming back. I had slowly stopped coming to the clintonville coin-op when I noticed a decline in their cleanliness shortly after they reopened. I started visiting other laundromats. I came back to give coin-op a try again and I'm disgusted to see they haven't improved their cleaning at all. This is the inside of the first machine I stopped at, 45 minutes into the day's opening, with the attendant chilling at the desk. So I skip the machine and go check some others. Checked at least four other machines. Each one was filthy. Dog hair, lint, gunk, coins, KIBBLE?? I found the cleanest one I could and wiped out the inside as much as I was able (it was still pretty grimy). Honestly I regret doing that wash. When it was over, I ended up just grabbing the 'clean' clothes and the rest of my clothes and putting them back in my car. No idea where I'm going to wash them next, but it's definitely not here. This place really used to be my favorite, but they need to seriously implement some stronger cleaning protocols and follow up on them.

And the only thing worse than spending my day at a laundromat doing clothes, is spending the same time just standing around waiting to do clothes.

Shaun Minney -- 5 star....I was so excited when the route salesman Travis Smith contacted me about laundry service, they have a program called Fresh and Fold laundry service. I don't do much dry cleaning but I do travel alot so the laundry comes in real handy. I can fill a bag up clear to the top and its a flat $28 bucks... could not find it cheaper anywhere in town. The service is great and the customer service reps at that store really make me feel special. I would recommend New Albany Cleaners to anyone who has the need for a laundry service or dry cleaning. My route driver Travis is especially kind, professional and he makes it happen relatively quick I get my clothes back in 2 days folded and delivered to my door.... love this service it's affordable and convenient....... I love this cleaners! They not only do an excellent job as my clothes are cleaner than everywhere else I've tried but the people are honest, personable, and awesome! I'm a long time customer and they are very accomodating to me, often making adjustments just to fit my schedule. Tracy and Lisa are very nice and courteous as well as professional In fact just this week I left my credit card in my suit jacket that was being cleaned and Lisa called me immediately to let me know. This was my first experience ever dry cleaning my jacket. My jacket was 2 years old, red wool and didn't look so well. I dropped my jacket off and wasn't holding my breath on the results. Then go back and wait for the automatic vending of my clothes. Just not a fan but better than not having a dry cleaning option. Pricing was $42.59 after tax for a Jacket and a Suit Jacket. Hoping future experiences will be more seamless and I am sure I'll adjust to change but will miss the personal Ross Cleaners feel.

Then I received a call that stated "They didnt cause the stain" and they were unable to get it out. I went to pick up the shirt and noticed the shirt was torn/damaged where the stain was. Now they said they cant fix it. I told them they needed to replace it. They would not. After a few more days, they offered $30 and had tossed my $80 shirt. I took the $30, glad to get anything toward a new shirt, and will not return. It was a terrible experience and now i can't trust them with my clothes. I would not trust them with your clothes.
