My first experience with my I thought he was not very friendly but then as he was talking and explaining everything and I asked questions he was always so kind to make sure that he I understood everything. People complain about the office, which I certainly don't understand. I nothing but good return phone . they appointments and keep them on time. Also, somebody mentioned about Julie, who works in the office has been very rude. I don't know what Shellley you're talking about but it certainly wasn't the one that I have with. I will just go and say that my husband treated for blood cancer and at one point he was in severe pain and had trouble urinating. It was on a holiday. Julie have a job in the office was able to get in contact with Dr Popowitz and he came on a holiday no questions asked golf course and proceeded to do something procedure that made my husband very comfortable that. That is what you want in a doctor. He is very knowledgeable, caring, efficient and kind. If you could please me then that says a lot if anybody who knows me he's a one doctor don't hesitate to go to him for anything. He knows what he's doing and he's a great person and a great staff.

I had to come here as Social Security assigned him to me to do my Disability evaluation. From the…read moremoment I walked in the door the staff was hostile and rude and ableist openly making fun of me. Dr. Mark refused to wear a mask and actually slammed the door on my walker! He also had his receptionist slam the receptionist window in my face because I asked them to wear a respirator in an ongoing airborne pandemic. The receptionists also threatened to call the police on me because I asked for a letter saying he was refusing to do the examination for disability and refusing accessible accommodations. This is the only time I have ever reported a medical healthcare worker to the Florida Dept of Health as well as the AMA. This is not a doctor that should be allowed to practice and should never be assigned to vulnerable immune compromised patients from the social security disability office. I was thankfully assigned a different doctor for my evaluation who did mask with their staff and was the exact opposite of this office. I would say run away but if you are disabled then get out of there as soon as you are physically able to do so. Never ever go here. If I could give a negative review I would of below zero I would.

When he retired, his daughter took over, and the transition was seamless. She is just as amazing. Dr. Goodman is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She truly listens without rushing, takes the time to understand concerns, and makes you feel genuinely cared for. You never feel like just another appointment -- she is thoughtful, compassionate, and very thorough. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such strong medical knowledge with warmth and empathy. Considering that this doctor called me screaming at me after I explained in a message that my…read moregrandmother had just passed away, I am appalled by his inability of conducting himself in a professional manner in a high pressure situation. Clearly not someone I want responsible for the most important of all matters, my children's health. We were big fans of this practice, understanding that part of a small practice is that we have to wait for call backs, etc. However, when our child who has eczema was sent home from camp today because he appeared to be developing a minor rash, I called and left a message explaining our situation...that our child (who is only 2) really needed to be in daycare as our family processes this tragic time and he just needed a doctor's note to confirm that he could go back to camp. I asked him if we could be seen ASAP and they returned our phone call stating that he would not be seen for another approximately 5 hours because they refused to see a "sick" patient at the same time as well patients. I called back frustrated, not understanding why my child, who has no other symptoms besides a slight rash, couldn't be seen if they are sanitizing each room after every patient, which should be standard practice. The doctor called me back with his voice raised to an uncomfortable level, saying how dare I claim that my children were more important than everyone else's. When I tried to tell him no, that was not what I was saying, he yelled back "I'M NOT DONE YET" and proceeded to go on lecturing and yelling until I finally interrupted him to say that how he handled this situation was completely inappropriate and that he would not be dealing with my children anymore. If you want a doctor with any type of compassion and understanding if you are concerned or frustrated or confused, this is not the doctor for you.

I have been blessed with a healthy child, few visits a year but none the less, when I have had the need, him and his staff are welcoming and helpful.
