It has been a nightmare since day one. One of our family feels the need to be there almost daily to check on my mom. There is not enough staff...3 to 40 dementia residents at night , medication is given incorrectly, if given at all, my mom has fallen, at least twice...once needed to be transported to hospital ER with no accompaniment from the nursing home...I found her alone on a stretcher in the hallway of the ER. She is often left alone either in her room...or to wander the hall. All this for over 200.00 a day.

This store is selling fake Needohs - in Needoh branded boxes - and passing them off as real even to…read morechildren. It is one thing to sell fakes to adults who I guess should do their research and be able to recognize that they are fake - although it would still be poor form to be selling fake anything and passing them off as real - but for the adults who own and work in this store to let an 11-year old child go in, see these "Needohs", get so excited to have found some in stock somewhere and spend their allowance money buying several of them (packaged in Needoh branded boxes - they look like the fakes being sold on SHEIN that any kid, or adult for that matter, could fall for because they are branded Needoh and have copied the box almost perfectly) is not only dishonest but also disgusting. Truly the lowest of the low. My child was over the moon with their purchases, kept them in the boxes and bag until we got home from our vacation - too far away to return them - and then a week later opened them only to find that they are fakes. Never in my wildest imagination as a parent did I think I needed to inspect something being sold to children at a store in Dock Square out of concern that it might be fraud, but I was wrong to assume that this business is ethical. Is it not also illegal to be selling fake products in branded packaging that is nearly identical to the real thing while passing them off as authentic?

The issue was there was no compassion and no care. it was disgusting to be quite honest how this person was treated. I'm sure there are some truly passionate caring people that work here, however I can only say that hoping I am right. The owner Amy is dismissive and apparently does not see the seriousness in potential elder abuse. Feeling betrayed and tricked when a company visited the home for a completely non caretaker reason, such as a cleaner, cable person etc has to take video to show you the neglect, it's hard to forgive that. please look elsewhere for your loved one unless you plan on being present 99% of the time your loved one is being " taken care of". The owner responds with no accountability and just makes excuses saying they provided excellent care, so excellent that they fired the care taker that day. Police were called it wasn't a minor issue that we are dealing with. And my name is jim worthley, but for some reason using my Google account my reviews mysteriously disappear.
