It's like every other Ross store that I've been to. Good variety of home goods, random beauty and make up goods, shoes, clothes, etc. They have loss prevention right at the door to welcome you and to make sure nothing sus happens. Standard was most stores. Lots of items are in lock boxes, some of the beauty items and make up items were a bit grossly opened and strewn everywhere which sucks. Couldn't find any Korean make up, just skincare. Did randomly find a Paris Hilton pizza cutter which is hilarious. I visited this Ross location around 6:30 PM yesterday and had a disappointing experience. The bathroom near the fitting rooms was extremely dirty and didn't appear to be properly maintained. While I was waiting to use the restroom, a staff member spoke to me very rudely about my children standing beside me, and continued after I got out. I understand employees have responsibilities, but this interaction felt unnecessarily harsh, especially toward a parent who simply needed to use the restroom. I did inform loss prevention after checking out. I understand that working in retail can be challenging, but that is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. Parents and children deserve patience and respect, not unnecessary hostility. Customers should not have to feel like they are being scolded or belittled for simply being there. Honestly, it made me question why anyone would assign this employee to a customer-facing position if they cannot interact respectfully. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness of the facilities and how staff interact with customers, especially parents. A little kindness goes a long way, and it would make a big difference for shoppers like me. After reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident--other customers have reported similar behavior from this same staff member. This pattern of rudeness is unacceptable. I love Ross and came in only for shower curtains, which I was able to get within 10 minutes, but this interaction and the condition of the restroom left a very bad impression. read more

This store has a good collection of brand names clothing and accessories. Some are even on clearance with great prices. The store is clean and well organized. The staff are very friendly and fast at checkout. We always visit at least 2-3 times a month to check new deals and seasonal items :) read more

I was there to purchase a backpack for vacation with my sister. She found one, however it had no price tag on it. We had asked employee Jorge for a price check. He rudely told us that we had to wait in line for the cashier. Are you kidding me! Wait in a long line to simply find out the price of an item you may or may not want to purchase? Had a nice shoe selection, better than the first Ross location I went to. A lot of items were not where they're supposed to be but of course that's because customers just leave stuff wherever they feel like it. We used the self checkout, which was pretty fast and easy. The issue was then waiting to get the sensor removed because there was only one person doing it. Loss prevent helped the lone worker which I thought was very nice. read more

The worker Amelia working the fitting room area was rude and has a horrible horrible attitude. I asked her to use the restroom because my 4 year old had to pee. She said we had to wait because it was occupied. No problem. But then we she told us we had to wait behind the sign to not block the fitting room entrance. No problem. But then not a minute later, another customer come out of the fitting room asking to use the restroom and she go and let's her in. I was just staring at her, I couldn't believe she told us to wait when there was no one inside and then just let the next person that ask in. While I as waiting with my sons and another customer comes and ask to use the restroom, and she was just going to let them go, even though I was still standing right in front of her! I was raging at this point and once the other lady came out I shouted at the worker for making me and my son wait even though no one else was in the restroom and then she was going to let another customer in even though I was clearly there before. She was completely indifferent. She didn't apologize or give any reason as to why she skipped us for the restroom. I spoke with her manager who told me she would address the situation and talk to her. Hopefully she did, because from other complaint from other customers. The lady working in the fitting room was very unprofessional. When I first entered, I brought in eight items, so she gave me a card with the number 8. After I finished trying on the clothes, I returned the items and gave the card back to her. I did not bring the hangers with me at first, and she immediately gave me an attitude and insisted that I go back and get them. I went back, collected all the hangers, and returned. At that point, she asked for the card number again. I explained that I had already given it back to her, but she said she did not have it and refused to accept my explanation. To avoid any issues, I went back into the fitting room to look for the card, but I could not find it because I was confident I had already returned it. She continued to be dismissive and uncooperative. After a while, she told me, "Go, go, just get out." I asked for her name, and when I told her I would report the incident to a manager, she responded, "I don't care. Go tell them." As I walked away, she continued speaking loudly in Spanish, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate. Later, while I was standing in line to check out, I noticed her phone pointed directly at me, and it appeared that she may have been taking pictures, which made me very uncomfortable. This was the first time I have felt so disappointed shopping at Ross. I have complaint to the manager, hoping she will find a way to solve this, because the service was so horrible. read more

I am super disappointed because this location has a really good selection, however, the customer service was horrible. I had barely been in the store for 15 minutes when I noticed that one of the employees have been following me and invading my personal space so finally I turned around and asked what the hell she wanted, and she accused me of stealing an eyeshadow palette to which I said no I didn't and showed her the pallet sitting in the basket. I also proceeded to show her the inside of my purse and opened my jacket to show that I have no intention of stealing, I had not stolen anything, and even after all of that, this woman followed behind me 2 feet at all times the entire time I was in that store. She made it super uncomfortable for me even though I done nothing wrong and hadn't no intention of doing anything wrong. It was so invasive and so just rude and made me so uncomfortable. I was so angry about this. I have severe social anxiety and have a very specific way of shopping but I always get accused of stealing because of it. IS THIS NOT AMERICA? I can shop however I damn well please. She just felt stupid and was trying to redeem herself probably. Either way, makes me not want to come here ever again. These workers are THE WORST!!! do not use the self check out you literally have to scan everything put it in bags and then go to a separate desk for them to take everything out of the bags and check on your receipt to make sure you scanned everything it's ridiculous! All of this resulted in them calling the cops because they tried to say that we didn't scan a bunch of stuff when everything was on the receipt. The positive point is that there are many toys and barbie dolls here (we come to buy only toys). The negative point is: this is the first time that I feel confused , after paying for 2 toys with the automatic cash register, being held back to ask about my kid's adidas jacket which was hung on my arm. I understand that there are a lot of thieves nowadays, so I don't blame the staff, and I sympathize with their caution. I also look forward to checking the camera, so they can see the jacket my kid was wearing before entering the store. the store employee apologized to me 2,3 times. they are not at fault. I've never been a big fan of these discount stores, but came in with a friend looking for last minute Christmas gifts. Place was definitely rummaged through with tons of opened packages, misplaced items, and unorganized shelves. The lines were crazy long and going nowhere fast. I get it is two days before Christmas, so I understand some of the chaotic-ness, but this is a large shopping mall... they should be better staffed! really good selection when it comes to shirts. I love the fact that they have a lot of shirts that have a black and gray combination. It's not so bright like a lot of other places. They also have a really cool light blue and dark blue combination shirt as well. A lot of short sleeve T-shirts at this location also. It's Ross. What can one expect? Well, when you're in a pinch looking for a few semi formal dresses, you go to the plaza and visit all the stores. This Ross is typical. The restroom stinks, the fitting rooms are plentiful, the place is trashed and the lines are always long. I went in twice. Once to purchase a dress and another time to return a dress. And in between, a visit to another ross to find my size in a dress I'd liked at this store. I purchased a green one and a red one. Red one, I took home, tried on and realized the zipper was funny, and wouldn't go up while holding it in my lap. Yikes, so I go to return it. From one store to the other. A store cashier by the name of Christina, proceeds to tell me that since the dress was purchased at another store, I cannot return it at This store. Confused, I ask why? She begins to tell me that because I damaged it. I said no, I called the same night I realized it was damaged to ask if I could return it, since the tag came off when the security tag was removed. A store manager by the name of Jeremy said it was ok. She said no go back to the cypress store. When I asked her to bring someone else to assist me she said nope I'm the supervisor. Supervisor of what?! And also, where does it state this on the policy on the receipt? And she didn't have an answer for me. I found various items on racks carrying a different size, so it's really hard to find anything in the size you're looking for unless you go through EVERYTHING -- which I didn't have the time, nor the patience to do. I purchased several large and bulky items. A large knife set with heavy wooden knife block, a heavy-bottomed steel stock pot, a large art piece, etc... It was very clear that carrying all of these items to the car was nearly impossible without a cart, as a manual wheelchair user shopping with only my aging mother. Our cashier refused assistance, and was irate that it took us more than 5 seconds to get our items together and leave her register. She was incredibly rude and insensitive to not only my disability, but to her customers as a whole. There are so many kind and hardworking people in the retail field, there is no need for someone like her to be working a job that she clearly doesn't want or enjoy. On a side note: this is also the second time I've been approached in this shopping center by aggressive Latina women who claim my disability will be healed if I go to their church. Horrible customer experience! I went in to purchase two sets of luggage for travel and came across one bag that had two price tags attached. The price tags were both attached properly and even were connected with the original designers price tag. When i reaches the register i explained to the cashier what i came across and i stated i wanted the lower price point as it was clearly the stores error. The manager had to get notified and she would not approve the price different which was only $6. I was not so much concerned with the dollar amount but her lack of interest in wanting to please the customer and admitting the stores mistake. This Ross is complete chaos and is a total wreck. It's so disgusting! There's trash that customers left everywhere (empty cups, wrappers, ice cream cups, etc.) You can't even maneuver a cart around most of the isles even if you wanted to because there is so much stuff on the floor. I love Ross stores. I shop at many throughout O.C. and San Diego area. The Ross on Euclid is FILTHY!!. Clothes on the floor, crammed together on the rack.
