    My favorite pick up

I actually really enjoy this old navy. It's LARGE, that includes a large wide clearance section as well. It's definitely not organized or easy to sort but it's fun to look around if you have the time. The staff goes as fast as they can when checking people out but the lines are always long even with 3 cashiers again I said the store is large so maybe they can hire a couple more crew members (last time I was there they were training :) My in store pick up was easy and quick as soon as I got there the guy in the front called over the manager and she got it out for me and answered a question I had and even told me that she would honor my wish on a coupon I had to see if it would work (as a trial run to her) which was super nice & showed professionalism in customer service and store management. Shout out Casey.

    Pj's

I dropped in for some early Christmas shopping and was happy to see how well stocked the store was. I found some PJ's for just $10 which were super cute. They also had some cute moccasins for $19.99 with 50% of so basically 10 bucks. Haven't been to old navy in awhile and I was impressed with how clean and well stocked they were.

Whenever I come across an Old Navy, I always give it a try. You can, without fail, find some good deals, since they are perpetually on "sale". I found this particular store to be nice, a bit smaller than other locations, but that is ok. They carried a decent selection and everything was properly organized. There is not maternity wear in this unit though Not a crowded store, so you can easily browse around without constantly bumping into people. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

    Outside of the store.

My boyfriend and I went in here, so I could check it out. I don't normally shop at old navy, but I was able to find a few cute items. My boyfriend was followed by one of the male workers, who we believe is the manager. He couldn't even look around. He was ****continuously**** followed, and asked multiple times within a 10 minutes if he needed help. He couldn't look at anything in the men's section. While I was checking out, they left all of the security tags on my clothing, and had to take my bag back 3 times to take it off separate items. The entire experience was uncomfortable. Things like this, can easily result in a lawsuit!! Stop profiling people! I would give zero stars if I could!

There were unique pieces I haven't seen at other places. There were so many cute kids hats, purses, and soft shoes. There was also a good selection of wider toe box shoes that are great for toddlers. There are also adult clothes in the back but the selection is smaller and less interesting. They have brands like Mini Boden and Mini Melissa (brands you'd see at Nordstroms). The bad: The prices are pretty high. There were joggers and shoes for kids around $75. The interesting: I see a lot of reviews about people who don't like the owner lady following them around. I noticed this at another Korean fashion store I've been to too (where the owner will come to the spot you were just at to tidy anything you touched or slightly displaced). It is discouraging to browse things when you're not greeted or when you're being watched. I had two toddlers with me (the target audience) and you'd think that people would say hi to the kids or ask if we needed help looking for anything but we didn't get any of that.

The store was pretty decent maintained, clothes were from what I saw all hanging on a hanger or on a shelf (I've been to locations where you see clothes on the floor) Some of the sale items were a really good deal, like basic tees for $10 or less and even graphic and embroidered tees for $15 They have a self checkout area that reminded me so much of how self checkout is in Korea! If you haven't been, definitely worth a visit to browse and hunt down some good deals!

SHOP WITH CAUTION, I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANOTHER CENT!…read more Long review but read if you don't want to get hosed also when shopping here... The positives: Clothing quality seems very high with soft and thick fabrics. Store is large and clean and we'll organized. Staff seemed friendly and polite although sparce and hard to locate or identify in the store itself... Side note : (I finally did identify someone who was an employee by going to the fitting room, when I asked him about the return policy, he said something to the effect of "when you buy online, the return policy is..." he paused trying to find the right words, so I helped the poor guy out by jumping in and saying: "a disaster?" he promptly and begrudgingly agreed.) Read on: The "need to knows": prices seem above average to high relative to other stores and relative to what you get... perhaps they are trying to compete with higher end stores...? I am not a huge shopper so I can't really say for sure, hence the reason this fact is not listed as a negative. Sizing is off, not just relative to normal sizes, but even within their own product lines. You really need to try stuff on and not assume a large in product x will fit the same as a large in product y. This is what brings me to the negatives.. The bad: the return policy is vague at best... We purchased online and shipped to store, and of course NOTHING FIT. We had no idea this meant there is absolutely no way to return for a refund. Surely this is stated in some vague return policy section online, but really, what store doesn't allow for a return and why would a client in this day and age think to check that or even fathom a company wouldn't stand by their product? Not only is there no refund but there is also no return for store credit LMAO, yes NO STORE CREDIT even!! What does this mean we asked: you have to find another item for the same price and do a like for like exchange. Guess what? The sizing SUCKS, as noted above, and they did not have ANY of the items we bought online that didn't fit in store for us to just exchange for the size that fit... So we had to wonder around aimlessly for similar priced items to exchange... After about an hour and finally choosing some random overpriced crap we really didint need, as opposed to wasting the $80+ we spent online, we went back to the checkout to try to exchange. The HILARITY continued at this point when our exchange items were like 40 cents Less than the items bought online.. Could we get 40c back? NO Could we just let them keep the 40c? No What could we do? Buy ANOTHER ITEM we don't need and pay the difference. LMAO rufk? So we bought a $6 tote bag from the checkout line and we're out another $5+ as this was basically our lowest cost option. (Not to mention I need another canvas tote like I need a hole in the head) So as we finalized this Ridiculous transaction what does the employee tell us: NOW THIS EXCHANGE IS FINAL SALE!! LMAO.. you gotta be fn kidding me... So after an hour and a half we left with $86 of overpriced items we didn't need and were absolutely stuck with, just lovely. To add to the already unbelievable experience, as my wife and I were dealing with this BS, there was a poor young lady at the checker next to us having essentially the SAME ridiculous conversation... Hers was aggravated further with a gift card or store credit involved which somehow, unsurprisingly, also was causing her purchase to be unreturnable/final sale and not an option to be credited back to her stored value card.. WTF? YEA, AS I SAID IN THE OPENING COMMENT, THATS THE FIRST AND LAST SALE FROM US!

Knowing that, it helped me when making selections when I was in the store. The store is quite small !! & the sizing is confusing. I had to ask the only employee working what would fit my three year old son. She pointed to the 120 marked rack. After seeing the conversion that is actually made for 5 year olds (if I remember right). I was a bit doubtful at first but I ended up buying 2 tank tops, and a tank top + short set. Total was around $55ish dollars. Overall, I was expecting better clothing. I don't like kids clothes with a lot of words & the clothes here were very word-y. I was after something more timeless so that was disappointing to see. I also have 2 boys, & I found the girls selection to have a better selection (which is very typical when comparing boys vs girls kids clothing). Another dissapointing thing is I wanted to buy the goongbe bath solution. They had a tester bottle out but I guess they ran out of unopened boxes of it so that was annoying. I wouldn't make a trip here again solely for this store, however if I was in the area I would stop by.

The young lady who assisted us was very nice and accommodating. She even gave us a free pack of Gongbee baby wipes, which we ended up really loving. Our second visit was on April 8, 2026. An older associate helped me right away, which I appreciated. This time we spent around $120 and bought a few clothes and another pillow. She also gave us two small freebies, which was a nice gesture. Before leaving the store, I noticed a baby mat and asked her (in Korean) if I could see it and how much it cost. Since there wasn't a price listed, we asked if a $60 discount would be possible. The associate immediately called the manager. In the end, the manager offered it for $80, which was the lowest they could do. I'm not completely sure if it was worth the price, but we decided to purchase it anyway. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful during both visits, and we appreciated the small freebies they gave us. Just bit Pricey
