Plenty of items to shop for in various departments and categories selection varies and sizes are limited. Lynn, customer service at register was not the best. The attendant barely could be heard. spoke very softly kept having to ask her to repeat. She wasn't the most receptive when asking for help with a gift card, she said they don't check which I find hard to believe because every other Nordstrom when a card has difficulties they always offered to check. Or use a different register or seek a manager. She refused to do so it was not convenient. Also not a part of what I'm used to at any Nordstrom. Great deals! The store was fairly organized and clean. Helpful stock people in the shoes area where I focused my attention. Great brands and clearance section was expansive which was great for my wallet!!! I also really like that there are hair products there too... I got my new bag here! I love the discounted prices at Nordstrom Rack! I was on the hunt for a new purse, and found one. My purse struggle is that I love the Mary Poppins purses lol I like to carry a lot of things with me. I can't do small bags, they don't offer enough room. I searched and searched for a big bag. I found this Valentino purse and fell in love with the colors! I love the black and red! Plus the bag is huge! It was probably more room than I needed. I'd rather have a little big, than too small. The store is always clean and the AC is good during the entire summer. The staff are very fast and friendly at the checkout and the fitting room. They have a good selection of products with lots of sales. I really like the new price signs $$ so it's easier to navigate when you are on a budget or in a rush. Super close by parking lot so it's first great thing that could be happening. It means you don't need to carry all the shopping bags with you 24/7. Today they were ok not too busy so i got great customer service. I found for what I came to this store today. I ordered 2 pairs of Nikes in September for my daughter. They showed They were delivered. After checking my cameras, They were not. Nordstrom cxld & refunded my order. I ordered again this time I had it delivered to the store instead. They notified me when one item came in. I was still waiting for the other 2 items. Then they canceled & refunded the whole order because it wasn't picked up. Customer service said the whole order had been at the store. If I'd known the whole order was ready, I'd have gone to the store. They acknowledged it was their mistake but asked me to order again, the 3rd time to get my items. What?! No. That's crazy. This particular location is located in a busy part of the Block and is a relatively large size (although not the largest Nordstrom Rack I've seen) - things felt a bit crowded inside so it was harder to maneuver through the sections. A fair amount of clearance racks but not very organized. Shoe section a bit smaller in terms of what they have available for selection. Employees are nice enough to check you out quickly but they're often busy restocking or trying to organize. For the location it's convenient but there are other ones to check out if you're looking for something specific. Parking at the Block is pretty plentiful and free but on a busy day be ready to spend some time looking for parking. read more

The 'Rack' is definitely our favorite off-price retail store, and this location is a well-designed one. Like most racks, it is one rectangular space with clear ceiling signs showing the various sections. They have a large selection of clothes and shoes, various tags for sale price items. The brands are what you would find at a Nordstrom, and would find once in a while at a Marshalls. Going through checkout is the same as other Racks and similar to Marshalls...one long queue, multiple manned registers. It goes by quickly...this is a store that is meant to make more revenue by volume. The use of old-style metal shopping carts emphasize that...they expect you to buy more than you could safely carry in one outing. read more

My order was almost two weeks late. Once it finally arrived one of the pieces was sent incorrectly. The items were individually packaged but in order to get the right item I have to send the whole order back. No credit offered despite the whole order being messed up. The whole time the order was late no one was able to tell me why or what could be done to located or replace the order. They blamed the manufacturer Unsimply Stitched. I have to take time, gas, and effort to fix the company's mistake. Don't waste your time or support this company. read more

Ordered shoes, order was cancelled and i was never notified. Customer service took 38 minutes to tell me that they would do nothing for me. They wouldn't apply the note for that order on a more recent order, offer me a refund, discount, coupon, note, anything. Kept me waiting between each response more than 4 minutes. Unreal. Then came back and said they could offer me expedited shipping on an item that I was receiving less than 24 hours from that moment... which tells me they not only wasted my time and effort, they had no clue what was going on with my account. This store is extremely disorganized and BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING. I waited 10 minutes to use the restroom. There were 3 stalls. 2 of them did not have toilet paper. There was only 1 stall that had toilet paper but was very dirty. See photo for details. I get it, stores sometimes are disorganized and bathrooms are sometimes dirty and in need of supplies. HOWEVER, I mentioned the bathroom situation to an employee and her response was what hurt the most. Her name starts with the letter B. She was so scared to tell me her name that I don't even know if she gave me her real name. She turned over her name tag so I couldn't see her name. Her response was 'I don't care.' The EMPLOYEE I encountered was VERY RUDE and UNINTERESTED in figuring out how to resolve the sanitary conditions. UNSANITARY BATHROOMS are where diseases spread. This review is for Nordstrom Rack all together. Ordered a lot of shoes online. When I received them, there were some things that felt off about the shoes. One shoes had misspelling in the name, another had the back part of the shoe falling apart or coming undone, which made me feel like they were all either fake or something was wrong with them. So returned them all. Even though I went through the app that checks if the shoes are fake or legit, which they all came back as legit, still didn't feel good keeping the shoes. The service at each Nordstrom Rack was great, no hassle whatsoever. Went to like 5 different Nordstrom Racks to pretty much see if any of them would give me a hard time. Went on different days as well, believe the first time was a Saturday, which wasn't so bad (packed) compared to other weekends. After returning the last pair of shoes, I walked around went to the shoe section and the shoes looked weird and not authentic. Maybe it's just the way I look at them after ordering them online and receiving shoes with flaws with them but don't think I'll be ordering shoes from Nordstrom Rack unless I don't care about if they're authentic. read more

So apparently they don't have a cleaning crew that comes and i feel they use that as an excuse to not clean or keep up with restrooms. I guess they're not "allowed" to clean them restrooms but they can stock; Which they don't do that either. No tissue for any of the stalls and tissue all over the aisle where the shoes are. Unsanitary! Didn't like how I was treated by manager Josh. They never stocked after I mentioned it to manager Josh hours had passed by and nothing. It's a messy store all around. I've been shopping at Nordstrom Rack since I was eighteen years old (Metro Center in Daly City) so I'm a longtime fan. I recently discovered Toms shoes, so I checked out the Shoes (womens were right side of the store), Seasonal Decor- gnomes!!! (near the cashier section), Handbags (alright) & Beauty (bigger than the local store at home, Downtown Summerlin). Hubby and son checked out the toys (front, middle) and mens hats (he was not impressed). I found a super cute tropical pair of Toms shoes and snagged them at $34.97. They were so cute, and so me (I have an extensive collection of beach brands and aloha wear dresses). I saw a flashy pair of flats (gold) at clearance price of $20 but I could not get past the crazy color, so I passed. I tried on a few pairs of boots. Hubby says I have too many pairs of shoes, but he liked Toms, before I liked them (I had to find one with sufficient arch support). I may not be a regular Nordstrom shopper but I am a longtime fan of Nordstrom Rack (I learned early on to find steals and deals from my single mom; she always looked for bargains). I like nice things but I rarely pay full price. Clean store. Nice clerks. Checkout was easy. I love the recycling center in the front of the store, too. read more

Had an above-average experience shopping at this Nordstrom Rack! My mom and I needed to kill time before a bridal appointment, but didn't realize what a great clothing selection they had! (Stayed longer than anticipated, haha.) Running close to our appointment time, we needed to check out fast. However, my mom noticed that the belt to a dress she wanted to purchase was missing. The cashier informed us that there was a bin with missing belts in the back, so we let him know that we will come back after our appointment to get the belt. HOWEVER, shoutout to your employee, Kim, for going to the back and finding the matching belt in under 5 minutes!! She was so fast in retrieving the belt. Thank you so much! Went looking for a pair of shoes for my granddaughter and couldn't even find anything, the racks are clearly labeled by size but they are all mixed and all over the place. I started my Christmas shopping here last week and found some seriously fun finds! The store was clean and organized. Plenty of friendly salespeople were around to help. I love accessories so that's where I stopped first and found a great selection of handbags and wallets. There were so many cute things to choose from. An adorable Betsey Johnson wallet for my stepdaughter, a Rebecca Minkoff coin purse for a friend, and a tiny Sam Edelman coin purse for myself! Then I saw all those beautiful jackets. There were so many styles to choose to choose from. The displays were so well done here. Beautiful Michael Kors and Andrew Marc jackets were displayed near the front of the store to grab any female's (especially my) attention. The prices here were really good, considering the wonderful quality of both jackets. I really have to mention the girls at the dressing room that were so friendly and helpful. They offered help right away and went the extra mile to find the right sizes and styles. All in all, this was a fun way to start my Christmas shopping!
