The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! I had a great experience with Budget Blinds. I was helped mainly by Brad, and he was super helpful…read moreduring my consultation. He talked me through my options and talked about the pros and cons of each one, and answered all my questions even after the consultation. The guys who came to do the actual installation were timely, professional and fast. When they were doing the install they realized that a mistake had been made with the manufacturer and the shades were a couple inches too narrow. They went ahead and installed the shades they had brought, and told me they'd order the correct size and come back out to install those when they came in. The lady that scheduled my next appointment for the new shades was very helpful and got my appointment scheduled promptly as soon as the correctly sized shades had arrived. Then the install team came back out and quickly switched out the first shades for the correct ones. I will definitely be going back to Budget Blinds if I need additional blinds/shades installed. Everyone was very helpful and professional.

I am moving to a different part of the Merto area and was told I need to contact this Budget Blinds since they service my new address to see if they would be able to sell me new curtain rods, install the previously purchased budget blind drapes that I am taking with me to my new home and maybe even buy new curtains for the new house. Wendy returned my message and immediately came across with an attitude as soon as we began speaking. Maybe it was because I wasn't purchasing a whole house full of blinds or maybe it is just the kind of person she is but either way it was extremely rude, hostile and uncalled for. Wendy came across as not wanting to even discuss what I needed. If this is how they treat return Budget Blind customers imagine how they treat everybody else. I would never use this north Aurora budget blinds. I will look to a different company where they appreciate their customers, even returning customers and I suggest you do so as well.
