Well; they employ workers who are not properly trained on the register. I went to return an item…read morewith a bald receipt and the clerk charged me for the item rather than giving me a refund. The supervisor tried to help, but it was to no avail. She told me that someone would give me a call. I had to give her my information. Why could she have not done a void after. It's been over a year and I have not received my refund of $10.81. I called Ross customer service, but they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. The agent on the phone was very belligerent. She hanged up the phone. I need them to issue my refund this is stealing.

By far the only "bad" thing is the wait time in the line, but that is because it is mostly super busy because everyone loves shopping at Ross apparently! That is obviously not the workers fault. I always leave happy and wanting to come back. Ross is my comfort place. An honorable mention to the managers working to make business happen, I always overhear them working to take care of the customer. I don't usually visit this specific baytown store, but I will from now on!
