They have 1register open with a line 30 deep. Only other employee is checking receipts. Is this a way to run a business?

Wow, this location is PRETTY BAD even for Ross! Ross is always at least a few notches down compared to Marshalls or TJ Maxx, but this Burlington location is double or triple that. The store is not well stocked at all and is messy with many shirts and dresses thrown on top of the racks. As soon as I stepped in, I decided to leave the store, which I did. They have 1 cashier and the line is wrapped around the store almost in a full circle. Place is absolutely over shipped and you run over clothes, shoes home goods while shopping and it's only 10am. No way it got this bad since they opened. read more

The store was filthy. The aisles were full of stuff falling on the floor. I almost fell trying to get through the aisles. Dangerous place to be. The manager should be embarrassed to represent this store. read more

You can always find some awesome gems in Ross clothes. But the store itself in Burlington is sooo messy all the time. They always have so many employees but they must have just given up on life or something cause they just stand around with their hands in there pocket while there's awful messes everywhere. Also if you're shopping at Ross don't leave it a mess like seriously you guys (customers). For the employees, I understand retail is a frustrating job (try and get an education and work somewhere higher up if you don't wanna work retail) and I think it's totally ok if Ross implanted that employees can kick you and your kids out if their leaving huge unacceptable messes. read more

I'm giving it four stars. Because every time I go here it's never really messy I don't know about the dressing rooms though cause I don't use those. But you should hire more staff or if the line is obviously long and there's a person checking out with a cart overflowing then they should allow other staff that is upfront doing who knows what to check people out. Because last time there were three people upfront and only two people were checking out and there was one person that was making everybody else wait like 25 minutes because they had a cart that was overflowing read more

This Ross is the worst ross i've ever been in. i've been in multiple ross in every state & this one is by far the absolute worst, to say the least. more clothes, shoes & everything else included are all on the floors‼ the dressing room is the most pathetic. lol. i walk in & walked right out. most of the doors didn't even have locks, the floor was filthy & it had an odor. i have one suggestion for this store in burlington. demolish this entire store, start over & most importantly, give all the employee a 1 yr training... read more

Dirty, gross and the dressing room ladies are the UTMOST WORST! Set your clothes here on hangers and they must be on hangers!!! When you come out you must have them back on hangers so I can count them again when u are done she says ever so rudely. I agree with other reviews on these dressing room Women. I would rather take all my items home to try them on and rather return them and go through that long process than to step foot near these dressing rooms again !!! Lord oh lord !!! Horrible. Went here to find a cheap end table and wish I left the second I walked in. Everything is messy and there are clothes, hangers, shoes, you name it all over the floor. Everywhere. Lines are atrocious. Poor management for customers, lines, and merchandise. I saw many people give up and leave after standing in line and having the line never move. Wish I was one of them. You know, I want to give it a 4-star b/c it's open til 10pm weeknights, 10:30 on weekends, which is if you think about it, unbelievable! You can conceivably find a gem in this monstrous mess of racks of clothing lol. usual layout, men's stuff on the left, ladies on the right. Located a few stores over from Best Buy. read more

Kinda messy and the "loss prevention" guys give me the creeps a little. I always feel like I have to protect my wife from them. Its not always organized but its sure hard to beat their prices and their hours are way good for the industry. read more

You know you cant even blame the store for being messy etc its the inconsiderate rude people of often foreign backgrounds that frequent here. Please hang the stuff back up your momma doesnt work here geeze.When you see a woman with a cart with a child dont block the isle I could care less that your looking at clothes if my poor toddler gets hits in the face because im trying to get by and you cant be bothered to move an inch after I say excuse me expect me to point it out to you. When I initially set out to write this review, I was going to give them the benefit of a doubt, and say maybe the store was messy because they were doing their Christmas merch set. But then, I walked around the store a little more, and saw that areas that weren't even effected by the Christmas stuff, was just as bad, if not worse. They get 2 stars simply because I found what I went there for and it was a good price, therefore it served it's purpose. read more

Toss is always good. Even at a cheap store I'm still always in the clearence section searching for the best deal I can find. There is a good selection an staff was very helpful. Found a nice shelf with hooks for 17$ very happy with it! read more

Shopping at this particular Ross, had to be my absolute worse experience yet. The minute you walk into the store, you can see it's going to be a mess. It's almost as if there was more merchandise on the floor than on hangers. It was like a maze to get to the entrance to the dressing rooms with the massive amount of shopping carts clogging the area, then once you reached the actual rooms, it would appear that they had not been tidied up, it seems in days. Don't even get me started on the shoe department, darn near broke a hip there were so many shoes tossed around. I am not sure what the problem was, they can't blame it on lack of staffing because I saw employees shooting the breeze in various locations throughout the store, check stands included. While on the subject of the check stands, there was no sense of order or urgency, when it came to who was next in line. This experience was a NIGHTMARE, if I ever decide to return...knock me in the head, cuz there is definitely something wrong with me. read more
