She gave us the inside scoop for the filming of Practical Magic. We found a few things and she was saying that she is waiting for PM coffee cups but when she gets them they sell out super fast. Long story short she told me one was on display at the visitor center and she would shut the store up and walk over and get it! I said how about I walk over? So I did! I do want to say that while I was in the store she greeted everyone with a smile. The customer service was equal for all. The store itself is full, clean and well organized. Avoid this shop at all costs -- Coupeville is a very nice town with plenty of stores to visit, you don't need to come in here. With terrible customer service, this woman will try to squeeze every dollar out of you that she can.
