Don't do what I did and put your trust in the representative in store. Read every word of your agreements and watch what they're doing on their point of sale system. Not to mention sometimes this location will close early or refuse to serve customers before their closing time. Sometimes they say their internet is down, but they are unplugging the WiFi routers because they don't want to help people. Give your money and service to someone else.

Well fast forward 2 years ish, we decided we needed the Verizon service cause it had service in places we needed. Went in and set up the account and Verizon says nope you owe us even more money????? Seriously!!!! Fine pay over $1000!!!! Now set up the account and they never deleted the old account!! Are you kidding?!!!! So I can log into the old account which says I way overpaid and Verizon owes me money but the new account says I owe? But I can't get into the new account because my phone number is linked to the old accoun. hours and hours of going in and trying to figure things out, I was told Verizon will roll all the money they owe me onto the new account and close the old account and it will cover that months bill. Do you think it happened?? Nope I had no way to Check the new account, they never rolled anything over and never let me know, no phone calls or emails. And then shut off my phone!! I owed $20-$30 for my bill but Verizon owes over a $1000? Have been in so many times and hours of my time wasted to get no where. They finally said pay up the $20-$30 or no service so I paid it. They now said they would roll the accounts together so I can get on and check well they gave me a new log on to get back into the old account!! Seriously?!! (She also said there was a $10/month unlimited plan and my fiance asked the manager about that and he said does not exist) Because she changed it, when he paid $35 it didn't activate 'his plan'. She said the only thing we could do now was call the number and get a refund that way. It would not be credited to his plan. He asked if they stole his money and if legal would have to get involved. She banned him from the store to where he is not allowed to pay his bill in store. We then had to pay the $45 to get it activated. When I went into the store to pay it (since she banned him) she let me get into his account even though I am not an authorized user. So this associate seems to not follow the rules and makes things up as she goes.
