Both online and in person. In June, I actually went to the Grand Prairie store to purchase a washer and dryer. I told the rep what I was looking for and my budget. We found the perfect items in my price range. The delivery was prompt and efficient. The only frustration was, you have to set aside the entire day because they don't give a delivery time frame until the day off. Just last week, I ordered a full kitchen suite. Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, and over the stove microwave. I accidentally ordered as fridge that ended up not being in stock. So I went to the Oak Cliff Store. The store agent helped me to cancel the order and replace it with items from the show floor. I made a mistake and ordered a microwave was was far too large for my space. They came to install today, and I contacted the store directly, they referred me to the online customer service center. I have had a few conversations with them where I was charged a restocking fee and the difference in the new item. I will state that ordering online is much better than online exchanges. Either way, it has been an excellent experience.

On the sale side working with Evan, I loved the quick communication over text and the detailed invoices to review. He was always available for my questions or change updates.
