Great value and good selection of merchandise. Staff was helpful and the Xmas selection is impressive.

The place was a bit meh, and not sure if I would return. The customer service was seriously lacking. I came in with some questions and needed help finding something specific when it came to their luggage (it was here a few days prior). The floor person working, was not helpful at all. I wasn't very happy with how the visit went. The prices are ok, but makes me wanna shop at ross or tj maxx from now on. read more

Not happy...in this Marshalls I was disappointed. When I walked into the store I thought a hurricane hit the store I had to blink twice to realize that I was in marshals never seen a marshals like this before everything was everywhere look like they did not care where they put things at Marshall please take pride in your store. read more

This is what Marshall's calls one of their mega shoe stores. I think the women get the best of this so called mega store. The store is below ground level so can gather all your change on your ride down to savings. I have found some of the men's area to be lacking compared to other Marshall's locations. They often have a decent selection of shoes and I have found a few winners in the pile. I most often find golf shirts, dress shirts and maybe some shorts and jeans. I have yet to find a great pair of jorts. I think until I can resolve this issue I will continue cutting my skinny jeans until this issue is resolved. I always find this place very hit or miss for me. Some days I can find great deals and others it seems like I've stared at the same clothes for long periods of times with no discounts. I would say they Marshall's always keeps my pockets from bleeding like they might at the mall. I can get in and out and find pretty much what I was looking for with much less hassle. read more

Literally the worst customer service . I think they find literally anyone able to move and have them work there .. there was a long line at check out , and they only have one person . Then that one person calls for help , and here comes a girl with her hood pulled up on her head and looks as miserable as could be .. I mean I'm expecting the same service I'd get at luxury store but come on.... for such a large company you'd think they would hire at least some nice , competent sales associates. read more

This is down a level forcing you to take an escalator to get to the store. The store itself had a decent selection, and lots of product but was a little bit small. Some areas did look cramped. They are trying to make the most of the space, but I wouldn't be a frequent shopper here (if I lived nearby) due to the space and my tendency to always be in the way. read more

This store is pretty big but even with 4 cashiers it was so busy. I always find stuff there that I don't need and I love.

Ralph Lauren sheets and towels, designer baby clothes, a Tahari Suit, at least a cute dozen skirts, 3 Polo shirts, and more shoes than I can count. That's what I've found at this Marshalls. Admittedly, there's a lot here that I wouldn't want to wear; however, I'm willing to search through those things to find the gems that hide within the racks! Every now and then, there's one pair of Seven or True Religion jeans mixed in with all those Paris Blues. Now and then, The Limited and Express must get rid of some stock because there will be a rack full of great dress pants at 1/4 the original price. The trick is not to go looking for anything in particular. Just go, look around thoroughly, and if you think you might like something, buy it. I recommend branching out from your regular section, too. Don't just check misses--juniors has great stuff, too, and the "active wear" section always has a lot of name brand gym clothes. Don't try things on there because the dressing room is kind of depressing. Take your purchases home and look at them, see how they fit in your wardrobe, then if you don't like them, take them back. The return policy is quite lenient, and when you go back to the store, you'll get another chance to look around! The store changes a lot from week to week, so it's worth checking in regularly. read more

I am a Marshalls/TJ Maxx kinda girl. I go to these stores for the quality/brand name clothing, house items, shoes and food. Yes, if you have never checked out the food aisle, definitely give it a look. You never know what you might find that you like! I particularly like this location for the selection of products and clothing, along with the on floor assistance. For the first time, after 8 years of shopping at Marshalls (in 2 different states), a sales associate, named Teynise, came to check on us and lend assistance. She was amazing-I could write a whole review on her alone. I go to at least 4 different Marshalls regularly in the city, but this one's my favorite. read more

I go here when I'm looking for something that I haven't actually budgeted for. The two star rating is for the limited and sub-par selection. Clothes are often out of order, not on a rack where they belong, or on the floor. Honestly, I've only bought one garment here. I usually leave disappointed and empty handed. The reason I gave more than one star is due to them occationaly having the same shoes as the DSW above them for about $10 cheaper. read more

Wow, I got four really good name brand dress shirts for work for less than $80 today. Can't beat the prices and the selection is not bad at all. You have to dig a bit but it is worth the effort. I definitely will return here for my shopping needs. read more

Several months ago I purchased a living room chair from Marshalls. I love the look of the chair, was comfortable to sit in and we used it sparingly. The chair has already sustained a large tear along the seam of the seat. This is not a tear from overuse but of poor quality. I'm a long time customer of Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Home Goods and have never had issues until now. I am very disappointed in the quality of the chair and that it has already fallen apart in less than 1/2 a year. Being over 30 days since I bought the chair I cannot return it to the store I bought it from and have been unable to get in touch with customer service to this point. read more

I don't usually shop at Marshall's so I'm not familiar with their "treat everyone like a thief" policy but this is probably the worst department store I've visited in Dallas this far. I arrived here in search of some athletic gear after work. I just started new yoga classes and I didn't want to spend a lot of money so I figured Marshall's would be my best option. The selection isn't bad at all. The store is laid out kind of strange (tiny fitting rooms in the front?!) but they also have a wide selection of shoes available. After picking out my gear I headed straight towards the fitting room. I wasn't greeted by a nice old lady asking...no. I was bomb-rushed by a sassy russian lady who shouted "howz Many you have?" I quickly glanced and estimated 6 and this is where things took a turn for the worst. She takes the garment out of my hands and goes "1-2-3....8. You have 8. Where did you get 6 from?" Which I assumed was her way of asking me was I trying to conceal merchandise. I apologized and said I miscounted. She glares at me with this angry unsympathetic eyes, hands me back my clothes and gives my the 8 tag. Boom! Try on clothes. Take what I want and walk out. Here she is again "wherz the clothes?" Me..."the ones I plan on buying are in my hands, I left the rest in the room. She tells me to go get them....HUH?! I stormed out and went directly to the manager, who could do nothing but apologize. That fitting room lady is crazy. Don't try on if she's there. read more

Great men's section here, shoe section isn't good not much to choose from, tons of purses, great deals in the kids section-lots of under armor, Nike, Ralph Lauren. The staff here however needs cleaned up, the 2 women and the register argued and argued in front of all customers. One claiming she didn't want to work there and saying how much it sucked and the other telling her that her attitude was the problem. Went on forever in front of kids, paying customers, etc. Management may need to be up at the front check out more often read more

My mother always said "Fashion is a look, not a price." Yes indeed. This Marshall's is the best one in Dallas. No doubt. The have the most insanely inexpensive selection of brand name items. I went crazy last time I was there and bought a ton of French Connection and BCBG. And damn, don't I look sharp in those outfits. And it's not all just the trendy stuff either-a lot of classics too, so you can really stock up for work. They also have an impressive home department too. I like to go and stock up on Christmas presents every year. You can really knock out a whole list in less than an hour, without braving the mall, and without emptying your bank account. And that feels so good. If you need to go buy yourself a little happy, make a short drive to Plano and do it here. You'll end up with something that puts a smile on your face. read more

An odd place to find a Marshalls. The place is super organized and has high end fashions because of the neighborhood.

I love looking for gems in this place. You can usually find some great house decorations along with cheap priced cooking tools and necessities. Keep in mind these places get shipments of new stuff regularly and it's always a grab bag of what they'll get. You might go one week and find nothing and the next week you might have a cart full of stuff you love. read more

I won't be coming back to this store. It's super small and their clearance section is a joke! They had items no more than a $5 discount. You're supposed to see a HUGE difference in price from the original price. There were shirts for $24.99 marked down to $20. $16.99 to $12.00. There was a lot of Ivanka Trump clothes on the clearance rack which didn't surprise me lol. Those should be 75% off. In 5 mins I walked around that store and didn't find anything. I guess I'll have to go to another location. I straight walked out of this store. read more

Shopping at stores like Marshalls takes a certain type of energy - energy to dig through and flip through racks after racks of clothes. As someone who rarely buys clothing at full price, I am willing to dig through hideous prints and strangely sized clothes in search of new pieces to spruce up my closet. Of course, it's a hit or miss - sometimes you'll find awesome deals, other times, everything looks the same. I do like that the fitting room staff is generally friendly and there are plenty of rooms so you rarely have to wait. read more

My cashiers name is John and despite not finding everything I needed for my flight (everything was just kind of scattered) his service pulled through. In NO WAY did I expect to find the awesome items I found when I was descending into the basement store on the creaky (creepy) escalator. I had a gift card, and figured, "hey, they probably have at least a cute pair of shorts". About 6 pairs of shorts, 4 shirts, 3 dresses, and 2 pairs of shoes later. I exited. For less than I would have spent on 3 pairs of shirts in Urban (my dream store in all ways except price). God I love deals. read more
