Well no more furniture from Home Zone!!!!!! I want my money back on this bed!!!!! My sleep has been impacted to many times. Improve the quality of furniture.

    Came here last week Thursday April 22, 2021 to buy a chest/dresser. Paid over $400 cash because I…read moreneeded it now, as my clothes are laying on the floor. I was guaranteed a pickup date of Saturday the 24th, which I said was fine since I would be back to pick it up the 25th. I received a call the next day, saying that as it was not delivered Friday, it was actually the first piece of furniture being loaded on the truck Friday for delivery Saturday. I again said that was fine. I heard nothing the rest of the weekend, so I called yesterday the 25th as I was headed to pick it up, only to find out it was never delivered and there are no deliveries Sunday. I was again guaranteed it would be delivered today the 26th. Well, my frustrations and gut feeling told me this process wasn't going to be good. Today, the 26th, I called this morning and was told a text would go out today when the truck came in. I waited until 430pm to call again and was told that my chest was the last one in inventory and as I suspected, had an issue (broken leg). Who knows if that's true, but the same result is I don't have a dresser. So, I call to get a refund. Now, I don't know what the issue is with companies and lack of customer service during covid, but this ruined everything for me and I caution anyone else from buying here because of it. I paid cash. Because of circumstances outside of my control, I received nothing, and yet for a refund I am told it can only be issued by check, and will not be available for pickup for 2 weeks! That is absurd and an absolutely insane business practice. I should receive cash or a debit card refund immediately because money is an issue for some of us, but instead I have no money and no dresser. Of course everyone understands but nobody can do anything. I'm guessing that $400 is paying the rent for the month; why else would it take 2 weeks to give me back my money because they failed. Negative stars.

    Ross is my go to for easy style needs. From clothes to luggage, shoes, purses, kids toys and…read moreclothes, home decor- they have it all and at a cheap price too! I frequent this Ross a lot. The staff is usually pretty friendly. I've been several times when the check out lines are just outrageously long and they all seem to handle it well. They also always have a large stock of items on hand. I've seen some Ross stores whose racks are pretty bare. They seem to manage their inventory well and always have what you need.

Mexican-American with long straight hair. She didn't want to help customers it was very obvious. I don't know if she was new or is terrible at customer service etc. Not sure why she decided to work there. She only probably gets paid minimum wage anyways. Which I believe in Oregon is only $15 an hour. That is not my fault or my problem. I literally try to explain why I was returning the item. And the item was only $16. I told her I got the wrong color and wanted to see what they had an inventory. Just wanted to return the item. She had an attitude and rolled her eyes. And then she asked where the receipt was. I said hold on a second let me grab it. As soon as I gave it to her she rolled her eyes again and literally told me that she wanted to call up the manager. So I had to wait 10 minutes for manager to come up because she didn't want to do her job properly or be nice to customers. When the manager came up I explained everything to him. He acted like he didn't care either. I guess these people are brother and sister are dating or something. Total losers. This Ross used to have good management for over 15 years. I was actually personal friends with the previous manager of the store. That is why I decided to do this specific no preview today. I'm going to let my friend know that her store has turned to crap. I also told the manager guy or the man who claimed to be the manager of the store. That he should have a talk with his employees and review customer service etiquette. But he acted like he seriously did not care. And didn't believe me. Will not return to this Ross location. I have been shopping at Ross since 1992. And I may just switch it up and go to TJ Maxx or Burlington. Much rather give them my business. Because I'm sure they have better customer service and less lazy workers behind the counter.
