Finally had the chance to check out the Ross location by my location. Plenty of parking spaces and close to other shops if you decide to check out the "strip". I came here with a friend looking for some house decor/care. It's typically a place where you have to sorta dig to find what you really are looking for, which worked for me. I got some art crafts supplies, plumbing items, and even a few dresses. I love the options that they have for dresses, but you have to be careful because some of the styles does look pretty cheap. Clean and has plenty of options to look at if you're just strolling around in there with no mission. I actually enjoyed this Ross rather than the one in Willow Lawn or Short Pump. The check out registry was a lot faster at this location than the others! I mainly check the Ross in Willow Lawn whenever I need to make a trip to the craft store next door (AC Moore). I'm definitely more of a Marshall's/TJ Maxx girl, but decided to pop in to Ross the other day since it's so close to where I live. I agree with Yvonne below that it reminded me of a broke down Marshalls haha. Definitely pretty bare in most sections. I was really interested in getting some new sports bras and workout tops, but there was only 1 top option in my size. I did find a cheap sports bra that I bought that's not amazing, but will fit the bill. What surprised (and excited) me, though, is that they actually have a maternity section. Who knew!? Mind you, it was pretty sad, but I walked away with 2 cute $5 tops. Are they the best quality? No; definitely not as good as the ones I have from A Pea in The Pod, but I'm not worried about that. It makes sense to buy cheap when I'm just going to grow out of them soon anyway! I'll definitely be coming here more often now that I know I can get cute and suuuper affordable maternity clothes. read more

I went to this Ross today & had the worst experience I ever had in a Ross location. The Employee was new & had the worst attitude. She got into a full disagreement with me over me putting my card in to soon & no answer her question which I didn't hear. I asked her what was her issue was she not having a good day because of her attitude towards me. She said to me I must be having a bad day & she wasn't going to be my punching bag. l laughed at her and asked there did that come from all this because I put my card in too soon & didn't hear you I said just finish my transaction this is crazy. She was just nasty, rude & out of control for no reason. The manager Jodi walked up she immediately started lying about what was happening. I asked the manager Jodi was she going to let her employee talk to customers like this because I know she heard the employee because she was loud talking me, I never raised my voice Jodi said nothing to my question. Jodi's only words was "you want me to complete the transaction" I stated "yes Jodi I don't want her to assist me any longer" the employee started "No I'm going to finish it". I stated I will be calling corporate the employee advised me "they are not going to do anything" I told her we will see & walked out the store. Yes, I will be getting the names & phones to the District & General Manager of the store also I will be calling corporate. Yes, I will continue to shop at this Ross store. read more

Ross location across from Va Center is awful. Just went in to do a return and the girl behind the exchange counter snapped at me. Then she didnt do the exchange went to the regular line. The girl there never smiled didnt say Thank you" or anything. This location needs to train their employees what customer service is. I will not shop here again!!! read more

Stopped at Ross. And yess the title is exactly what the store means!! Definitely got to search for cute items if you got TIME! The employees are friendly, and store is clean. This is a quick stop, scan as you go, and walk out, if nothing catches your eye! Also make sure it's quality! Lol read more

This store reminds me of a broke down Marshalls. I found some bargains for some home type stuff, but was very taken aback by how sparse and bare the store was. It looks like there should be a going out of business sign up outside. Very surprising. The clothes on the racks leave alot to be desired... They look raggedy... I hate to say that but they did. read more

Good store. Employees could be a little more friendly with their body language. Smiling once in a while won't hurt you.
