When I asked about getting the balloons inflated, the clerk told me it would take up to 2 hours. She wasn't friendly or interested in helping, and there was no effort to offer an alternative or explain why it would take so long. I ended up going to a nearby dollar store instead, where they inflated all 16 balloons in about 10 minutes with no issues. The difference in customer service was night and day. I was looking forward to shopping at PopShelf, but after this experience I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We ordered an additional item now and hope it gets here in time, but one item will be going back for 100% refund. It will just cost us our time and patience, just a fine day again.
