My wife ordered a gift from the store here and they messed on this one. The package arrived on our porch just fine, but the box was not reboxed with outer protection box. They knew this was a gift and they stuck labels everywhere and the damages to the box were also troubling, see pictures. How hard is it to get it right the first time? Really!!! We ordered an additional item now and hope it gets here in time, but one item will be going back for 100% refund. It will just cost us our time and patience, just a fine day again. Love Kohls, I went there a few days ago and I was very suprised, b/c of covet I haven't been there for 2 yrs, big changes, no large jewelry counters all gone, not many ppl working there, was not enough staff for help or questions. Won't be returning. read more

Superb customer service during my last visit to this Kohl's. I returned a baby outfit and obtained store credit without any issue. I then proceeded to check out their clearance shoe section, because why not? Scored some Sketchers D'Lites in black for my return to work. They seem sturdy, which is definitely beneficial for crazy days an RN experiences. They were also at the reduced rate of $32. Their boys shoe section left something to be desired, but they had Sonoma sandals on sale for $19.99. I happily brought both up to the cashier Andy and redeemed my 20% off coupon in addition to $10 Kohl's cash and my $17 merchandise credit. $19 out of pocket for both. Fabulous! Initially I didn't have my Kohl's credit card for the 20% off, but Andy was so helpful! I don't go there too often, but this was definitely a beneficial visit. read more

Very frustrated with the lack of information to show the registers are only opened at one door during the week day. There was no closed sign on the registers or signs only one door has check outs. I waited at the registers unaware. We know there is a lack of help but not informing us is not acceptable. read more

Awful. And just bizarre. 1. I went in to (potentially) purchase a set of bed sheets and maybe a comforter or blanket. I head off to the section, look around and ... something is missing. Prices! NONE of the entire selection of bedding items had ANY prices posted!! Nowhere to be found. Those LCD screens that they sometimes use to display prices ALL said something like "Buy one Get one 1/2 off" Like "1/2 off" of WHAT?? Like bait and switch. Don't find out what you are paying until the cash register? Like you are supposed to ask an employee the price of each item? Ridiculous. (Didn't care much for their selection anyway, went next door to Walmart and found something I liked.) 2. WAY overpriced. A least prices were displayed for clothing. Prices for only the selected items that were on sale were ok, but everything else was way overpriced for what you get. Kohl's is not boutique. Bottom line: Better off going next door to Walmart. read more

You can find a really good deal at Kohl's on a Saturday morning. You need to go early in the morning when it first opens, with a coupon in hand. I had a $10 off of $30 coupon and the coupon was going to expire the day I shopped so it motivated me to use it. I was able to find in the clearance wrack, two really cute long sleeve shirts for my two older daughters. One nice plaid shirt for $3.60 and another long sleeve flower top for $3.60. Then I bought two little boys shirts for a friend's baby. My husband found a nice professional shirt for $8.20. When we got to check out we made $30 purchase got the $10 off and paid $20.-- ( in change i don't recall) for the clothes. I walked like feeling like a savvy shopper that day. Truth is Kohl's has some great deals if you know when to go, what coupons they sent you through e-mail. read more

I dominate this Kohls weekly. I bought some jeans here, without trying them on, as I know my size. The next day, I ripped off the tags and went to work. After wearing them for like 3 hours, I didn't like how they fit. I went back and exchanged them, as I wore them, without receipt or tags, for a different size...seriously. They took them back, even though I wore them INTO the store; and of course, I walked out, wearing a different pair. That's why Kohls is the spot and that's why I shop there all the time, for the day to day gear. Note: I just bought a Columbia fleece jacket for $55, not including the $10 bucks Kohls cash I got back. Reg $110. Northface is too played out. Even poor people are wearing them now! If you don't shop at Kohls, you are a sucker. read more

This is my favorite off all Kohl's stores. I love the layout of the store. They have the best selection. They have good parking. I am a fan of Kohl's. I think they have good sales, I think they have good prices; I think the quality of their products is solid. I find their customer service to be average to better. There always seems to be enough registers opened, so you are not waiting in line for a long time. I've bought kitchen wear, bedding, men's-women's-children's clothes. I've bought numerous pairs of shoes. I love their purses - I love the Vera Wang collection. They have a good selection of costume jewelry. Lastly, they have a good clearance section - in all of their departments. You can always find something at 80-90% off. read more

We went to Kohl's with a 30% off coupon with the intention of buying a winter coat. I found a Columbia one that looked great, but when I went to try it on, they'd not only put alarms on each coat (totally reasonable, unfortunately people do steal) but they'd alarm-tied every single Columbia coat together and to the rack, so you couldn't even take one off the hangar to try it on or buy it. We asked three different associates and waited over 10 minutes just for someone to unlock it. Then we got to the cash register and the coat rung up higher priced than the sign that they'd locked the coats to. The associate who rechecked the price was incredibly rude about the whole situation and we finally ended up having to call the manager over, who graciously gave us the price that the coat had been literally locked on to. Then, to top it off, the coupon we'd gone in to use apparently didn't work on that specific item because it was a "prestige" brand. We're usually very loyal Kohl's customers and buy most of our clothing there, but this is an absolutely horrible location. It's well worth making the drive to visit a different one. read more

Kohl's has a disturbing new policy regarding returns. Last week, my daughter ordered some clothes online and then decided she didn't want them. I received the packages and took them (unopened) to Kohl's, expecting to receive a full credit back to my Kohl's charge. Instead, they gave me a store credit for the entire amount! I protested, but they said it was because of the $30 Kohl's cash I received with the order that I spent. I said, "ok fine. Can't you just credit me back the entire amount less the $30 Kohl's cash I spent?" They said no. So now I am $182 in debt for clothes I returned, plus I am forced to use my store credit. OK, Kohl's, I get that people shouldn't run up a big Kohl's bill just to get the Kohl's cash, but why can't you just deduct the used Kohl's cash from the amount that's being credited back? THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS AND YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS!! read more

All Kohl's are basically the same. I don't love coming here because I'm too old for juniors, but too "cool" (ha!) for a lot of the misses items. I feel like the juniors items are recycled every year with a new pattern or color, but its always the same thing! I love collections like Lauren Conrad, but I only feel its worth it to buy on clearance. Great place to stock up on clearance jewelry tho to save for gifts! I just got a ton of cute earrings for 3.60 and gave them out as Valentines gifts! This isn't my top site to shop at though. But, it'll always draw you back in some how... it's nearly impossible to resist that force. read more

I think I'm done with Kohl's. The clothing is overpriced. Even after the coupons and discounts, I am always underwhelmed by the actual savings. I don't want to say they artificially inflate the prices in order to give all these sales and coupons, to dupe you into thinking you got a great deal, but it sure seems like that. Then there's the service. This Kohl's is very clearly understaffed. It defies logic and common sense that every time I walk in, typically on a weekday afternoon on my days off, there is always a line at the returns desk and always a line no less than three deep to check out your clothes. You'd think Kohl's would get with the program, but, no. Every trip to Kohl's therefore ends (or begins) in frustration. read more

I love this store, the staff is always polite and helpful. I know when I go in I will always find what I need and more. The only draw back is the lady that's always walking around asking for your email address because she will hound you to no end and once I was in there with my male friend and he asked my opinion on something and she jumped in the conversation and would not shut up. But other then her it's the greatest store around for your everyday needs. Not for high end shopping but daily clothes and household items. read more

A great place to find good clothes at reasonably low prices. their sales are usually awesome, but sometimes there's just nothing to fit my taste. the store tends to be a bit chaotic and dissorganized, but if you look hard enough, you can almost always find what you're looking for. they have a super cute juniors section, and also womens, mens, and some household things too. read more

What happened to Kohl's? Clothes on the floor, crappy clothing. I had to go to a wake/funeral, so stopped to look at shoes and dresses. The few dresses stocked, were paper-thin. Forget the shoes. Overpriced trash. The Hodgkins Kohl's is a dump. Never again. I gave two stars to be generous. What a disappointment! read more

This store is always really busy. The electronics and toy aisles are too small. The clothes and kitchen supplies are great.

They have a cheaper quality of clothes, but you can find good clearance items even on the Daisy Fuentes or Simply Vera brands. Great place to purchase cotton t-shirts or anything cotton for that matter. Their jewelry section is stacked, so if you are looking for something last minute you shouldn't have any problems. Cute jeans/pants. Baby/kids section also has a great selection. read more

***POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE*** I was at the this store last night with my daughter and as were walking to the cashier line in women's department, and after i walked past the jewelry counter, the associate said she could take customers at the jewelry counter. My daughter and I turned around, to walk to the jewelry counter and the associate said she would rather help someone that was already in line and dismissed me. I then walked back to the cashier line, in disbelief as there was only 1 person line. I waited in line for the cashier line, and after the jewelry associate rang up the other customer, she then called out for me to return to the jewelry counter. I replied that I would rather wait in line for the nice cashiers, who hadn't already dismissed me. I will never return to that store again. read more
