Great hidden secret in the Memorial Area that offers cute seasonal gift items and more…read more The owner Sarah started this whimsical gift place named Iris after her great grandmother who remembers in her youth how she would pick up Iris flowers . As a homage to her, she chose to offer baby items from newborn to 24 months and some larger sizes for older kiddos as enter on the right in the store . They even offer monogramming and etching to personalize your gifts and purchases. As you walk through the spacious area to the left of the store you will find fall items, holiday items ,things that smell delicious, spices and more . As a female owned business, she even has pop-up businesses in her store to help other females have a space that may not have a brick and mortar . Check them out for their amazing customer service , great holiday gifts and smiles.

Today I decided to check this place out since I had some extra time. Iris Gifts is very much a boutique store. I was immediately greeted with a smile. I told the store associate I was just looking and we left it at that. I love not being bothered, so I am completely fine after the initial greeting/offer of help until I ask for help later. They have all the cute and festive items for the seasons, adorable clothes for children, fun jewelry, amazing candles and more! I enjoy browsing stores like this when I have some free time to get ideas for later when birthdays and/or special occasions arise. In this area of town, you will find several boutique shops, but this one is very convenient and there is plenty of parking available. Some of my favorite items are the El Arroyo collection, the fun cocktail napkins and the decorative styrofoam cups. On the higher end, they sell beautiful, lovely smelling candles (one brand in particular is $115.00 - I don't know anything about the brand, so I can't give feedback on the price - maybe it lights itself - Lol), pretty costume jewelry, home decor pieces and alluring bath items that function as both decorative and useful. I was surprised to see the reviews are not higher for this shop. It's cute, it's friendly and it is full! What's not to love?!

Angela, the manager, resolved an issue with an expected shipping date with the most helpful and cheerful attitude. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them for your home furnishing needs! I normally don't write reviews, but after my recent experience at Pottery Barn in Town & Country, I…read morefelt it was worth sharing. I'm a frequent Pottery Barn customer and have a Pottery Barn credit card. I purchased an item at the Highland Village location last week and needed to make a return. The item still had the tags attached, so I stopped by the Town & Country store to return it. The associate assisting me appeared to be new and went to get another employee. The second employee immediately asked for my receipt. I explained that I didn't have it but that my purchase should be easily accessible through my Pottery Barn account and credit card. She responded by telling me she could not help me without a receipt. I then asked if Angela, the store manager, was available because I had never experienced an issue making a return before. I was told she was conducting an interview. Even after explaining that I was a regular customer with an account and credit card, the employee continued insisting that a return could not be processed. Only after further discussion did she ask whether I had an email address associated with my account. I provided it, and within moments she was able to locate the purchase and process the return--exactly as I had originally explained could be done. What disappointed me wasn't the return itself--it was the attitude. The interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily argumentative from the start. A simple, courteous approach would have resolved the situation in less than a minute. Customer service isn't just about processing transactions. It's about how customers are treated. Whether someone has a receipt or not, there are respectful ways to communicate and assist. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy. Thankfully, the return was ultimately completed, but the experience left me wondering why something so simple had to become so unpleasant. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to the Town & Country location. I will continue shopping at Pottery Barn, but I will take my business to other stores where customer service is a priority.

I have never been disappointed by anything I have purchased online or in store. Their store layout has definitely improved throughout the years, they have opened a bigger Boutique. The selections in the Boutique are reasonably priced and you no longer have to worry about being in a tight location like previously. All the departments are well kept and you will find something good every time you shop. They have specials daily which you can find out about through their social media posts. The parking lot is no longer an issue as they have completed their renovations. I love the selection of children's books and adult books which are priced at low prices. The toy department has a lot and the board games are probably my favorite. The employees and volunteers are so nice and helpful. If you are looking for a place to volunteer, this is the place for you. Just ask one of the store employees. I enjoy their 1/2 off quarterly sales and their sidewalk sales they occasionally have. They also have CDs, DVDs, vinyl's, electronics, furniture, and tons and tons of clothes. They are priced individually and like I said, look for the deals of the day. They have evening gowns and I have even seen wedding dresses on occasion which are displayed on the windows. They have a second location in the Heights across the street from Hogg Middle School which is also a great location, just smaller in size but also great. I took a video of my last visit to the toy department and it shows the selection of what you will find at Mam. Some will still be In new unopened conditio. They make sure all the pieces are in the box of the games or puzzles for the ones that have been opened.
