When you're craving a slice of pizza but can't get anything fresh walmart will always be able to deliver a frozen pie. We stopped in and quickly grabbed a "fresh" pizza and get home. The Walmart brand pizza had generally really good toppings but the crust was lacking. While we were inside the team was actively restocking shelves but from the look of some of the aisles it was like a tornado came through. No break and bake cookies that night.

We walked in 10 minutes after 8 to return an item. Unbeknownst to us, they stop customer service at 8pm. The lights were off and no one would help us. One lady did try to find a manager but then another lady came up and flat out told us sorry, come back tomorrow at 7am. Insane that Walmart would be open for business but refuse to serve all customers needs. We never really go to Walmart but this is just another example of why I will avoid this place. The customer should be 1st. I don't even want to go in to return this item but I want my money back. I definitely won't be returning to this Lakeland location.

Grateful to have found Belk. Definite areas of improvement are the ladies intimate apparel area is a complete mess with limited options. Handbags could use a dedicated buyer, also very limited inventory and not seasonal current inventory. Shoes are also limited inventory. We will definitely be back for clothes, bedding and browsing too! Staff is super helpful and friendly regardless of their department. Cashiers mention their coupons and help you locating them. Bathrooms are outdated but stocked and clean. Pretty cool that the women's bathroom has a car seat on the wall for a toddler while mom hits the bathroom stall. I think it's a little bit smaller but similar layout and stores. What I didn't like the most is how dark it was. I don't think that's so safe. It was early enough to where there was at least two more hours of shopping before stores closed yet really dark. It's been about 10 years since I've been here, and it seems to look about the same as that time. They did have a Christmas tree in the center. That at least brightened the place up a bit. The stores off hand that I recall where Bath and Body, Kirkland's, a boutique with country ware, a Thai restaurant, a Vietnamese restaurant, BD's Mongolian BBQ which I was surprised to see, & a Grillsmith. They also had a movie theater and a book store. Those were some of the stores off hand. There were also a handful of empty spaces. The parking was free along the inside of the mall street parking where we parked. The Best Part Was Seeing the Bloom Mural!

We did notice on our last trip that there were a decent amount of store fronts now closed, hopefully other will come in soon and this isn't going to be another half full shopping center. We would really miss going here. They have a movie theatre, plenty of food choices from semi affordable to less affordable and a decent amount of stores to peruse through. Most of the stores are your basic chains, but at least you can have a nice walk outside with nice scenery while you walk. They had a huge Christmas tree, great for a photo op. The only thing this place is lacking is for a more trendy or niche/boutique stores that would sell non dept. Store/Mall items. You know something different!!! If you want to have a nice walk about while you shop/eat then check this place out, it's good for a day out with Fam for sure!!!

They have so many name brand & designer goods, for much better prices than in those actual stores. Of course, there are still a lot of prices that are pretty high- clothing for $100 or more, shoes $150 and so on. But again, they'd cost even more shipping directly through those brands so you have to think of trade offs. They have a little bit of everything here too. A huge section of all kinds of clothing, a quarter of the store is aisles and aisles of shoes; there is a big section of designer purses, perfumes, sunglasses, jewelry, hair supplies and toiletries/ skincare stuff. There's a nice men's section that has a shelf of watches, ties, suit pieces and other things. Even a small home goods section. If you have kids there's a section for them too. Definitely a good mix of different stuff, and for a lot of good prices if you're willing to take time to look around!

I was excited when I first saw one being built here and was consequently even happier once it finally opened. There's just a ton of STUFF at these stores. You need a can opener? Go to HomeGoods. Need a smaller drawer with only 3 drawers and a worn white look? HomeGoods. Need a few specific spices and a turn table for your kitchen? Boom, HomeGoods. If there's something really random I need for my house and I want a fairly reasonable price, HomeGoods really is a great option.

You…read morecould make a strict list and try not to get distracted grabbing anything outside of it, but no matter how hard you try, you WILL leave Target with more than you planned to. We've all been there, still are there, or will be there in the near future. I love me some Target, like most women. It's overall a pretty great store- they have cute and affordable clothes, a ton of home decor/ furniture, usually a good amount of food and produce, pharmacy and more. Going on a random trip to stroll through Target is a fantastic use of an hour or two. This is one of two Targets in Lakeland, and is the south location. It's generally a super nice location, as most Targets are known to be. It's the one I frequent, but I do think the north Lakeland Target is the superior store. This south Target has a really random and small selection of produce, and they just never seem to have the overall stock that the north store does. They are out of random things at random times, so you can almost never conveniently get all you need in one stop if you are doing all your grocery shopping there. Otherwise, this store is awesome. They have a Starbucks, which can be nice if you want a caffeine/ sweet fix. The workers have always been so friendly in my experience, especially Miss Cheryle- she's a star, and deserves some high praise for how sweet she is!

Palm Center is most easily passed by and ignored. There are tons of strip mall/ centers in Lakeland…read morelike mostly any city, so this one doesn't particularly stick out upon first glance. But recently I've found myself visiting Palm Center a lot more often. It's actually got quite a lot going for it. At this strip you can get in a workout (Plant Fitness), eat some sushi or sandwiches (New Moon Sushi & Subway), get car essentials (NAPA), office & house essentials (Staples & Big Lots), get your haircut (Lakeland Barber), go to church (Access Church), or get your alcohol restock (ABC Liquors). You can also get a nice pre or post workout, church or shopping juice or smoothie from Juice Box, go shopping at the Christian Bookstore, get your taxes taken care of at H&R Block, or hit up the consignment store. Oh, and there's a Cici's Pizza if you don't want sushi or a sub. I still haven't named all of the businesses in this complex, but you can see my point right? The only unfortunate thing is that despite the range of Palm Center, it's really not well maintained. A lot of it seems to be nearly falling apart and dirty especially on the outside. Thus, why the strip is also so easily passed by. It's not nice on the outside, so many know that equates to being looked over a lot. But don't! Because Palm Center has much to offer!
