The kid lied and charged me for both items and snuck in a box charger that I did not ask for. He charged me $57 for a phone case, $72 for a screen protector, and $37 for a box charger. He told me my total charge was for the remainder of the iPhone balance and taxes. He then failed to print me a receipt invoice (said he wasn't able to) so he emailed me the receipt which didn't get to my phone email until hours after I left the store and saw what I was charged for. When he set up the screen protector and case, he threw away the packaging which didn't bother me, until I went in to the store this morning to get things right and return the items I thought were free. I was unable to return the items because I did not have the packages for them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DANIEL A. However, Nicky who helped me this morning was able to refund me for the charging box as that was the only item left in a box. Again, if you visit this Verizon store, please do not do any work with Daniel A. I get they are commission based, but sell with integrity instead of lying to your customers!!

They asked me to pick frames, but honestly they are almost identical. I picked a frame, and went into the exam room. Gone are the days of an eye doctor poking your eyes and such. They place your face into the exam machine, and it does alk kinds of comparisons, blows air at your eyes, and voila, you are done! On offsite eye doctor checks the results, and prescribes a solution. Then comes the shocking nees...the 79 dollar 2 pair unfortunately only applies to somebody else, not you. Mine was about 217 dollars for only one pair! Apparently, the special only applirs if your eyes don't really require any assistance. I was disappoinyed to hear thst, but I really need glasses for my job, so I ordered the 1 pair and they work fine. I would say, they are a little misleading on their ads, but friendly and make a good product. In the future I will check to see if I can find a better deal, but their product works.

Jaime went out of his way in not just verifying my battery, (which turned out to be dead), but also helped me in installing the new one. He then proceeded to help me verify the alternator afterwards which luckily was still ok. Jaime is a model employee showing what a good customer service is like. I just had to share this heartwarming experience we had at Sorensen Ace Hardware! My toddler is…read moreabsolutely obsessed with construction equipment--he spots every dump truck, excavator, and backhoe wherever we go. We pass by Sorensen Ace every day on our way to and from daycare, and there's one piece of equipment he's particularly smitten with, which we've affectionately named Bert. Today, on our way to feed the ducks along the canal, we decided to pop into the yard to check out all the machinery, including Bert. To our delight, a wonderful gentleman who was working nearby noticed my son's excitement. He generously invited us over and allowed my little one to climb onto the excavator! Watching him push and pull all the handles, moving the equipment back and forth with sheer joy was priceless. This kind man truly made my son's day--and possibly his entire week--by letting him "ride" Bert and explore all the controls. I didn't catch his name, but he is an absolute gem! Thank you for your kindness and for making a little boy's dreams come true. We can't wait to come back and visit Bert again! Instead of Sorensen's for a propane refill, I suggest Tractor Supply. For whatever reason, Tractor Supply (Los Banos) is not listed as a propane refiller on Yelp. Don't believe Yelp.
