I'm very satisfied with the quality of the blinds and the work itself. However, getting in touch with Pate has been extremely challenging--messages often go unanswered, and communication is lacking. Additionally, one of the blinds installed does not properly save its memory limit, and despite reaching out several months ago, I have yet to receive a response or resolution. If the customer service were as exceptional as the installation, I'd happily give 10 stars instead of 3.

He told us it would be about 8-9 weeks and sure enough he called about that time to set-up the installation. The shutters are really make the house "pop" inside. Great quality product at a fair price. We are considering doing another four of our windows that are 20+ feet up and allow light into our foyer. He suggested a solar powered motorized option, that really isn't horribly expensive. But kiddos need new soccer shoes ... :-) Have to think about whether we want to do that or not, but great out of the box solution offered by Pate. I recommend these folks. They are top notch
