I'm usually on the hunt for perfumes, Sand + Fog fragrance oils, body butters, and goodies for my Yorkies, and I can always count on finding something I didn't know I needed! The store is consistently clean, well organized, and the checkout lines move quickly, which I really appreciate. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I also want to give a special thank you to Brandon, the store manager. During one of my visits, a candle unexpectedly broke near me, and he immediately came over with kindness and reassurance, making what could have been an embarrassing moment feel like no big deal. That level of professionalism and genuine customer service really stood out to me. Great customer service is one of the reasons I continue coming back. Keep up the great work!

The bag area has one, makeup counter, jewelry counter and throughout the store they have those giant clear boxes with colognes and Polaroids and other goodies! I'm glad they are locking items up, some people have gotten crafty at stealing or taking from the set items, you have to inspect to make sure everything is there. They have a great return policy, keep your receipts! And try to make it in within 30days. I also appreciate the customer service, the staff is there to help us , so don't take advantage of them, and if you're having a bad day , it costs nothing to be nice to another individual, nowadays people are so entitled it's sickening. Specially around the holidays , imagine how a crowd makes you feel, well they are already overwhelmed and still smile. I appreciate that and I always compliment them. You can still find great finds in the store , just have to look for sure! I found an amazing Karl Lagerfeld bag that retails for $300 and it was $99! Beautiful find!
