    Nice Ross, inventory is up and down. Most of the workers are nice but they do not schedule enough cashiers at times.

    Need more cashiers. Currently in line for almost an hour. Selection sucks. Thank god for home goods.

    It's so disappointing to write this review. Today was the second time a team member had an awful…read moretone and attitude at check out at this location. The first terrible experience was in October with Kaitlyn from florals who was called to help with the registers since a line was forming. When I went up to her register her expression was annoyed and she was mumbling unkind things under her breath as if I couldn't hear her. It was loud enough that I could. I told her I'd wait for the other cashier. She proceeded to slam baskets and take out her unwarranted aggression out on items at the register before stomping away clearly very angry. I told the assistant manager Makenzie about this hoping to not have to leave a review like this. Now today, another team member named Gypsy (who up until this point was fairly nice) had a terrible attitude. Maybe she was having a bad day. I asked her to wrap up an item I was purchasing and she huffed and did so with a negative attitude as if this ask was a bother. It was an item that could be easily scratched. Toward the end of my purchase I asked where I could place the empty basket in an effort to help her and she condescendingly rolled her eyes and said "where you got it". Her tone and the way she said was unfriendly and had so much attitude. It was unprofessional to say the least. It's a shame that I have to leave this review and that this contempt and negative attitude towards customers is seeming to be a common occurrence. I'm not sure what's happening at this location to make employees so angry at customers just looking to make their purchases and be on their way. At this time I cannot recommend this store as having quality and friendly customer service.

    I bought a new Climate 360 Bed from them on November 1, 2022 with delivery on December 29th…read more Delivery and physical set up of the bed went great BUT when it came time to do the online SleepIQ app is when the complete nightmare began. We were told a remote would be "overnighted" so we could get the bed working until the tech support issue was solved. 6 BUSINESS days later the remote arrived. Guess what? The remote was useless because it must connect to your ONLINE BED PROFILE ON Sleep IQ in order to load your sleep number settings. It will not let me manually set the sleep numbers. Call to Tech Support...sorry we can't help you but if you call back during the week the "regular tech support can help you". 3 weeks, 5 Tech support calls and about 3.5 hours cumulative time spent on the phone and online with them I was finally "escalated" to someone whose job it seemed was only to give me some $$ off the bed to placate me. Of course that $400 off (on a $10K bed) be issued in a hard check and arrive 2 business weeks later. Of course it hasn't arrived and to be honest I doubt it ever will if it depends on the competency of this company's customer service or tech support people. The only other thing that this "escalated tech support" did was tell me that a new ticket was put in with guess who?? Tech support..:-( Of course the speedy juggernaut Tech Support was given 5-7 business days in which to respond with just setting up a 360 Climate bed profile into my SleepIQ app. One would think they have done that thousands of times because it has to be done EVERY TIME THEY SELL A NEW BED. I'm so utterly frustrated and completely disappointed in this company from the local level to their highest levels levels of customer support and service. Being as this is the 2nd sleep # bed purchased I can attest that the product is great BUT in my experience if you have the slightest problem with the product that requires the assistance of anyone outside of this local store (especially "Tech Support") you are in for a VERY, VERY frustrating experience. Today I'm going to the physical store to request a refund and for them to come pick up their $10K product because they won't/can't provide support to even get it operational at the basic set up level for their repeat customer to enjoy.

Then Monday the day of the scheduled job the crew showed up but the person in charge of the roofers didn't. No problem. The next day they show up and get to work. Good thing I work from home if not my roof we be wrong as we were removing an old jack. from a fireplace and a few others. The foreman then had to drive back to my house as the roofing crew did not understand. After talking to the Foreman they still covered a roof vent for my Bathroom fan. After calling them again the Foreman and the owners son showed up. After a lot of confusion I was told by the owners son that a bathroom fan vent on the roof is HVAC and they will only do what is in the contract. After a heated conversation I told them to do the job right or I'll pay for the material and get someone else to do it right. He owners son then said he is placing a lien on my house and and it is now going to be his. After the foreman separated us to cool down, I tried to call the owner John and he did not answer. I pulled up the contract to show it says about the roof jack and the son said he is pulling his crew and will take my house. The foreman then said to deal with him and I told the foreman that the owners son needs to leave my property. The owners son then tried to fight me and said to make him. leave the property. After all this they finished the roof only to find out that the did not install any flashing, so now I have exposed wood on the sides of my house and they did not paper over the whole roof, which will cause a leak and now my whole house smells of asphalt. The owner will not answer my calls or texts. The foreman is the only one Trying. I stopped payment till this issue is fixed and will probably end up in court as it seems this company is less than a year old and will not be around long. Save yourself the hassle.
