    I can't remember her name exactly but I believe it was Janet, and she is the cutest and sweetest ever! She was so welcoming, funny and sweet to everyone at the fitting room and in the whole store :) This has become my new favorite Ross to frequent because of her!

    There is much to be said about customer service, and customer care. A publicly traded organization with no processes and complete lack of Corporate Social responsibiliry will never grow .That duty of care specifically means that store owners must maintain the conditions of their properties so as not to cause injury to people who visit. People "invited" to their premises are legally protected. Another situation in which a company may be a party to a lawsuit occurs when an employee of the company is negligent and causes injuries. The law holds employers accountable for the negligence of their employees under a legal principle called "respondeat superior." In order for such liability to exist, the employee must have been acting within the duties of their job at the time of the accident. On Oct 1st I shopped at Ross on Vista way. I purchased 3 pairs of leggings. 2 of those leggings had security tags. After the purchase I got home and didn't try them on on Next day while trying to wear one pair of leggings I experienced a sharp pain that felt like. Knife stab or a bite As soon as I pulled my hand out I saw the security tag inserted in my middle finger and I was mortified I pulled the needle part of it out and bled Having a compromised immune system I immediately contacted my physician I cleaned my wound and since I had my tetanus shot all I can do I wait and hope no infections come my way ROSS did not take my injury seriously , I did not hear from the store manager and I am convinced they do not train employees, noranagers regarding injuries Finally today I again tried to track down their third party injury reporting and I was successful in filing a claim When organizations refuse to pay attention to their costumer no matter how in significant a problem is, they should listen The biggest cost for them is law suits Yet they haven't learned . This is about accountability , social responsibility , following policies , and so much more . So shame on you Ross dress for less I rather pay full price and not lessen my life spam , and yes you will always be that place that will never experience growth.

    As you walk in, it's durt everywhere. It is a disgusting place to save money. I actually came in to use the bathroom and that was even more disgusting than any bathroom ever! The staff walk around saying hi to everyone. But if they just picked up one piece of trash to each time they greet you, it would be better to shop here. It's not well organized and dirty. They had the same typical stuff that you find at all Ross stores. In this case, you're so disturbed by the dirt that you can't enjoy your shopping experience. I ended up buying couple of things but won't be coming back. The manager of this store should be ashamed of themselves for keeping this location so disgustingly dirty. I've been to third world countries that were cleaner than this store. The smell in the bathroom is of that in the squating bathroom shacks in India. With running water and in a modern world, this is unacceptable!

    Came here looking for a replacement phone case for my 11 pro max, too bad I didn't have many options as everything i found was either for 12, 11 or prior model, but lucky for me the employees were very cool to let me open some cases to try them on my phone at the register until I found one that perfectly fit, and I got this one case which has duo lights on the front and back for a very good price, now I am happy with my phone getting a makeover and keeing it clean plus protected

    Before I walked inside, I noticed a sign on the window stating they give a Senior Discount. As I walked inside, I noticed the cash register followed by a Loss prevention guy pushing carts to the side. The store is brightly lit. It seems like there is more open area for walking as areas were bombarded with racks and such at one point. There's a variety of items here from men and women's clothing, shoes, bathroom essentials, home decor, purses, etc. They do have some name brand purses. Things are picked at, not in the right place, a bit run down. I think this place needs a re-model to keep up with other stores around. I was looking for a dark wooden basket organizer for the bathroom, I was searching and searching and I finally found the one I liked here for $7.99 which is a reasonable deal. They also have more in stock so If I want to come back and buy more I can. I also purchased a black and white striped shirt for $5, I wasn't looking but saw it at the end of one of the clothing racks and grabbed it. I must say they have lots of cute sweaters, cover ups, shirts and a pair of black pants which I will be going back for. The lady working in the fitting room seemed a bit rude, like she didn't want to help me. So that was a bit of a turn off. Luckily the girl who rung up my items was nice.

    Clean store, well organized, but lacking inventory in late January. I always find a few gems, but more stock needed for your customers.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Ross…read more I purchased a top and a pair of sandals from this store and returned the very next day with my receipt. When I got home after my purchase, I immediately noticed that the stitching on the top was coming undone. Since I hadn't even tried it on, I decided to bring it back the next day. I really liked the sandals and wore them while walking my dog. After less than 10 minutes of use, I noticed the upper portion of the sandal was already separating from the sole because the glue was failing. This happened within a day of purchase and after only a few minutes of wear. It was clearly a product defect, not normal wear and tear. When I returned to the store the next day, the defective top was accepted for return without any issue. However, when it came to the sandals, I was referred to the manager, Chelsea. What upset me the most was not the decision itself, but the way I was treated by the manager. As I tried to explain that the sandals had fallen apart almost immediately due to a defect, Chelsea repeatedly told me, "I can't return it because you wore it." Her tone was rude, dismissive, and increasingly aggressive. Instead of listening to my concerns or considering the fact that the sandals had failed after less than 10 minutes of use, she continued repeating the same statement louder and louder. I felt talked down to rather than helped. The interaction became so uncomfortable that a security guard moved closer during the conversation. As a customer who was simply trying to return a defective item purchased the day before, I found the entire experience embarrassing and unnecessary. What makes this even more frustrating is that Chelsea acknowledged she understood the situation and agreed the sandals had been worn only briefly, yet still insisted there was nothing she could do. That simply did not feel like someone trying to help a customer or find a reasonable solution. A defective product purchased one day earlier should not become the customer's problem. I rarely return merchandise. In fact, I can't remember the last time I returned something. But when a pair of sandals starts falling apart almost immediately after purchase, I believe a retailer should stand behind the products it sells. Instead, I was met with poor customer service, an aggressive attitude, and no effort to resolve a legitimate quality issue. On top of that, this store is often disorganized, overcrowded with merchandise, and difficult to shop in. The shopping experience feels chaotic, and the quality of the merchandise clearly does not justify the lack of customer support. Ironically, this experience has turned me into a loyal shopper at Kohl's. I consistently find better deals, lower prices, higher quality products, and a much more pleasant shopping experience there. With Nordstrom Rack nearby and many other retailers offering better quality and customer service, there is simply no reason for me to continue shopping at Ross. Losing a customer over a defective $30 pair of sandals purchased the day before and treating them this way seems shortsighted. For the poor product quality, lack of customer service, and the rude and aggressive treatment I received from management, I give this store 1 out of 5 stars and will be taking my business elsewhere.
