The staff still has theirs on. I forget how many items they have especially name brand hair and skin products. My favorite section is the gourmet foods. Find all sorts of different snacks, all too tempting. Coffee, tea, some foods you would not expect They have expanded their pet section, lots of doggie beds, toys, snacks there too. Toys and children's books are a bargain. Of course there is the usual shoes and clothing for everyone from adults to babies. One can easily spend hours here.

While shopping in the safety section, I was clearly trying to find something and looked a bit lost. Gio, who was stocking shelves in electronics, noticed I needed help, stopped what he was doing, and took the time to ask if I needed assistance and if there was anything he could help me find. His willingness to step away from his task and genuinely help a customer made a huge difference. This was especially meaningful because, unfortunately, many shopping experiences lately have left me frustrated because employees often don't acknowledge customers or take the extra step to help locate an item. Gio did exactly what great customer service should look like -- he listened, cared, and made an effort to assist. Although the item I was looking for was no longer available, the service I received made the trip worthwhile. Before leaving, I decided I wanted to share my appreciation with a manager. I approached another employee, Jayson, and explained that I wanted to speak with someone about the excellent service I had received. Without hesitation, Jayson politely called for a manager and directed me where to meet them. His professionalism and willingness to help were another excellent example of what customer service should be. This was hands-down the best experience I have had in a store since before the pandemic. Anyway, I wait to be recognized as there was only one person on the checkout and she did not address me at all. I looked around for someone else to see if they could grab my order and be on my way. To my relief there was a staff member working nearby. When I asked for assistance, she hesitated and I could tell she was about to tell me to stand in line. I had my id ready but she wanted the email that I was sent with a barcode. I told her I got a text it was ready...? I searched for an email as it took a minute, she asked for my id. At that moment I found my email, she scanned it and I was on my way. I try to consider reasons why the employees behave the way they do, and I suppose they wanted to get out on time and were doing their duties before they close, but I still think the priority should be the customer. That being said, I was happy to be able to place an online order and pick it up same day! I love the sales and being a cardholder has some nice advantages. Also..., whoever did your hair...**SHAKES HER HEAD SIDE TO SIDE** it doesn't look good. It needs to be redone". I then just stop talking and then close my mouth. I let her know that she needs to "have a better day" and I left the store. After i make it back to my kiosk because I'm also working at the mall, I inform my manager and she states that the behavior of the sales associate was completely DISRESPECTFUL, and let me know to inform the manager that was working the floor about the incident. As someone who hardly shops and goes to H&M, I can confidently say that I will never go back to this location again, and I hope that H&M actually takes this seriously. *(I tried putting no stars but it wouldn't allow me)*
