Went in for a return. This store was dirty. I got in line 1:10 in the afternoon and no one acknowledges me or told me to get in the other line which had 25 people or more in line. Two cashiers. After 5 min I had to ask for help and was told the lady on cash register three is helping you. Ugh read more

When it comes to Ross stores it seems in my experience people either love it or hate it. My relationship with Ross is long one indeed. Our affair started years ago and still continues strong although it sometimes leaves my wallet a little flat. Yes, the merchandise is much cheaper than at most stores but I feel this makes me buy MORE because I think "Oh it's only $5, I need one in every color!" lol. As far as the store goes, if you shop during the week it tends to be cleaner and more organized with shorter lines and less people shopping. I absolutely dread visiting the store on the weekend because I can't handle the screaming kids running around and the complete disarray of the merchandise. The store carries a nice selection of clothes for unbeatable prices (cheaper than Marshall's and TJMaxx in my experience yet still comparable). The clientele at Ross seems to be a little lower class than at Marshall's. Ross usually caries a little bit of everything from clothes, to curtains, housewares, some electronics (the kind you'd probably buy someone for father's day or something), toys, pet accessories, jewelry and perfume, and designer purses (usually a few juicy couture purses and betseyville by betsey johnson). Perfumes I almost always see there include many from Britney Spears line, Paris HIlton, Baby Phat, Choe Narcisse, Burberry weekend, & Lolita Lempicka and many more (these are the ones like i said are almost always there year round lol) so if you like perfume it's a great place to find authentic ones for around $15-$30. I wish they would have more cashiers working as usually I find there are 2 working and 1 of them is at the customer service counter doing returns. The staff is generally nice and the loss prevention staff never gives me problems (i hate when people watch you like they think you're going to steal- i have better ways to spend my time than in jail lol- but i guess in their line of work they get jaded and think everyone wants a 5-finger discount). Bottom line: if you like getting a whole outfit for under $30 and can stand a little bit of scouring the racks item by item, then you'll probably enjoy finding lots of deals here. If you can't stand clutter and noisy, unattended children you probably shouldn't shop here. read more

We went to this Ross on our way back from Shoneys. This place is AWESOME! Man there was so much I could've bought from here but I'm on limited funds. I did get two bowls, a dress, and this really cute little toothbrush/toothpaste holder that had sea shells on the front. I can't wait to return to this place. The only problem I had with this place was the simple fact there was this creepy old Black lady going around trying to convert people to Christianity in the store. This woman was so disgusting and rude! What is it with these quacked out religious nut jobs that take it upon themselves to go up to random people bothering them with their weird beliefs and trying to convert people??? That is NOT their responsibility and frankly they should mind their own business and leave people alone! This store should have a sign up that says no soliciting, bothering, or harassing of customers. This woman was asking me PERSONAL and private questions regarding my private life and then stuck her hands out to try and turn me Christian and be a "witness". She asked me if I wanted that and I told her NO. She not only did this to me but several other customers which lead me to believe she was not there to shop but to convert people. All while having horribly bad breath. I wonder how would religious people like it if Atheists, buddhists etc came up to them trying to convert them to another religion or no religion. I'm sure they wouldn't like it. Other than that traumatizing incident I give this Ross 5 stars. read more

I like be Ross but this location has stuff everywhere. Most aisles in the home and decor sections are too narrow to get 2 carts down. Most clothing is marked in the wrong sized areas. I intended to purchase clothing but it's hard to do that when you can't find you size in the area you're looking. Ross's loss. read more

Bathrooms are nasty more often then not here. Not that big of deal. The service is usually pretty quick. Lines are always long but they go through people so quickly. I love the variety of everything that they have to offer. They started carrying more creative stuff and that pleases me! read more

Left the Ross location on military to come to this location. This Ross store is clean and have great Customer service and better merchandise. The military store lost my business. The Ross military store need to follow this locations business procedures , customer service ethics and employees standards. read more

Ross In the Huebner Oaks shopping center has a wider selection of merchandise.

I usually pop into Ross to see if they have any nice home goods for minimally expensive and I luck out. That was the case this time as well. As I approached the registers, there was a line was that absurdly long. I waited patiently as the cashiers moved with little urgency. As the line got longer, one of the cashiers walked away and said, "If you would like the line to move faster, remove your hangers." Really, you're leaving your register and we have to do things to make it go quicker?!? Finally it was my turn and right as I was about to walk up to the register she calls for the woman in the return line who had not been waiting. I end up at the register with the manager on duty where I probe why returns get to jump the line. She noted that the "district manager said this was policy." I shared that it was a ridiculous policy and at that point the line was even longer. Super dissatisfied in this experience. I'm contemplating a call to said district manager. read more

I only give a 3 star because of the customer service they provide at all their locations. It is quite ridiculous that they hire non english speaking people to work on the sales floor, and when you ask someone for help they scoff and get almost upset that they need to stop what they are doing. I enjoy shopping at ross, but it hate the way youre treated. I do enjoy the fact that returns and exchanges are fairly easy as long as you keep the receipt. Keep your prices low like they are, and Ill continue to shop, but raise em and keep giving attitude and I am sure you will lose customers quickly. read more

Besides it being busy I have to say my experience here was a pleasant one. They always seem to have my size and the people working there arent jerks, they have great customer service and unfortunately thats something that is missing now days.
