This is my old location when I used to work here around 2018-2019. After all these years how come the cashiers still move a snails pace. When I was there as cashier. We were timed for each transaction and had a timer for it. Does not care anymore about a speedy and efficient transaction process?? They could have a line as far back as the receiving area and still only have 3 cashiers checking out??? Seeing stuff like that makes me glad I got out. End note management needs an update or something. My experience with management here is they seem to expect YOU to knock down a 10-15 people line with a minimum 2min transaction completion. Sevice and stuff are great... it's the restrooms. They are so dirty! You'll find toilet paper on the floor, clogged toilets, etc!

I found a few items to purchase at very reasonable prices. But I have to say this place is dirty.

This location is definitely not the best Ross Iv'e been to. This location lacks on quit a few things. Iv'e noticed every time I visit this location I am never welcomed, like no employees ever say hello and the security person that's suppose to welcome in shoppers is usually chit chatting with the employees. Now lets talk about selection. Oh man how the selection of almost every department is so limited at this location it's like when do you all receive your shipment and why is the store always so limited on variety? In the past 5 months Iv'e visited this locations maternity wear and it's literally always the same items. Maybe 5 new items and that's it. Same with purse and wallet area. It's insanely empty, I'm talking less then 10 wallets and multiple empty purse racks. Home selection is also very limited. I recommend visiting the Ingram location or Alamo Ranch location! read more

The selection is below average. Long lines witj cashiers being helpful, nice, rude, or lazy. Just depends who you get. The weird fat smelly guy who does loss and prevention reeks of cigarettes and weed. Why does he have tgat job? He's freakn weird even when he says welcome to Ross. read more

Love shopping at Ross, just about everytime I come I don't leave empty handed. From clothes, shoes and accessories for my whole family to the home section and snacks. I'm always spending money here. If only the checkout process wasn't such a pain. There never seems to be enough cashier's ever, at any location. People love their Ross. They need stay hiring. The lines here can be soooo long if your in there for just one item, you kind of think about just leaving it and walking out, I admit I have done this on more than one occasion. They would not exchange a pair of earrings I'd bought as a gift on Saturday because the tag wasn't attached. I know they take back clothes that have been worn and bedding that has been used. ALSO they take back things that don't match the receipt. You can take the tag off of a clothing item and bring back something else as long as you have a tag and a receipt. But they don't take back a pair of earrings that match the tag AND the description on the receipt. Make sure you wash all clothing and bedding bought at this store because it's probably been worn/used and returned. read more
