Very bad service, the manager doesnt know how to handle customers. I went not so long ago to return an item, I had my receipt and all the tags still on them just for the manager to say that I cannot return them. I had bought the items at another Ross but since I was there I made line waited about 30-40mins and for nothing. He pushed back the receipt to me in a rude way, when all I asked was why if Ross lets you do returns at any of their stores. He said not in this one which doesn't make sense since they have a return sign?? Never coming here again read more

Go-to Ross. Great wide range of different styles for men. The women's section is huge. Good amount of active clothing for all. Kids as well. Always has shoes for different styles and events. (Party, casual, active) the down side is it can get pretty messy but honestly, in the area it's in, the amount of people(always packed no matter what time of day) that shop here, it does a good and better job than the ones in higher end cities. The employees can't do it all, it's common courtesy to just pick up what you've dropped. Unless it's in the hats section because it's impossible to scan through them without dropping 1 or 15 hats. WORST ross ever ! Came here last week grab my items, the line was ridiculously long. ONE cashier!!! I asked one of the associates if they can place my items on hold , she says only clothes can be placed on hold. Okay i left with nothing. I come back today, and obviously if you find something you like grab it because it won't be there again. Came back today for other items and the exact same thing. ONE CASHIER. I look at the people making like in front and behind me and they all had the same frustrated face. This is so dumb I swear ! My girlfriend bought two pants and a woman's blouse two weeks ago, the blouse didn't fit on her and she took it back today for an exchange. The cashier grave the blouse and scanned the item , then she called her supervisor and they revised the ross tag on the item, then they told my girlfriend that she didn't buy the item at the store, and she told her to go away, my girlfriend insisted that she did buy the item at that store , they told her that that item was not a Ross item. She told my girlfriend that she did review the camera in less than five minutes, she lie , my girlfriend bought the item two weeks ago and she didn't review the camera so fast, I'm coming back with her. Because she was humiliated in front of several customers that were shopping.. basically she accused her of fraud. They will see me there soon. Only shop here if you enjoy being followed around by loss prevention. You guys have really good cameras, use them instead of making A PAYING CUSTOMER feel uncomfortable. First time here and the line was huge. I only got two items and had to wait 15 minutes. I got two charging cables and they were alright with good selection of them. I've visited this location a couple of times and on both occasions I've seen clutter and messes on the racks, aisles, and floors. My first experience here was a couple of days before Christmas; I was looking for toys and pajamas. The toys section was a nightmare! It looked like the aftermath of an earthquake. The mess was disgusting. I was able to find a couple of items that I liked and headed towards the registers. I could tell the cashier was new because she was having trouble charging my two items so she called a woman, whom I assume was her supervisor, to help her. The girl asked her supervisor if she could charge me using a different method and her supervisor replied back to her saying no. The girl once again insisted and that was when the supervisor replied back in a rude manner. The cashier proceeded to roll her eyes at her supervisor right in front of me, the customer. This type of interaction was very unprofessional on both parts. The staff here in general isn't very customer friendly. You'll only be acknowledged if you go up to them and ask them questions personally. I've been to better and cleaner locations but this one is great when it comes to product variety. Options here are endless so I'll give them that. Parking isn't too bad. It's located inside Azalea Shopping Center which can get painfully crowded but parking is ample. read more

Ross is very a good bargain retail store to find affordable clothes and appliances. It can be messy and disorganized, but all the clothes are low-cost. Sometimes you can get lucky and find brand name clothing. This Ross is like the other stores that it can be disorganized but you're shopping for bargains. You have to navigate through racks of clothing to find good selections. It's nice that there's fitting rooms available to try on the clothes. The best part is looking through the small gifts and snack section. You can really find good deals on snacks for friends or to take to work. The only issue is that lines can be long during peak hours. At the time I went there were only 4 cashiers but the line was still too long. read more

This ross is total chaos, in the 36 waist pants section their are about 25 pantscthstvare actually 36"wasit the other 100 pants in 36" section range from 28" to 48" . The 36" pants I purchased were in te 42" section. The shoe section is even worse. Shoes everywhere. Single shoes with no match. Such a waste of time going here. At checkout after waiting at the register for 15 minutes so they could make sure the price on their own tag was right ( thought i was in the movie idiocracy). I've recently discovered the store Ross and I am a huge fan. Other stores like Marshal's are nice but tend to have items I don't need and are significantly more expensive and less organized. That is not the case here. The store is well-kept and the staff are friendly. I also don't get the feeling that loss prevention is following me around in person or on cameras while I'm visiting. My favorite section in the store is the shoe department. They have a lot of namebrand that I enjoy, and the prices are great. I purchased several pairs of Doc Martens here for very low prices. The only downside is since Christmas, they've had very small stock as they're trying to catch up. One sidenote, be cautious if you're purchasing men's cologne. The last one I purchased had no spray top on it, it was just an open bottle that you would dab on your wrists. Not a huge problem, and a great price, but still trouble if you're trying to give it as a gift. read more

Don't get me wrong prices are good but it's a hassle and overwhelming to be in there the clothing is as well all mixed, they don't have a lot to offer and if you are in there for one object FORGET IT!
