This Ross is better than most I've been to in town. Maybe it's just the time of day I go, but it's usually not too crowded and the staff is always friendly. Since the pandemic, all stores have definitely suffered a severe blow to their stock, but this location always seems well stocked. One thing I do love about this Ross is the Amazon Locker - I love the convenience and safety of having my packages delivered there. And the staff always greets me when I come through the door, even when I'm making a beeline to the locker and don't do any actual shopping. That goes a long way in my mind! read more

I usually love shopping at this Ross because it is conveniently located, however, the reason for the one star review was due to the loss prevention guy. He has brown hair, brown closed shaved beard, and while someone was walking out, obviously distressed after what seemed like an altercation between the two, the loss prevention guy yelled out, "go back to Mexico!" Completely unecessary. Is this the kind of person y'all employ to "protect" your store? With the political climate we are in, seems like he has a vendetta. This isn't the kind of person that should be working there. Absolutely disgusting. I am beyond appalled. read more

This store has complete gone down hill case in point I was in last week hardly any merchandise and what they did have in womens clothes especially tops was low stock and extremely cheap looking . Some how I managed to find one top I liked . The cashier a young women in her 20's was extremely rude yet I guess , I would be if I had to work in retail . They closed all dressing rooms!!! I Came here about 745pm. Found about 8 cute clothing items and a dog bed. I went to the back fitting room to try them pieces on and the lady told me the rooms in the back were closed, but directed me to the front of the store to the temporary looking dressing rooms. I walked to the front dressing rooms and they were all locked. I asked the cashier where I could try on clothes and she informed me that I couldn't because they had locked all of the dressing rooms. I purchased the dog bed, but left all the clothing items because I could not try them on. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I spent about 30-44 min finding the clothing and I had no idea the dressing rooms closed when the store is open for ANOTHER THREE HOURS. read more

I loved coming to the store until today. I purchased a puppy bed and for obvious reasons, didn't get it bagged due to the size of the bed. As I was halfway getting to my car, an associate came out and yelled if I had gone through the line. I was truly embarrassed because of the amount of people outside stared at me like I was a thief. I asked if she wanted to see my receipt, then she declined rudely. She profiled another man of color when we got inside, and I'm not saying it's a race thing but two back to back issues with people of color within 5 minutes of each other.... truly disappointed in this. read more

My favorite Ross! This is my third time here and I am continuously impressed. I arrived around 11 AM on a Sunday. Parking was not hard to find. Pros: Always clean and organized; never busy - which means no long lines and no one crowding me while I raid the racks; lots of fitting rooms; excellent customer service Cons: (more of a con for me personally) Junior women's seems to have more medium and large tops compared to small - however, I still seem to find cute stuff! This is no deal breaker for me. Today's experience: I visited every section on the left hand side of the store (juniors, kitchen, decor, bath, shoes, bags). Clean and organized everywhere. I used the fitting room and tried on 8+ items. They allow 8 at a time so I had to leave some out and come back for the rest. I interacted with four people today. Security, who greeted me as I walked in and as I left. An employee who walked pass me, who said good morning. The woman at the fitting rooms, who was very nice and understanding about all of the clothes I was trying on. And the man at the register, who was also nice and explained the return policy to me when I asked. All around excellent customer service. Past experiences: Just as satisfying as today. I have done a return with a receipt. It was quick and easy. Customer service has always been good for me. Overall: Highly recommend and will continue coming back to this location. read more

Came here today around 4pm. They have a sign on the front door that masks are required. Customers had on masks but the cashier at the Customer Service register had hers below her nose and was waiting on customers. Really Ross? Thanks for helping to contribute to the virus' spread. Great attention, awesome stuff!!! And very nice and polite employees!! We went to other 3 stores, but this was the best!!

This Ross is very Ross like. Sometimes you find something great, sometimes you don't. The line to check out is never unbearably long which is nice. Also when I went in this past Saturday the dressing rooms felt much cleaner than I remembered them. They were still Ross dressing rooms but nothing felt actually dirty and no essential pieces like hooks to hang your clothes or door locks were missing. read more

The best thing about this store is the location in close proximity to Albertsons so I can get all my shopping done at once. They do not seem to stock items in a timely fashion, when I came here just the other day, many shelves were barren. They also have a smaller hair products/skincare section than most of the Ross stores that I have been to. They are open late for the holidays! read more

I think maybe they hired a new crew I used to going to this Ross all the time I like to do my holiday shopping, but this trip to Ross was awful awful awful experience. I was walked by several times by the same employee then looked at but never once asked if I need help which I did, when I brought it to her attention, and said miss you walk by Me 3 times and I'm in ask me if I need help she replied, well do you need help? Really! This is how you get treated when you go into a place to shop and when I brought it to the manager's attention, he didn't say anything to me not even one apology I just said I'll talk to her... Minutes later I just saw him having a casual conversation with employee who never asked if I need help, at that point I let him know that I was a report him also and said how hard is it to just ask the gas if they need help and I let him know we keep them in service, he was rude the whole way through his name was Michael and the employee's name was Huda Huda the only nice employee in there was named Donna who felt awful for me because of how I was treated, also I'm a young black woman who got followed around I never once asked if I need help thank you for your time I will never shop there again read more

Extremely rude employees. The person serving me did not bother to carefully fold my clothes, which were silk and linen (i.e. easily wrinkled). When I insisted on folding them myself because clearly I could not trust her to do so, she became rude and uncooperative. Before leaving the store, I pointed out to her that she had a terrible attitude, but I was ignored. Employees today do not care about providing good service - it's not as if this employee will get fired for making customers unhappy, even if I knew the employee's name and published it. read more

This is probably one of the better ross stores in Tucson. The store is a lot cleaner than some other ross stores I have been to. The selection can be good or bad (like any ross). I have found good deals on socks shoes and other clothing. Lines are not too long like other Ross stores. The store is usually pretty organized, the shoes can be a little messy. By far this is better than some Ross stores near my house and it is worth the longer drive. read more
