Yessss who doesn't love Target!!! I just want more in decor they have alot of neutrals and minimalist vibes. I didn't see a lot of Christmas decorations that were colorful or ornaments like in pink and purple. Starbucks is here so they're 10 out of 10. Parking is always crap. It's always full and I always have to go to the very back, but I get my steps in. Store is always organized. Workers are always friendly and helpful, but never any drama. read more

I went here today and when I was walking across the crosswalk to the parking lot I tripped and fell and scraped my knees really bad. There was a black thing in the middle of the walk way and this caused me to fall. This was a bad fall but did not break anything. If an older person fell and broke something this would be really bad. This Target location is large and offers a wider selection than most. I usually have a pleasant experience! The extra large dollar section is great. However, I can't get over how terrible the restrooms are. It usually has an unpleasant smell and just appears dirty. Plus they don't offer seat covers. I think Target really could use some improvements in this area. They do so well in every other area, but in the bathroom department, I am always disappointed :( read more

I still can't get over how huge this Target is. I was staying nearby recently and kept coming here to shop and observe because it was so different from the one near my home. There were items here we don't have at my local Target. I loved it and miss it til this day. It's huge, clean and centrally located. The staff was very friendly too, get this, the worker said there's an even bigger Target a few miles down. I wanted a Sooner jacket that they had in store here but they didn't have my size. Went to Target tonight! All the self checkouts are closed and only TWO cashiers and 15 people in each line! SMH!!!!

This is my preferred location when we do shop at Target. This location is also a super Target with a full grocery store. They have some unique prepped dinner meats and sides that other stores don't normally have, so it makes dinner easier since they cut out the prep time. The employees are very helpful when you ask; they don't normally ask if you need assistance when you walk by, so there can definitely be some improvement, but overall not bad. Of course, some things are way overpriced such as home decor and things for around the house maintenance, so I purchase those items elsewhere. This is definitely not my one stop shop, but it does have some items I haven't found anywhere else in town. The facilities are normally clean which is more than I can say for other stores. read more

The store was just a mess. The groceries I was shopping for were damaged or out of date; boxes open, cans dented, yogurt out of date, items in the wrong place, frozen section had crushed boxes. And they are not rotating the groceries. The eggs I wanted had broken ones in so many of the cartons. I saw one employee facing an endcap but he turned the bottle labels so that the back of the bottle faced out. And that explains why the grocery section is such a mess. Employees who don't know what they are doing or just don't care. Employees used to be friendly and when they walked past would ask if you needed help and then actually help. Employees tonight walked by me without even making eye contact. I use to like Target but not so much now. read more

Of the Target stores in Tulsa this is the one I go to by far the most! It's in a great spot off 71st and 169 and they are a super target so they have a full grocery store inside. I do find myself not buying groceries here on the regular but on occasion I'll find something I can't get at Reasor's. I enjoy the variety of options they have but I can say I'm not impressed with the fresh produce, it never seems all that fresh. Otherwise the store is great. They have a great selection, like any other target, but the staff here is nice, they have ample parking and it's just easy to get in and out of. Overall it's an easy 4 stars for me, which says a lot on a rating for a big box retailer! read more

I'm not in a die-hard and committed relationship with Target. I have cheated on them multiple times with *cough* their competitive friends. I will go to whoever is closest to me. Since I was staying in the hotel right behind them, I wandered here. Store is very big and clean. It's a Super Target. They have Starbucks, Target eatery area, and my favorite, "Spot's Playground" ($1- $5 products). Complete grocery section. Bakery, deli, produce, dry and frozen foods at competitive prices. They also have a gigantic clothing section, especially for the ladies. I noticed a lot of the women came to this target specifically for their wardrobe, they had some cute stuff. However, my job requires panty hose (I will not fulfill your fetish, sorry) and I hit the jackpot. CLEARANCE. PANTY HOSE ON CLEARANCE. WHOOP! I left with Precision Q-Tips (great for red lipstick, you're welcome), 10 pairs of panty hose, and a frozen Annie's meal for dinner. I had a great "Target Run". read more

Super disappointing Super Target. Went to the baby department of the store to find diapers & they weren't there. It was hard to get a cart around in the area because of all of the boxes to stock, yet there were no team members in sight. I checked the app & it showed I was in the right area. Another customer noticed my frustration & asked if I lost my husband then told me she thought she saw them in a random section and pointed me towards the area. I found a team member who didn't know where to find them, but another overheard me & showed me to the appropriate aisle. Then I attempted to find the new Kristen Ess line that had dropped the day before. I found some of the other products from that brand, but none of the new products. I looked on the app again & it showed the items in stock in the area I was looking. I wasn't able to find any of the new products after searching the entire area. There were two very full lanes available at checkout & the self checkout. That's it. Like I said, super disappointing. read more

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is b/c they are usually low on everything when I go in...doesn't matter what day or time it is, they are usually out of a lot of basic groceries (my last visit it was sandwich bread). And their teenage stock people are always messing around and being loud rather than stocking, but anyway..... This store is always clean, the produce selection is great, and they don't make a fuss over me using a few coupons (walmart ALWAYS forgets to scan my coupons even after i've reminded the checker a few times). I've been going to this location for years and have always had good experiences. Although, check-out may be slow. When Self-Checkout is full, there are hardly normal check-out lines open. But the self-checkout is relatively simple and easy to use. When I have needed help, staff has been attentive and nice. Target has a wide variety of groceries and appliances available. I started coming here as an alternative to the other large "one-stop-shop" chain and have become increasingly disappointed lately. The produce department usually has several items which are far past their best freshness and and more items I hope to pick up are out of stock relatively often. I return for the value and convenience of location. Their cartwheel app offers additional savings, but you have to scan everything to find the deals. I guess any discount store will have it's pros and cons, it's the trade-off for cheaper prices. read more

I got to Tulsa only to realize I needed a refill on a script .I was not using target to fill this script and it is one that he had to call and request a refill from my nurse practitioner. My favorite Target in Tulsa. It's a huge store with groceries on one side and general merchandise on the other. Store is clean with decent quality products. I think the selection of clothing is much better than Walmart which is why I like to shop here for my kids clothes. There's a Starbucks and a snack bar in case you get hungry or thirsty. You know, I'm a huge Target fan....I wish they had one of these in Stillwater when I was in college, because I'm pretty sure I'd spend at least one day a week there. This Target is a Super Target, so it has the grocery side and the normal side. The store is always fairly straightforward, and typically isn't overcrowded. They tend to have some good deals on TV on DVD once in awhile, which is a major plus. They also just got a bunch of spiffy new carts that are pretty cool, although a little on the bulky side. They scream "Target!". The only downside to this one is the parking situation. It's right on 71st, across from Cinemark. The parking lot was not designed right, and when you enter from the side, you're forced to stop at a one-way "mini intersection", and can then proceed to cut across rows of parking and try to avoid cars as they come down aisles, or completely go around the rear and cut back up. It's tough to explain, but go there once, and you know what I mean. Aside from parking issues, it is easily accessed off of Highway 169, and is easily the best Target around this area (is there another? I don't know of one....) read more

Today I visited the target located on 71st street. After eyeing the Go Pros and accessories for over a week and stopping by to look at them every visit to the store, I finally decided to pick one up. After getting the assistance of an employee to help me get one out of the case, I pulled an accessory off of the rack that was clearly marked 29.99 with multiple of the same accessory behind it. Once we got to the register to pay out, the associate who was helping us (Hunter) scanned the accessory and it came up as a completely different price of 69.99. After letting Hunter know that the accessory was on the rack for a way different price, Hunter told me "That's unfortunate, but this is the price and I can't do anything about it." It was at this moment that I asked for a manager. Hunter walked away annoyed and with attitude and soon returned with another associate named Stephanie. I advised Stephanie of the situation and she went to check the rack where the accessory was located. Upon her return, her arms were filled with multiple boxes of the item, as she had cleared the rack of the item. It was at this moment that Stephanie informed me that she would not be price matching what the item had been advertised for on the rack for over a week. After explaining the situation again, I was met with a sorry, but we aren't going to do anything about it. Due to the lack of professionalism with these employees I just wanted to pay and leave the store. After Stephanie had left, Hunter began to checkout our items. It was at this moment, that Hunter flung the other accessories I was buying, across the electronic department into a return cart. I then asked Hunter what he was doing since I was buying these items. To which once again he was annoyed and had a negative tone and attitude. After paying out and heading towards the exit, I thought this nightmare of an experience was finally over. WRONG. My wife, son, and I then overheard Stephanie trash talking us to another associate. No wonder this store is so poorly rated. My best advice: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! read more

Again another Tulsa experience. We went to get a few things that we had forgotten and got Starbucks. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful- as I was in a rush, and we all know that Tulsa doesn't do rush like us DCers. So they understood I had places to go and wasn't trying to be rude. My passion fruit tea from Starbucks was the best I've ever had, and I have them very often. The girl had me try it to make sure it was to my satisfaction, my mother loved her soy mocha, she did the same, making sure we were very happy, which I appreciated!! read more

Conveniently located. We are avid and loyal Target shoppers, so the convenient location to 169 and 71st is just fantastic. 98% of the time, the staff is great. Very helpful and welcoming. Every now and then a little sour attitude will slip out, but everyone has those days. Great toddler clothing selection (this is a big thing for us)! But, has anyone noticed how horrible the produce has been in the last few months? Seems like everything is either bruised or rotten... I don't normally shop at Target because other stores are closer. I went to Target specifically for two promotions they were having. Buy certain items and get $5 gift cards in return. I was given two gift cards that didn't work. They won't help you in store, you have to call a number. I called the number and they said one was used already. The second was not loaded properly. I didn't have the receipts so they couldn't help me. I called Target and they said they could look up the receipts but since I don't live near the Target and I would then still have to call the number back to see what they would do, I decided to forget it. read more

At the bins by the front door it showed 50 Percent off the bins. When we got to pay the items did not ring up 50 percent off. I explained to the cashier and asked to speak to a manager. A manager never came and the cashier turned off the light without us being helped. The cashier never offered to help us at all. Guess it is a lesson learned at Target! read more

Today at this store we needed help registering for baby stuff and was ignored a few times and when help finally came they were rude. My wife and I loved the SuperTarget when we lived in Tulsa, back in 2003. We have just moved back and for the most part still do. They have pretty good prices and decent produce. However, they do seem to run low on stock frequently. It would be nice to have a bit more selection as well. Also the produce could use more choices. All in all though, this is a very nice, very clean store that 95% of the time gets the job done. read more

What happened to this place? That's what I've been asking myself every time I go in here now. I actually worked here as a college student 7 years ago. I still regularly shop here about twice a month for groceries and everything else but the past couple years there's been a steady decline and I fear this store is going to close. Over time they started phasing it to fewer and fewer checkouts being open. Where once there use to be about 5 open on the grocery side and 2 or 3 towards guest service there is now usually only 4 total and it's been about a year since I've seen a register be open on the "blue" side towards guest service. Now they've installed 4 self checkouts and usually just have 2-3 registers open. Pretty sad considering there's well over 20. On the upside this place can't be beat when it comes to grocery selection. I usually go here over Reasor's or Walmart as they don't have the kind of selection of healthier foods Target does. Also their is an employee who works usually in produce and sometimes in meat department that is the nicest, most helpful store employee you'll find. read more

I LOVE Target but at this specific location the customer service was completely awful! I registered for my baby and nursery with Target. I was told when I had had all of my showers I could come in and get a 10% coupon to complete the rest of my regestry gifts. I talked with a young man at customer service while I was 9 1/2 months pregnant. Explained my situation, that I needed to finish the registry and finish buying everything I needed before the baby comes. He was very very rude, abrupt and acted like I was a huge inconvience to him. Told me he couldn't help me until after I had the baby and I couldn't have a coupon until after the baby comes. He also told me he did not have them there so there was no way he could give me the discount (which was fine if that was how it works) it was just the fact that he said I couldn't have it until after the baby's due date and he was so unbelievably rude. Obviously he has no clue at how uncomfortable being huge and pregnant is and that it is hard to buy things for the baby after the baby is already here. He could have been much more pleasant and understanding. Since then I have been back and have never been treated with any kind of even moderate customer service. Customer service is HUGE to me. I have chosen to shop at a different Target simply because after so many chances and such awful service, disrespect and quality I feel they shouldn't get any of my money. I tend to be a pretty open minded person and understand people have bad days (which is why I gave this location several more chances) but it is unforgivable at this point. read more
