    I swear by Ross. It's my go to place to shop for clothes. My experience here has been nothing but positive. Whenever I go, the workers are friendly, and the security guard always greets me upon entering the store. The clothes can be a hit or miss, but I'll occasionally hit some jackpots if I search thoroughly. Sometimes the store gets messy with clothes on the floor, but for the most part, the clothing racks are adequately organized. Something to note: the aisles are pretty compact, so it can get annoying if there are carts blocking the walkway. In addition to clothes, Ross also has other sections--shoes, toys, home, bath, luggages, etc. Overall a decent place to shop at!

    Usually I enjoy this place but after the weekend and holiday, I was ran off the isle by not just one employee and cart full of "nothing I want to buy go backs" but 2 lovely Ross employee's. I get your tired but common moral compass boundaries would be appreciated. Don't scall at your customers or give dirty looks. What happen to greet or service? I'm sorry you have a busy store but lucky for you they keep anyone that shows up for work and get off acting as if customer's are in "your way" and are an annoyance in your work day.

    It is true what they say: each Ross department store is different from another. This one is hundreds of miles away from home, but time to spare, it was a stop to make on the way to another destination. It was really more about curiosity. Clean, organized and very little clutter. Hubbers and I looked through their art section as we can certainly use some for the bare white walls in our home. The bathroom could also use a little color. We were lucky and found a ton of them to choose from. It was almost too easy. I was lucky enough not to experience the bad service some Yelpers went through. Here's hoping they maintain good standards. Glad I had time to spare for a stop. Happy to leave with some bargain buys.

    You can never take away the fact that Ross carries some pretty decent and inexpensive merchandise. I for one will always enjoy shopping at Ross. I found some pretty good gifts for my wife to use during traveling , and a way to start getting rid of old stuff. I wish I could say that this place was all positive because it wasn't. Their loss prevention sort of profiled me ( I had no oversized bag and the bag that I ended up purchasing was closed and folded during my shopping). I really understand the need for LP trust me I have seen why ... but I think that LP persons should be able to identify and read people better so that they aren't making the wrong person feel uneasy. I don't think that I will shop at this particular Ross. I will find another close by .

    This is ridiculous seeing all these clothes on the floor it doesn't even make me want to shop here . I know it's the customers who don't care but the employees should still do a walk through and pick up these clothes in the aisles

    Kevin Blart gave up his job at West Orange Pavilion Mall, he had grown his hair, pulled it back and donned a black windbreaker with "Loss Prevention" emblazoned on the back and can now be found proudly manning the front door at Ross. Because everyone knows, thats where all the theft occurs, at the front door, as the customers arrive. Funny, he brought out the inner 12 year-old in me. I had to giggle as he stood there, so proudly, ushering us in. After an enjoyable time of finding a swimsuit that didn't make me look like a "dolphin" as my daughter told me, we meandered the aisles. We heard on the loudspeaker that the store was officially closed. Then announcer proceeded to tell all of the store personnel to "escort" all the customers to the front of the store. An errant customer had somehow managed to stay on the other side of the line, but "Kevin" with the eye of a big cat hunting the gazelle on the Serengeti, called out to one of the clerks on the floor, "get that customer, bring them to the line." I looked down at my outfit to make sure that I wasn't wearing an orange jumpsuit, nope, just my jeans and a shirt. I wasn't in Jail. I was waiting for the warden to come by and escort me to my cell. I'm contemplating taking my purchase back and spending my money elsewhere. Even the Ross on Market in San Francisco is more laid-back and comfortable.

    I LOVE ROSS!!! who ever doesn't is crazy! you can find stuff from clothes to house necessities to pets to gym! You cant beat the prices either. when i am a last minute person to find stuff to wear & i usually come here when i dint want to spend much on an outfit, it never fails me. Great finds, always. Cant go wrong. especially with the dress Yes some employee's can have attitude but i have witnessed unnecessary attitudes from customers. For majority of the time, they are nice & helpful, even the security guys there now. I haven't come across any messy isles, smelly clothes etc etc.... I feel that way about DD's you can only bring 8 items in the dressing room.

    Ross has some nice shirts(9.99) but they and them jeans weren't my size. seem busy pre-easter, didn't want to wait around.

She bought it in 1967 and had it reupholstered 18 years ago with beige silk brocade with very faint pink highlights. This couch was for guests when they visited. She passed and left it for me, knowing that I would take care of it. Even though it is beautiful, it is a very light color and I am concerned about that because I am going to use it every day so I had a cover made for it. This is where Pieced on Earth, Janet and her staff come in. I chose a deep green suede material. The first time I saw just one pillow completed, I almost cried. It is absolutely beautiful. She personally designed the covered for the rest of the couch adding customized touches that made it look so close to upholstered that I just had to hug it, I feel all the love she put into it. I discussed the history and she understood my desire to honor my mother and take care of it. Her attention to detail is a testament to her craftsmanship. She wanted to make sure I am happy. And I tell you she made me so very happy. I just wanted a customized slip cover. She discussed piping details with me, that I didn't even think of and how she secured the bottom looks almost like she removed the existing fabric and covered the frame. It is beautiful. She even detailed the base at the of the back of the couch cover. The curved section was a little tricky, but she took her time and looked at it checking with me to make sure, it was to my liking, I also told her it was too low for me. Solution, she had me order some 6 "wooden legs that look simply fabulous, like they were there all along. As we discussed the cover, I got a good feeling, she understood how important this process was for me. She is so personable and talented. I trusted her with a couch that has a lot of history and she respected it, took care of it and covered it with love. She is just the best and I am so glad I met her. Thank you Janet, and for choosing such talented artisans to assist you with your work. Your work represents respect, care and a high degree integrity. I have been enjoying my couch. It looks so good in my home. Thank you so very much!

    I've been to the store on two separate occasions now, first back in February to order a sectional,…read morechair, and dresser and then earlier this month for a mattress and bed frame. Starting with the first experience in February, I needed a specific size and style of sectional to fit the space in our living room and the seasonal sales associate Kristen was amazing. We bought our home close to 5 years ago and only now have gotten around to replacing our old furniture, we've desperately needed a new sectional. We spent about an hour there debating the style, size, color, and details on the couch and Kristen was incredibly patient and had no problem looking up all the colors and styles and possible iterations for the sectional. We ended up ordering a beautiful gray fabric sectional with plenty of seating space that was custom, and so took a little longer to come in, but was totally worth the wait. We also ordered a swivel accent chair for our family room that is the perfect chair for sitting and enjoying coffee and a good book; was exactly what I was looking for. Our final purchase was a six-drawer wooden dresser for my son's room to replace a flimsy, broken piece from IKEA. This dresser is so well made I know it will last him until he leaves us for college :) The delivery was smooth and I have extra appreciation for the the delivery men who got stuck with delivering on a day we had a random downpour and the difficulty of getting the sectional to our back living room (we have an odd floor plan). I appreciated the service from my first experience so much that when I decided to replace my mattress and bed frame I headed back into Three Brothers to see what they had. This time Julia helped me and again, the customer service was excellent. Julia was also incredibly patient and went through the details of each mattress to help me decide which was the most comfortable and best suited for my needs. I spent close to an hour there trying out the various mattresses to see what felt the best before deciding on my final purchase which has copper coils inside to dissipate heat. She also helped me figure out which bed frame would work best as the bed frame we have now we had been purchased for our room in our old home and doesn't fit our current space well. The mattress and bed frame are due to be delivered in two days and I can't wait! I'll update after receiving those. I'm also looking to replace the furniture in my daughter's room and this time Justin helped us, and searched to find the very specific style my daughter is looking for and also helped through out the other purchases, again providing excellent customer service. If you're looking for new, quality furniture I can't recommend Three Brothers enough!

    Great Sales... Terrible Service After the Purchase…read more My experience with Three Brothers Furniture started off on the right foot. When I was purchasing my furniture, the customer service was great -- especially from the wife, who was helpful and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, everything went downhill the moment the payment was made. I spent $3,000 and still had to call repeatedly just to find out when my furniture would be delivered. There was never a clear date, no courtesy call the day before, and no proactive communication of any kind. Every time I followed up, I ran into the same issue: the owner's son answering the phone and speaking to me in a rude, dismissive, and condescending manner. He should not be the face of their customer service -- his attitude alone turned the entire experience sour. To make matters worse, the furniture didn't even arrive the way I ordered it. The only people who showed professionalism were the delivery drivers, who were courteous and respectful. The buying process was smooth, but once they had my money, the service completely fell apart. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Three Brothers Furniture.
